Their technician came out to take measurements, gave me some good info, and he told me that my estimate would be emailed that night or early the next day. That was almost two weeks ago. Still have not heard a word. I went with a different company for my shower glass and conference doors. They will be installed this week.

Awesome customer service!Were renovating a vintage trailer. I called place after place to find a company who could help replace the old louver-style glass windows on the front of the trailer. The installers didnt have the right rubber seals used silicone and didnt have any rollers when sliding door could have used new one. They only cleaned the new glass they installed and did not clean the other existing glass on other side. Did not replace a screw that was missing. I was disappointed with install. Hope it lasts. Paid a lot.

Had Kellys Glass came to replace my broken window on 2nd floor.The GOOD: they did an excellent job. Price was really good. This was a more challenging job that some other repairers didnt want to take on . They did come out twice to make sure they get the measurements right and scope out the job. Very satisfied with the work done.The BAD: lack of communication. A week went after I told them that I accepted the proposal no words. I had to call them to get status of the job. 2 weeks later I had to call back to get a date scheduled. 5 missed appointments and only one of those that I got a call before hand that they cant make it. I hope the company will improve on this aspect of the business.

Came in to get a piece of glass for my picture frame, went to a few other shops and they wanted a lot for just a piece of glass so I tried them. They were very kind, offered to cut it on the spot and very affordable. Great company, will recommend to friends or family.

I contacted Kellys Glass for help with an inspection issue that came up during a Real Estate transaction. This happened during the Covid 19 crisis. This is one of only a few companies that had the professional equipment necessary to diagnose the problem. Kellys Glass just tried to rip me off by estimating $2100 and 8 weeks to replace this single pane window in one of my rentals. I hired Home Depot to do it for less than $400. I will make sure to tell all my property managers and colleagues to avoid these guys.

I called several glass company’s ( no answer’s or no frosted) before finding Kelly’s. What a relief and even more so when I arrived at the facility. So happy with this company! I refinish furniture and I had to get two small pieces of glass cut for a nightstand. Taylor helped me out and she was so awesome, friendly and informative. I got my pieces cut for $20 which is the best price I got after calling many other glass places. I was talking with Taylor & before you know it they came out with my glass. Literally took 10 minutes, I was immensely surprised! James also helped me out & was really friendly. I will be getting all my glass needs from here from now on! :)

We paid extra to have a small custom widow for a bathroom express made and instead of arriving in 5 to 7 days it took 2 WEEKS to get it. It held up the project a full week. Instead of arriving ready to install, we had to grind down the inside edges to fit the window inside the stud wall frame.

We ordered a custom shower enclosure that was installed this morning. From my first contact with Rick about what I was looking for and then the installation itself, I couldnt be more pleased with the end result. The enclosure is more beautiful than I could have imagined. What made this experience so special is not only the quality of the work but the professionalism exhibited not only from Rick, but also the two gentlemen who did the install. They were fast, friendly, professional and didnt make a mess for me to clean up after. I havent been this pleased with the quality of work in the 22 years weve lived in Vegas.I would definitely use them and again and would have complete confidence in recommending them to family and friends. They were there when they said they would be and delivered a quality product at a reasonable price. I cant thank them enough for a job well done.

My only complaint would be communication at the start of our transaction, but afterwards they were pretty responsive and the product turned out better than what we asked. Will use on all of our glass needs in the future. Would rate 5 stars just a little shaky in the start. James made up for it though.

I have had the most amazing experience with Kelly Glass! I bought a beautiful wood table that seats 8. When I got it home it took no time to realize I NEEDED a glass top. I called and got Peter, and thank God! He was an answer to prayer! The whole adventure was easy and stress free. The table is very intricate and needed to be custom cut and we needed a special glass due to the sheer size of the table. It took no time at all for Peter to have his guys out here to measure and draw out the table. Before I knew it I had a beautiful piece of glass and a company I can depend on. It has been almost 6 months since I purchased the glass and we are getting ready to move and they are there to help no problem! I saw some bad comments from a few years ago and I assure you, that not only have they fixed whatever problems they had, but they can hold classes on how to create the best customer service. True Vegas service, an art of which I thought was lost to all the new comers.

Good morning everyone! For 2 weeks straight Ive been trying to make an appt with this company. First time I was told once job is completed then call back for estimate appt. Last week I called back was told Rick handles shower door installs and will call you back for appt on 1/13/20 when I would be available. I never received a call back. So I called this morning to see what time theyre coming by. And was told by Rick that he never was left a message about having appt today with me! All his guys are busy with other jobs today. Im leaving town to take care of some family matters and this was my best availability! This company was referred to me by a friend. Needless to say Ill be getting rid of Kellys Glass number not my friends! If your company cant even take information to make an appointment what does that say about the quality of your work or the products you use? Please protect yourself from companies like this! And stand up for great customer service!

