Great people, great place, great work. I needed a a few simple cuts. Spent $20. in a world where most businesses act like they are too busy for their customers, these folks treated a $20 customer like a $20,000 customer. They did what they said they would do, when they said they would do it, for the price they quoted. And they were super nice. Seems simple, but the majority of businesses and service providers I interact with cant seem to handle this.

Probably the best experience of any repair vendor I have ever had in Las Vegas! When an antique mirror broke during a move, they went above and beyond in making sure the antique frame stayed intact. Mike, especially, made sure I was kept informed every step of the way. He truly handled the situation with kid gloves, of which I am extremely grateful. Great company!

After spending a significant amount of time trying to find a company to service my out of warranty Milgard windows, I was referred to Davis Glass & Mirror. From the initial point of contact I knew I was in good hands. I initially had them service a malfunctioning window at one of my properties and now they are working on another. Im beyond pleased with their professionalism, punctuality and pricing! Outstanding business. I have used Davis Glass and Mirror several times and have never been disappointed. My latest visit was for a piece of glass for a pachinko machine. Since the glass had to be tempered it would take 3-4 days to get. It was ready in two days. I also phoned them to add a piece of plexiglass to my order which they cut and had ready with the glass. The glass was wrapped and well protected. They even carried it out to my car for me. The measurements were right on and everything fit perfectly. All the employees were extremely nice. The office is very welcoming with holiday decorations, bowl of candy and bottled water. I will be using your services again. Thanks Davis Glass and Mirror!

I am shocked!! Robbed!! 680.00 to reinstall a shower door. And they stated they put new parts on. THEY MOST CERTAINLY DID NOT!!!So to install my door they took out .....680.00Thats crazy!!!! Insurance fraud!!!

It starts at the top at this business, the owner Dan Davis is the most cordial, kind, knowledgeable and pleasant person Ive known and it just goes down hill from there, his office staff is personable, knowledgeable and efficient in their roles, the glaziers are also very knowledgeable, professional and efficient in the job that they do also, I would recommend this Company in a heart beat, they have to be one of the finest Glass Companies in the Valley!

Very respectful, customer service was amazing. I got a quote over the phone and that quote was exact. They took measurements to make sure without any issues. Cut the glass to size and brought it out to my car. I could have not picked a better place. Price was reasonable for what i needed. I would definitely come back if i ever need any other windows fixed.

Called for a estimate for shower glass enclosure. Came out of a Saturday. Estimate was 200$ less than 3 other companies I received an estimate from. Ordered glass, it came in a week later, they called me and said they were sending it back because they were not happy with how it looked. Next week they called to set up installation. Installed that Friday. Very nice install. Great pricing and great service, will use again

All I got to say is Excellent company for ALL your glass and mirror needs! I highly recommend them. They were very professional! I found the company through a Southern Highlands Facebook page. I asked the group for recommendations for glass company. I couldn’t believe how many people recommended Davis Glass. It was overwhelming. The owner was tagged in the page and he personally greeted me and told me he would take care of me. His name is Mike Davis. Very professional and kind and told me he would make sure to handle it himself too. I thought that was cool. I see why everyone recommended this company. I called them and spoke to Nancy and Cindy . They both helped me on separate occasions and were very very friendly. Cindy even helped me get my glass in a hurry . They both stayed on top of it. I appreciated their kindness and help. I wish I got there installers names but I didn’t unfortunately. They were cool guys and professional also. Took there time and was very careful on install. Pretty funny dudes too ! We sat and joked around a bit. I will definitely recommend this company to all my friends ! Thanks

I was looking for parts in Lowes, Home Depot and even online and can’t find the parts. Leo from Home Depot in Arroyo suggested Davis Glass and Mirror... and found the parts. I just returned from Davis Glass to have a very small job done that nobody else would do. The girls in the office were so polite as well as everyone else in the shop. They cut the pieces I needed while I waited and offered water. What great customer relations. Thanks Davis Glass

No complaints about service, but then my job was an easy one. Had glass cut for a desktop and it was ready as promised. $58 for 20 x 40 plate glass, a wee bit on the high side compared to what I would have expected.

They quoted me a price then charged me double. When I called they stated that the springs that I can buy for $10.55 were $75.00 each. I would not recommend.

I put down a deposit 15 days ago with this company for a home window repair. I’ve had to reach out to them myself each of the last two weeks to find out what’s going on with the window. The lady who answers the phone acts like she’s doing us a favor. Last update was my window was supposed to be on the truck Friday and didn’t show. I’ll never use this company again Or recommend them to anybody. 14 days and counting what’s joke!

Stay away from this company. It is a nightmare to do business with. What should have taken one week stretched out to over a month. The first install was missed with no phone call, no text. I found out the next day that they had broken a piece of glass at the shop and had to reorder. They showed up for the next install but after putting up the frame discovered that the glass they brought was 6 inches higher than the frame. They had to take the whole thing down and start over. Finally got the product installed but the material is substandard and the quality of the workmanship is suspect. There’s a big gap at the bottom of the shower door and they are trying to tell me that’s it code. Really? They don’t bother to cover their shoes when they come in and track hot asphalt all over the carpets. Very unprofessional. I wouldn’t recommend them to my worst enemy.

