This family owned business has been around for decades. They are honest and do incredible repair work, affordable watch batteries, and stunning custom designs. They also have lovely ready to purchase items in the store for engagements, anniversary, or just because. Ive been shopping with them for close to 30 years. I trust them with my heirlooms.

Needed some links removed and fitted to my wrist and the owner did it all within 5 minutes for only $5. I even tried to give him more and he wouldnt accept it.Fantastic cost for fantastic service, you cant go wrong here!

Introduction:Found this Jewel (literally a Jewel) Jewelry business by accident. So I had a watch that was in dire need for an battery replacement. Since I am new to Vegas, I dont know where to go.Called around and after speaking to a few places, I just dont get a good vibe. I almost gave up, however, saw this five stars rated, thought I gave it a shot and was glad I didnt give up. Heres why.....Customer Service: 5/5First and foremost, this place is not opened till 10:00 am. I decided to call at 9:15 am and was planning to leave a message and was surprised a George answered.George sounded legit over the phone, so I decided to stop by and gave it a shot. Well, traffic was good, so I got there at 9:30 am and guess what? Yip! George let me in and serviced me and I was out by 9:45 am. Holy cow! I couldnt believe my experience.Most places wont even open the door a minute early. So yes, this is what you call a great customer experience.Pricing: 5/5It was crazy reasonable. Look, I am a humungous supporter to small businesses. However, some are truly out of control when they nickel and dime you. Anka literally charged me $5 to replace my battery, the other shady places I called, all quoted me $15-$25.What a significant difference, its not just the pricing, but more a principal.Tips:Although the door was opened prior to 10:00 am, if you want to look at their jewelries, I recommend after 10:00 am so you allow them time to set it up. I truly hope theres more supporters for Anka.