Had them come out years ago to do a shower enclosure they were great so I thought I would use them again for a broken window pane it took almost a month and a half to get the one piece of glass in and to install it, not once did they call to give me the estimate, or even let me know that it was going to take longer than the 5-7 days that was originally told to me, never called to set the schedule, I had to do all the calling. Not impressed with the customer service .

I had a bedroom window broken by my neighbors kid. The window was single pane and old so it completely shattered. I called Kellys Glass and spoke with James. He came to my house personally the same day. He measured the window and even helped me board it up.The window was broken on a Tuesday night. James was at my house on Wednesday and he had his crew at my house today, Friday.They removed the board, cleaned up the glass out of my yard, and installed my new window. They were fast and very friendly. I will certainly call James at Kellys Glass in the future.

I brought a cracked top mirrored table to Kellys Glass & Mirror Co. for an estimate to repair. James immediately assured me that the table could be repaired. Unknowing the outcome, I decided to leave it. Before leaving, I suggested that they add beveled strips as an option and they honored it. James sent pictures by text along the process so I could decide which way I wanted the final look. When I picked up the table I was so impressed! Although other companies said it was not repairable, Kellys Glass & Mirror Co. repaired it and the table looks BETTER than it did before. Had a scheduled appointment 10-1. I asked for a call ahead, she said sure theyll call 30 mins ahead. I call at 1:15pm to ask where the tech is and they said oh he called and knocked and no one was there so he left. Great sat home from work all day for nothing! I own the home across the street and all I had to do was run across the street. I never seen any vehicle and he never called. What a joke! Im selling the home and really needed this repair done quickly with the close of escrow and I had waited 4 days for this appointment.

When I worked at Frias Transportation we used these guys.. James always showed up on time, his staff was friendly and the price was very competitive. I would recommend James for any commercial or residential glass needs.

This is the first review I have ever taken the time to write, but the service of this place is bad enough for me to take the time to warn other potential customers. They scheduled an appointment for Friday morning, never showed up or called. When I called after noon, the scheduler said the guy who was supposed to come called in sick and they forgot to call any of the customers he was scheduled to visit. After he told me no one could come to the house that day, I spoke to the manager, James, who did send someone to my house. They told me I would have a quote early the next week. It never came. When I called James, he said that he would get it over to me by the end of the day. I never received it. I called the next day and James refused to talk to me, probably out of embarrassment. I never received a quote. I honestly do not know how they are still in business.

Some good. Mostly bad.After a break-in, we hired Kellys to replace a broken glass door. They came out and measured, and a couple of technicians installed the glass the following week.The glass was installed improperly and a couple weeks after the the install when coming in from grilling outside, simply closing the door caused the glass to shatter. I closed the door normally without any excessive force, so I knew it had to be a problem with the way the glass was repaired.I called the company, but they were pretty confident that it was not an installation issue. We set up an appointment for the following Thursday within a two hour window. About 10 minutes before the end of the window and waiting around for a couple of hours, I received a call telling me that they wouldnt be able to make it that day because of a family emergency with one of the technicians. I was inconvenienced, but I definitely understand that family comes first.We set up a new appointment and a couple different technicians came out to check it out. To my shock and relief, after looking over the glass and taking out the door, they came to the conclusion that the broken glass was caused by improper installation. I get that accidents happen. They said they would take care of it and that was good enough for me.About a week later I got a call from the company to schedule an appointment. This time for a Friday between 1-3. My wife made sure she would be home so we could get this issue resolved. Nobody showed. I called the company at 3:15 and I was told that the truck with our glass had broken down and they wouldnt be making it to our house that day. We received no call from them, it took us calling to find this out.At this point, I was getting kind of tired of excuses. We had been stood up twice already and had suffered through a faulty install that caused a broken door.We set up a new appointment for Monday between 1-3. Again, my wife made sure she would be home. Again...no show. I called the company again, this time clearly angered. The manager to whom I spoke tried to apologize and said that he really yelled and screamed at his guys for standing us up yet again.We set up an appointment for the following day in the afternoon. I requested that the technician just call before he heads over since I work close to home and would just meet him, rather than have somebody waiting at the house.Well, rather than doing that, he just showed up while nobody was there. The only way I knew he was there was because of the security camera at our house that alerted me that a person was there. When I saw who it was I was at lunch but quickly called the company to make sure he would stay until I got there. They assured me he would. I just rushed out of the restaurant where I was eating without finishing my lunch to go meet him.My wife got there before me because she saw the same thing on the video camera and was closer to home. The technician stuck around but seemed a bit put out that he had to wait 6 minutes for somebody to arrive.In the end, he installed the new glass well. The door works better now than it did after the first install. I was impressed that the company took responsibility for a mistake when honestly they could have gotten out of it by just denying liability. Everythings fine, but I wont use this company again. Theres just no way they can be counted on to show up to an appointment.