My building had been vandalized and a window broken. I found it that way late Saturday afternoon and assumed I would be waiting for hours for someone to show.So when I called Davis Glass I was already dreading the worst; but, my call was answered by a very pleasant woman, I apologize for not remembering her name, within a couple of rings. She got my information quickly and professionally and assured me that some one would be on their way shortly and she would call me back to give me an ETA. Within 15 minutes of my initial call she was calling me back to let me know she had someone on their way and that they would be at my location in 30 minutes.Almost to the minute their driver arrived, his name was Dennis. What a pleasant and professional person he was. Got right down to the job and secured the broken window. And just when I thought he was done and heading to his truck to leave he grabs a broom, a bucket, and a dust pan and cleans up the broken glass, not just outside but inside as well. Truly a professional firm.Thank you so much to Davis Glass for all that they did for me.Eric

One of few glass places open on Sat. Till 7 pm. Walk-in or schedule an appointment with very polite Cindy and very knowledgeable about glass. Reasonable prices for glass, little high priced on some of the add on items like rubber seal that goes around the glass window to seal but hey their open till 7 pm Sat.

This company is unorganized. I regret going through this company I was referred to this company by a friend because of what the workers did to her shower, it was beautiful . I called on Monday and the lady name Chris answered, I wanted to get a quote for a type of window and showers. She informed me she will call back, with some information. 20 min later some other lady name Cindy called instead of that lady Chris. I felt she was not very informative about the quote she also said she would call me back because she was very busy. Never got the call till later on that day. I was thinking not to go through with this company at all. But I wanted the workers come and measure and give me an estimate. The next day a worker came, i promise you this guy looked confused . He was on the phone with another worker trying to make sure what he was doing was correct. This freaked me out I am not gonna go through a company who is unorganized and doesn’t know what their doing. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY AT ALL.

I cannot recommend this company to anyone having a special mirror to be hung.I had a 4 by 5 special western cut glass design mirror which needed to be hung on a wall. So I hired Davis mirror, who I thought were professionals. They couldnt show up on time and when they finally did arrived they destroyed the mirror.If you use this company I wish you luck.

Dont call this company to come give you an estimate! They charge a $75 Service Fee ???? to come out and IF you hire them, they will deduct the fee from the charge..REALLY??? Great way to up charge and then lock you in....sorry, not interested in this company!!!

They ignored me three times. They sent a guy out to give me an estimate, and he took my email address and said they would send me the quote. A week went buy and so I called, and was then told they would send it quickly, which they did. I immediately replied with a question, and of course got no reply. I called days later and the person who was handling my quote, Cindy Ritzko told me she would have to talk to the guy who came out to my house and she would call me back the very next day. That was three days ago, and of course she didnt.

Tried to contact Davis Glass and Mirror through the website about a week ago and never heard back.Just called instead, hoping to get some help over the phone, and was transferred to perhaps the most rude woman on the planet. Her name is Nancy. She acted like she had never taken a customer service call in her life and like she had no clue about glass. Just thought Id pass that along as Im sure shes a big source for incoming negative reviews.

I have had a generally bad experience with this company. The installer was very nice, but their office staff is not good. They lost my first appointment, I spent an entire afternoon at home waiting for the installer and when I called to ask, the woman was quite rude, said it was my fault, and then said they would be there the following day and hung up on me. My window for the following day was 1-4pm, and they did not show up until after 5pm. No one, at any point, offered any sort of apology. Ive now wasted two entire afternoons waiting for them. I wont be using them again and recommend you do not either.

On Friday, November 20th, another Repair Co. ( used by the Property Management Co.) came to replace the rollers on my daughters and son-in-laws sliding glass door. After one and a half hours, we had a broken glass door with no rollers. After much conversation and confusion with the management of the repair company, Davis Glass arrived within the 45 minutes as promised. Indy, not only replaced the broken glass and put on the rollers but repaired the damage caused by the other repair co to the actual frame because the door had been removed improperly. Indy took the time to explain how to properly close the door and made sure the door was safe and locked. Indy also repaired the screen slider that had not worked properly. I personally want to thank Indy, who went above and beyond excellant customer service. The dispatcher ( female) who was patient dealing with other repair company and Davis Glass. I will highly recommend Davis Glass to all that I know. Thank you so very much.

Small residential job, but Received one quote from friendly accountant/front desk, went and bought the frames, came back with materials and was told by a rude pseudo-wanna-be-hipster at the front desk that it wasnt in stock and would be thousands of dollars sans any context or apology. Clearly they didnt want our business.

Waited and Waited finally received my 3 small pieces of glass. But when I pulled around back he brought them out with no wrapping, I asked for my bumpers that raises the glass off table he went inside and never came back so I left. They said I get them with the glass but owell. Looked like they were way under staffed. Never did receive any calls .

Always takes a few days, but jobs done on time & done right.

Davis Glass is my go to when it comes to window/door glass and tint. Great customer service and reasonable prices.

Nightmare to deal with. They do not return calls. They give you the runaround. I brought my screen door to be repaired. They charged my $80 but did not repair the screen door. Now, I am out $80 and still have a broken screen door.
