Wow !! Richie and his crew came in and installed our walk in shower glass and it looks better than we could have hope for ! OMG... what a professional team !! The glass looks amazing !! So glad that we went with Dan Bradley. The office seemed a tad disorganized. We had to call them back a few times to get out project moving forward. But after that, all was good.Its always nice to deal with a company that walks their talk ! I would recommend them in a heart beat !

We have used Dan Bradley Glass on more than one occasion. Office and sales staff are very courteous and professional. Everyone keeps us informed on needed materials and on actual arrival times, etc. Kevin and Steve were great on the last job installing new framework and seals on our glass-walled shower.

Quality workmanship and very friendly company.

After dealing with a less than reputable glass company to try and repair our glass patio door, I finally called Dan Bradley Glass Shop. The owner himself came out and measured and after receiving the quote we scheduled the install. They measured yesterday and today my patio door is already installed, cleaned and they are gone. The price was much lower than the price the original company was charging us too! Very nice and honest people to work with!!

We had a mirror door with cracked glass. I used my Honda Ridgeline truck to transport the door wrapped in a moving blanket and bungee cords attached to my truck bed to keep it from sliding out the open rear tailgate. This saved $100 that we would have had to pay if the Glass Shop picked up the door at home. After the mirror glass is replaced in the door in about a week, we will pick it up and save another $100 delivery charge. Dan Bradley Glass Shop quoted a very reasonable price, especially since saving $200 in delivery charges.

Tried to chat with the receptionist about a project. She couldnt have cared any less about it. She basically made it sound like shes too busy to deal with me. Ironic when you consider its customers like myself that give them the business. Id love to give them zero stars if I could. HORRIBLE customer service.

They came for an estimate on my closet, the worker accidentally broke a big part of my closet mirror and then said he didn’t do it. Don’t trust these people. When I talked to his manager she just called me a liar and said they aren’t taking responsibility. P

My mom used to award bids to Bradley Glass Shop back in the eighties and nineties. They were glazing apartment complexes with over 300 units each. Dan is a master of glass and mirror. He is an artisan and engineer of glass. This shop can handle large scale and small scale jobs with every available type of glass n mirror known to man. Now I own a furniture store where we need glass repair and replacement for customers with a variety of needs. I always recommend this glass shop. All of my customers have been extremely happy with the service and they actually surpassed expectations on many occasions. Being a business owner I need to make sure I am recommending tradesmen whom are nothing but excellent. If you need glass work done this is the only place I would recommend with the knowledge and experience they have. I just would not go anywhere else and expect that.

I’m giving them 1 star because the price they quoted us was the lowest for the 8 windows we wanted. BUT, we did not give them our business because when the measure guy came to measure, he broke a piece of my blinds. He pulled the blinds open, they fell out of the bracket, and a piece of one slag broke off. When I called to see how they would fix my blinds, they told me I needed proof. Ok, no problem, I email the pictures. Karen calls me back and says she spoke to the guy and he says he didn’t do it. So I tell her “yes, he did and I sent you pictures and called you the same day it happened”. Karen tries to offer a 5% discount, but says the owner believes the guy so there’s nothing more they can do. My husband then calls and Karen is rude and tries to tell my husband what happened (even though she was not there). She ended up hanging up on my husband who got upset. She calls me the next day and then proceeds to tell me how rude my husband was, and that people are not responsible if they break things. Really Karen? She offers to get another company, The Blind Guy, to come and look at the blinds but that guy never calls. Even though we are paying more at Lowe’s, we trust them a WHOLE lot more than some guys who supposedly have 15+ years experience but can’t work blinds. Oh yeah, the measure guy told the owner that I said my blinds were 15 years old. Ha! First, I never said that (they’re 4 years old) and second, if you’re so knowledgeable about blinds and windows, you couldn’t figure that out? Terrible customer service and terrible technicians (apparently). Would not recommend. Watch them closely when measuring and be sure to record or take pictures of everything.

Update to review below:8-2019Just got done with water testing by my HOA on this same window because now I have a more serious problem than cracked new window glass - there is water leaking into my bedroom. Its because when they installed the new GLASS in the WINDOW - IT WAS NOT SEALED PROPERLY ON THE OUTSIDE OF THE BUILDING!I now have water damage and a cracked window due to Dan Bradley’s terrible work that was done here 😡I would not recommend them for re-glazing a window unless YOU want to be responsible for PAYING to replace it AGAIN when it Cracks during their improper installation!They claim no responsibility for their work and their prices are not clear on what you are really being charged. Buyer beware! Go elsewhere.

