Unfortunately I have come twice to fix my window (different problems) and everyone is so nice all the time including the owner. Me being a girl usually mechanic try to rip me off or they’re rude but not this place, they make you feel comfortable :)

Regulator on driver door went out on a Saturday. Most other auto glass shops were closed already. These guys fixed it up for only $160. Another place quoted me $260. They also saw that my inside latch was not working so they fixed that for free. I gave them a $20 tip. Bring cash though. No cards are taken. They also do Zelle payments. Great place. Would definitely recommend.

Called and spoke to what was supposedly the manager she was unprofessional and seemed to be uneducated on service. Asked to setup appt to have car looked at to see what’s wrong and everything from my vehicle type was repeated incorrectly even to the issue after being put on hold while she searched for unknown/incorrect problem and vehicle info she over talked me and refused to have my car inspected and serviced. Ruined my morning how something as simple as making an appt could be so difficult

Never again..Worst service ever

Got a cracked windshield on a last Thursday, about 6 inches long, noticed when I came out of a business and contacted my insurance carrier who scheduled for me to get the windshield replace the same day . They text me a message sent to me by the auto glass company confirming the app and details . Tech was courteous and efficient, and the front office lady was friendly . Would def use again!

I would give this place a negative score if I could. I was the first customer in this place after I called at the advertised time at 6am. I been here since 9am. The driver forgot to get my glass and had to go back and get it. My daughter has a tournament at 1pm. I was told it would be 2 hours and it’s been almost 4 hours. No apology or even a conversation. I was told they are finishing over 30 minutes ago. Sad I was looking for assistance after my truck was broken into. Unfortunate that these are the facts today. Hopefully I can make it to see her tournament. Not cool.

I got my auto glass repair on my Lincoln cts the power window was out so I took it to Charleston auto glass, they were fast, cheap, I would definitely recommend using Charleston auto glass & power window repairs for any auto window services.

This was the worst place I have ever been to they make us go in the office and takes your car to the back in a garage and they have a lady in the office giving you a price from over the phone the supervisor left and tried telling me that my regulater was broken on my window when I knew my window was off track they Tried charging me $150 and then went down to $130 then $120 so I decided not to get their service and walked to the gargage in the back angry and guess what they didnt even touch my car didnt take no pieces of the car door to check the window or nothing but telling me a price THEY ARE SCAMMERS !!!!

Not worth the drive or time. One window switch was not working intermittently. They did not even take off the door panel to look at it and see if there was a short.