Edit: now theyre claiming to have had a mix up with the commercial and residential sides, and that theyll have someone here between 12-2 to fix the window for the original price. My husband set this up from work, so well see.DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! Ill divert my business elsewhere since they think its a game to have 2 random strangers in my home with children living here!!!I called yesterday for a simple single pane window repair. Never got an official arrival time, or even a window of time. Two guys in black shirts with the Kellys glass logo show up and were acting shady the whole time. Quoted us with $108. Told us theyd be back later with the custom cut glass to fix the window, again never an idea of a time theyd be back.... THEY NEVER RETURNED. Had my husband call back this morning and lo and behold theres NO record of anyone coming to our home. They claim that they dont have employees who wear black shirts. So then who came to my house decked out in your logos? Also, even a small job like I have, is quoted at over $200!I will never ever contact this company again and will forever tell everyone I know to avoid them. Ive never experienced such shady business practices.

I purchased a replacement window glass for my home and paid for it in full over 2 weeks ago. They advised me it would be ordered and installed after the Fourth of July. It has now been over 2 weeks and nothing, no installation, no phone call, nothing. I stopped back in to their shop today and the girl at the counter advised there was no pending installations in my area, so it must be done? After looking thru stacks of papers she found my order and advised the glass was not even at their shop yet. She then began to be argumentative claiming she never told me that it would be done after the Fourth ! Over 2 weeks to install a standard window and its still not done or even a telephone call???I would not recommend Kellys Glass & Mirror unless your Doctor advises you that you need a stress test. Dealing with them will give you all the stress you can handle !!!

Admittedly, only had a small job that needed to be done. 1 small window. They came and gave a quote. Called them 8 times over 6 days asking to set the appointment to have the work done- each time James said, Ill call you back in 10 mins... Never once did he call back. Finally, I called a 9th time and said forget it. Treated like an inconvenience. Maybe they do quality work on projects that yield them a higher profit margin. For small jobs- Id avoid them.

When our window got broken out they came the same day and boarded it up. They told me it would take 7 days to get the glass in. One month later I finally got the glass repaired. I had to call them to follow up regularly and even when I called no one knew what was going on. They had my phone numbers incorrect and to make it worse they didnt even match the tint!

Not sure about the services but driver is a really rude and aggressive. he will cut you off and give you the middle finger.Wouldnt want to do business with this company employee if thats how the act

Called for a service call - Never received call back. When I called back, I was put on hold forever and finally got somebody who said again that they would call me back with a date and time. Never heard back. Few days later, they call and say theyre enroute!! When I question why they didnt call and let me know, answer was they were short handed and busy - no apology at all. Frosting on the cake was when the gentleman said rudely, So ...is it yes or no then. At that point, I declined their services. If they cant even get a scheduling right, how professional is their work going to be???

Recently I called Kellys Glass and Talk to James ( Great guy) to order a custom 3 1/5 ft. by 8ft Mirror with a 1 bevel. And I had done my homework on how a great Mirror was made. That being said I spoke with several other glass and Mirror companys, and none of them could assure me that they could make this mirror ( with only 1 solution of coating on the back, copper free, with heavy silver- ing) However when I talk to James @ Kellys Glass he knew just exactly what I was looking for. And he made my Mirror and what a beautiful Mirror it is. A special Thank you to Kellys Glass & to James. I recommend Kellys Glass to every one who wants great quality and customer service. Kellys Glass knocked this one right out of Finlay park !!!! Great job

First time I called and set up an appointment and when they dont show up on the day scheduled I call back and find that the girl had forgotten to get my phone number and they couldnt come out. Lets try again.They finally make it out a week and half later, and I show the repair man the windows I need fixed. He pulls out the part and writes down the number, I take him into the other room and he repeats the process writing down the parts number. Five minutes.Two weeks later and they finally get the parts (only after I call them) and schedule. My first dumb move: I paid in advance - I beg you, do not do this.They finally come to the house to fix. My second dumb move: It was while I was at work, only the wife was home. Well, the technician only has parts for one window, and says thats all I wanted fixed, they didnt even order parts for the second window. A five minute repair but they charge a full hour.Naturally, I call up Taylor at the company and let her know Im furious. She says shell look into it. When she calls back, she says that all I wanted fixed was one window, and when I ask if she talked to the original estimator she says he claims to only have looked at one window. A flat out lie.BUT, theyd be willing to come out again - AND it would cost another $120 labor. That right, if they had gotten it right like I had asked, it would have cost me $16 more in parts and no more labor. Now, its another $120.Were they willing to come out and spend five minutes and charge me just for the parts? NO.Did they offer to cut me a deal because of their mistake? NO.Were they willing to scam me out of another $120 labor charge? YES!!Unbelievable that in this day and age a professional company like this still exists. Its absolutely no hit at all to send out a guy to spend five minutes to fix a PR problem because of confusion with a customer. If this company cared one bit about your business or their own reputation they would have fixed this in a heartbeat.