I have hired Dan Bradley Glass for over 30 yrs for huge projects and for small residential glass. This is the only company that stands behind their work, they always make it prefect. From the office to the field all his employees are professional in assisting customers. Dan is always available, his prices are affordable normally lower than other shops. I would recommend this shop over and over, as I do.

Took my window frame to them in the morning and it was done exactly when they said it would be done had to send my Wife to pick it up they were very good to her. This will be the only Glass shop Ill give my business too.

I just wanted a quote!! I really wanted this to work, I honestly did. I took out a whole morning off work for this appoint window of 8am - 12pm..........it’s almost 12pm and no call, no nothing. I call them and they said someone called at 730am then changed it and said someone called at 9am. I had zero missed calls. Not even a voicemail. They said they could reschedule me to 12pm - 4pm. I hesitated and asked if there are any smaller windows of service. They (couldn’t get a name because they talk too fast) said someone finished for the day and could be out there in 30 mins. I waited almost 50 minutes and finally called to cancel. This would’ve been a second opinion and they could’ve beat the other guys.

They used to be very good. Whole new crew they make many mistakes and will overcharge you if your not paying attention, which will be your fault in the end. Sad really... I am looking for a new glass company.

The quote came on time. The workmen came on time.The work was good. The workmen told me to call ifthere was any adjustment needed. I paid by creditcard. A week later I was called by a very snippy, veryunprofessional female, asking who I was. And asking whoI was. And asking who I was.What she wanted to tell me was that my credit card was declined twice.After I told her I had been using the card daily since the work, I gave herthe card numbers, again, and told her to call if there was any further problem.She said: Ill never call you again, and hung up.Quality help is hard to find. I hope Dan Bradley hires better office help in the future.

The woman on the phone, Karen, was rude, unpleasant and curt. This is after paying a $375.00 bill in where we questioned the amount charged. Rather than deal with her again we simply decided to take our businesses work elsewhere to a company whose employees treat customers with respect and consideration.

A nice place to find everything you need to fix your windows slidding glass doors etc and the people who work there are the most nice and helpful thats great !!!

I had an appointment for a quote-the serviceman didnt show so I called the office and they told me he had been delayed and would be at my house at 1:00. He called at 1:15 saying he was enroute, but by that time I had to go to work and couldnt wait for him to get to my house. I called the office to reschedule and was offered ANOTHER 4 hour window 5 days in advance. I would have thought that they would work me in sooner, especially because they had already wasted my time, but apparently they dont need the business.

I wanted to get a quote on window repair for one of the properties I manage, called them on May 11, 2018 and she said to send them an email with the request. She never called to scheduled, called them again on May 14, 2018 and she said she havent had a chance to call and I also sent a follow up email, which they never responded to either email. Tenant called yesterday June 7, 2018 saying they just called to schedule. I called to let them know we no longer need their service because it has been over a month since the initial request and they had no idea about calling or about the request.

They installed my custom shower door, at the best price and the fastest service....

I have never purchased or even looked for a quote from this company. I was cut off by one of their trucks and he was weaving in and out of lanes. This vehicle ended up behind me again and sped going about 60mph in a 35mph street. If this is how careless this company drives, I wouldn’t want to ever see an install from them. The vehicle number was 6 and this happened about 20 minutes ago.

They did a great job fabricating a custom size screen door for a great price.

Recently had an install on a new house that we purchased. The previous owner placed the order, so we were unsure of which windows they were to fix. The install guys show up and stated they had never been to our house, had no idea which windows to fix and were extremely rude during the whole process. We will not be going back to them in the future if we need anything else done.

I have used Angies List in the past to find reputable contractos for work that I needed done. One of the reasons that I pay for the subscription is because typically the customer service I have recieved was excellent, even if I was vague in what I needed done. I called the office originally intending to set up for an estimate to swap out solid doors for glass ones, on a storefront. The receptionist that answered was very polite, and asked to what I needed then transfered me to someone that coudl assist me further. When I described to him what I was trying to do he pretty much did everything but called since I wasnt a door expert. He then threw a ton of technical terms at me expecting me to know what he was talking about, and was pretty much on the verge of yelling at me thru the phone. for not being well versed in the door installation world. Needless to say that I would never do business with someone that talked to me the way he did. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE

Warning do not use this glass company its been one excuse after another about their orders their deliveries the receipts they give on emails nothing but a pack of excuses every time I call and ask for service word to the wise go somewhere else

Horrible customer service! I scheduled 2 separate appointments with them and had my mom waiting one day and a friend wait the second time for the 4 hour scheduled window time they give you.
