The young lady today was amazing with my boys. She pierced all 3 ofbtheir ears. Im so sorry i forgot her name. she was so great even called me back so she could verify they could do the ear piercings instead of just telling me no. Customer service was as great as the store manager there.

Very poor quality on a repair of bracelet. Left a crease on a solder repair.. “That’s the best he could do, spent a lot of time and material...” was reported to me by the Centennial store manager. Their repairs are outsourced. Do not recommend for repairs.

Excellent service! We did individual online credit applications and Cheryl & Char made it so simple and comfortable to complete our process in minutes. Their customer service is wonderful. So glad to be a part of the Daniels Family. We also enjoyed our free gifts and another $50 gift card to use next time. Easy to find, right at the 2nd floor entrance to the Meadows Mall.

HENDERSON LOCATION!!!Jewelry is very good, price is little hight but it is ok.My concern is about the store manager her name is Milagros, she is so rude, not clear at all. Milagros always look you with a face like if she were lying.I feel so offended right now because they ask for job information but they never said that they are going to call to you work, I think this is a violation of your privacy.Then I asked Milagros how to access to the Daniels account to pay and even that she is the manager she provided me the wrong information (very unprofessional and unable to perform her job duties)It was a very uncomfortable experience so I will make sure that nobody in my family and friends go to Daniels because my experience.Milagros also act like mad to respond questions probably because she is not prepared to understand customers concerns or maybe her poor customer service skills.I will make sure to report to Federal Trade Commition that this store is offering some kind of financial options without given explanation to the customers and when you ask for explanation they refuse until the point to get mad.Don’t go there please if you don’t want to give a turn to your day even if you feel like nothing is going to get you upset, this lady (Milagros) will achieve it.

I had my wifes ring resized here about a month and a half ago and the ring popped from the sautered spot and pinched my wifes skin until it bleed. I asked about what they are willing to do to have this fixed and they wanted to charge me over 150 to have it reshaped and put back together.

Donna and the ventleman in the store very cordial and did a great job persuading me to buy items on my sexobd visit. I bought myself a new gshock watch and my sissy a new opal gold nexklace and they gave us 3 free braxelets free with our purxhase. Im xoncinced ice made a good in estment.

I do not recommend this place to anyone. The clerk who sold us jewelry lied about when they would report my payments to the credit bureau, and he lied about what kind of inquiry would be made on my credit account.. I opened an account with them simply to build my credit (which I stated from the beginning). I held up my end and made sure all my payments were ON TIME, IN FULL. But yet theyre still not reporting it paid! I contact customer service, their billing department, AND collection. They say they can see I have a ZERO balance yet they do nothing about this! They say I’m not the only one who called regarding payments not being reported... I will not return to ANY Daniels Jewelry and will NOT recommend this place to anyone.
