We just recently went in and had him do an additional band and now I have the dream wedding ring. I would never go anywhere else. All the employees at the store are very courteous and kind and Joey listens listens and gives you exactly what you ask for, He is very good at bringing to fruition what you have in mind. Wonderful craftsmanship!

Tower of Jewels is the best jewelry store in Las Vegas! I have purchased multiple items there over a decade: beautiful Diamond earrings, pendants, watches and man more. The last place I’d gone to didn’t do a great job and I was afraid to trust a new jeweler. Juan and the team at Tower of Jewels did a wonderful job fixing the issue and made my ring look literally brand new while I waited just a short time. I always wanted to find a local place with a great reputation so that I could feel good about continuing services in the future. I have found that today and I am very pleased!

My wedding ring BROKE on a Saturday morning.. as in, a large piece physically detached from the band. Obviously, I was upset. The guys at Tower of Jewels were AMAZING! They assured us they could repair it if desired, showed us replacement options and really listened to what we had to say! Joey examined my diamond and explained so much to us about the cut and the stone. He helped us find a new, beautiful setting that I’m really excited about. I could not ask for a better engagement ring buying experience! I came in with a bit of surface level knowledge, but still a bit out of my depth. However, I was not the least bit uncomfortable there finding the perfect fit in my price range. Juan is an absolutely delightful person! He really helped educate me on diamond quality and has boundless patience. He was not trying to sell me a ring, he was helping me find exactly what was the perfect fit for my engagement. We found the perfect fit on all accounts: price, quality and style. It seemed almost too good to be true, but I had thought the same about my relationship so it really was the perfect fit. They truly made it a wonderful experience. They also will be able to create wedding bands that match the engagement ring band so I will most certainly be going back!

Our good family friends are life long returning customers and raved about the quality of product and services we would receive so we decided to give Tower of Jewels a try.Unfortunately before finding them I had several horrible experiences with box stores selling me sub par product at a high price and even as terrible as jewelry being swapped when dropped off for repair.My faith was restored 100% when I found Tower of Jewels. Not only did they teach me how to identify my own pieces but took the time to explain what components were important when selecting new ones. They also informed me of the suggested care plan for pieces which was super helpful!Additionally I had pieces just sitting in a box which the owner helped me bring back to life (gah you should see my sapphire). They do not cut corners they are honest and friendly. My husband and I have been customers for about a decade and I assure you we wont go any place else!

Great service high quality work had my wifes wedding rings repaired here a few years ago was very satisfied. This time I brought them in they were in bad shape wedding and engagement broke away from each other several broken prongs, missing a few diamonds but they came through again picked it up, and just like new.i highly recommend this company. Let me start off to say If I could give them 5 diamonds instead of 5 stars thats what I would do. I never buy jewelry from regular jewelry stores because my uncle owns 9 stores but, I was looking for something for my wife and daughter for Christmas and didn’t have time to get with my uncle because he is in mexico. As soon as I walked in I was genuinely greeted by Juan who is a classy individual but most importantly a true professional. I didn’t know what I was looking for but Im a type of buyer once I see it I know. I am very hard to please with customer service since I myself am a Sales manager at a car dealership. I saw a pair of diamond earrings which I thought I was going to take the Manager came over to give me a price because I asked juan what the best price would be so he immediately got the manager for me. When he arrived he also was quick to assist but as well he was a true gentleman and a professional. I than saw some earrings for my daughter which he changed the stones on the spot and quick so I could see how they would look with her birth stone. Next to those earrings was another pair which he quickly switch the birth stone as well. At the end I purchased two matching sets one for my wife and one for my daughter. At no point of time were they rushing me to make a decision even though they were closing and I was all over the place. They made me feel like I was at my uncles stores and to be honest I can say Tower of Jewels treated me just as my uncle would. If you want to be treated like every customer should come and see these two classy individuals. By far the best customer service I have ever experienced. Thank you once again Tower of Jewel!

This is a family-run business, and the place dates back to time of the Rat Pack. Very expensive BUT their inventory that consists of jewelry, watches, etc., has no other rival. They do bargain and are very reasonable and the management is very flexible. Recently, went in for a battery change on a very expensive watch and Joey (one of the sons) did not charge me anything and simply said, Our pleasure.If ever want to impress that particular girl, this is THE place for it. Very dishonest! Took in a Vintage Rolex to sell, the owner of the store couldn’t stop starring at the watch. But kept telling that it was destroyed and the bracelet was worthless. He offered me $500 (store credit) for the time piece. I declined, I was able to sell the watch through an online retailer for $30K.

Horrible customer service.!!! And the owners are not men of their word. I came in to sell some diamond earrings and the gave me a price way less then what they were worth. I said no thanks and shopped around for a better offer. No luck, not many companies buy that size of diamonds. So I returned and they offered me even less. Shopped around a lil more. No luck. So I called them and asked of the offer still stands and they offered me even less. So I drove back to them and they told me its might be diamonds they sold. And said that they no longer wanted them. What.???

I have been to the Tower of Jewels a few times over the years and the staff is always attentive and ready to greet you at the door! They have a large assortment of many pieces and styles of jewelry! I would recommend dropping by and seeing what they have to offer as they have yet to disappoint on multiple occasions!
