Ive been having repairs done there for years now. Luis is great. But sadly times are changing. Inflation is catching up to mom & pop artisan businesses like these. It hardly pays to resole western boots anymore when they have to pay their workers $15.00 per hour plus the cost of materials and rent which raises the cost to $55 - 65.00 for such repairs, especially when I paid $70 for the boots (some years ago, of course) and could still easily replace them for about the same price (or maybe less today). It wasnt but a few years ago I paid $30 - $35 for the same repairs. I recently bought a beautiful pair of western boots in new condition on ebay for $40.00 (plus shipping). These are $200.00 boots. And I did have Luis put on rubber taps, heal and toe, for only $12.00 which extends the life, wear & tear on the boots considerably. And that price has been constant for at least the last 10 years. Now, if I were in the habit of buying $200.00 boots I wouldnt hesitate paying $65.00 to make them new again. And if I did, Id be taking my boots to Luis at Magic Shoe Repair. They have 2 locations in Las Vegas & Summerlin. Unfortunately, in 2021, thats not the world I live in.

I have a bag that I absolutely love. The bag was stained and I was nervous that it couldn’t be removed. I stopped in today. Not only was the owner so helpful, he assisted me with cleaning the bag. I purchased the cleaner to take home. I felt like he wasn’t trying tj take advantage of me and he really wanted to help. The bag was restored to my surprise.

This is the only place I will take my shoes. Every person has been helpful and shoes are ready on time. Theyve fixed several pairs of my favorite heels making them actually better than new condition. Ive taken boots in to have too large (shaft) calf altered and ankle straps shortened on brand new heeled sandals. Very glad I found this place!

I have a twenty year old luggage with seat made for polio patients I went to Best shoe repair on rainbow the guy just glanced at it and said I dont have replacement part so cant fix it, so I went to Magic Shoe and nice man examined it and put oil on it after showing me the rusted parts that only needed oil and its working great so I guess Best is the worst but Magic is best and magic, love it, thank you so much

I don’t do many reviews, but I felt that I needed to write one for Magic Shoe & Luggage Repair. My husband and I decided to try this shop due to the high reviews they have. Even though we live about 40 mins away, we don’t mind driving if they do great work. His Harley Davidson Brake Light boots are over 20 years old and were in much needed repair. They’re his favorite boots and he doesn’t want to get rid of them so we took them in to see if they could fix them up (the soles were coming apart from the upper leather and they needed to be cleaned up & polished as well). Let me tell you...they are THE BEST! I wish I had taken a before and after photo because they did an amazing job!! The gentleman who helped us was very nice and the cost was much less than we were expecting. I will definitely refer them to everyone I know. And we will travel to their shop, no matter how far, for all of our shoe repair needs. Thank you Magic Shoe, you guys are the greatest!!

WAS REFFED BY A REDWING SHOE STORE HAD A PAIR OF BOOTS WITH SOFT WORN OUT SOLES THAT WERE STILL GOOD AND DIDNT STINK YET.ASKED FOR VIBRAM HIKING SOLES AS A REPLACEMENT AND I LOVED THE WAY THEY CAME OUT,LOOK AND FEEL AWESOME.GRATE JOB.

This is the only place I take my Gucci and Ferragamo shoes. Luis is amazing! He injects the same color into the leather rather than painting over like some places. This is the place that all the high end stores take there shoes too. He does the best work and has fair prices. Tell Luis Casey sent you!

My husband went to magic shoe and luggage repair from NLV because of the reviews and was pleasantly surprised to find all the reviews were correct! They were great and prices were fantastic. He was in and out in minutes. We will be using them again when necessary.

The wheel was torn off of my luggage they fixed it perfect I was unable to tell which wheel was replaced they even found the exact Wheels that I had on my luggage I would recommend them to anyone

I apologize that this review took almost a week or so to get posted. The gentleman that helped me here, Im assuming hes the owner, was very gracious to me when I brought in two different leather belts to him one with the Buckle issue, and the other needing needing additional parts. Instead of trying to suggestive sell me or quote me a high price for these two belts he made a suggestion about switching the Buckle from one to the other which solved the problem for both belts! To top it off... he wouldnt take any money for it- --whuuuut? Magic Shoe& Luggage Repair is the place to bring your leather items!This is true top notch customer service andI highly recommended that you do business here!! Thank you again Mr. MAGIC :)

Fixed shoe strap very quick but $20 a little pricey for less than 5 mins of work.

Just picked up my gucci boots that had some minor scuffs. He repolished them and made them look like new. Great prices and great work.
