I have had 6 custom mirrors put in my home by A Cutting Edge Glass & Mirror. That alone let’s you know I trust this company because I keep going back! They have a quick turn around time from order to installing, which is very convenient. I had different workers put in each mirror, but they were all quick & professional. All my mirrors look amazing and add a touch of luxury to my home.

During our recent move to the North Las Vegas area all 4 of the glass shelves for my curio broke. I was heartbroken. The moving company agreed to reimburse us but we wanted to go through a company of our own choice. We did some research and found A Cutting Edge. They had a representative come and measure for accuracy of the size and a few days later Melvin & Jose came to install the shelves. The whole experience with A Cutting Edge was pleasant and professional. Melvin and Jose came and introduced themselves and quickly and efficiently installed the shelves. I really wanted to love their work. We went with A Cutting Edge Glass after a poor customer service experience with another company. We settled on the product they were offering even though it wasn’t 100% what we wanted (looks-wise) we got on-board with it since we felt confident in the way they appeared to operate. We were told the timeline would be quicker if we went with a slightly alternate color than originally selected, which was fine, only it still took the full/longer end of the originally quoted timeline, also something we ignored because it wasn’t the end of the world. But things kind of continued to go downhill from there. The first glass door was damaged, which installers didn’t notice until after it taking a much longer amount of time to install than originally indicated. The damage was not AT ALL their fault and they were prompt about ordering a fix. Second door comes and it’s not cut right leading to another visit. A third attempt at install and it still wasn’t correctly installed; additionally in that process the door handle was damaged needing a replacement ordered. After a fourth visit things are aligned and In working order, I am very thankful that I work from home, but 4-5 appointments/issues was still a huge disruption to my job. Throughout the process I did tell them the door wasnt serving the purpose I personally needed it to, which is keeping my pets out of the office. My 11 pound cat can push through the door like it’s paper thin, this, again, is not the company’s “fault” but it was at this point the installer informed us that getting a door with a locking mechanism was possible but we would have had to have ordered it that way to begin with, this news comes after we had been told twice during the quoting process that this style door doesn’t lock with no indication that it was even an option, very disappointing. They did offer up some DIY fix ideas but those changes would impact other functionality features of the door, so from start to finish it just didn’t feel like anything went right. In closing I believe they care about their work and as mentioned I want to love it so badly since they had been fairly easy to work with, but at the end of the day I really feel like I threw several several thousands of dollars away on this product.

Nidia took care of our order. She kept me aware and of every step in the process by phone or text. (I personally prefer text to email.)Every workman who came to the house was professional and friendly. The quality of work was excellent. Melvin and Jose were particularly helpful. They called 39 minutes before they arrived which helped very much with my crazy schedule. When I could not be at the house on the day of installation, they explained every step and FaceTimed me so I could see the finish product immediately. Many glass companies give good service. I however was most impressed in my experience with Cutting Edge. Our glass shower enclosure needed certain preparation requirements to be met by the tile installer prior to installation of the glass. The installer did not meet our expectations. BJ at Cutting Edge took the time to Face Time with the tile installer to give direction and insist on on proper preparation. Once the glass was cut and ready, we got an appointment to install within a week. The installation crew...Melvin, DJ and Robert were on time and completed the job with great results in one morning.Cutting Edge went above and beyond what one would normally expect, and I highly recommend them to anyone.

I hired Cutting Edge Glass to install a glass, double barn door system for a room I converted to a gym (something that my wife and I had seen in a model home a while back and wanted for ourselves someday). BJ and his team did an absolutely perfect job and went above and beyond in ensuring that everything was completed to the highest standards and - most importantly - to a design level that was beyond what even I had hoped for. Our job encountered a couple hurdles as the install progressed (due to the original construction of the home). Everyone at Cutting Edge Glass takes such pride in their work and business that they didn’t rest, put in A LOT of extra hours, effort, and resources, and ultimately came up with solutions that not only fixed the issues we encountered but also improved upon the original design (all at no extra cost). We had our windows installed three weeks ago. I worked closely with BJ, the owner of A Cutting Edge Glass & Mirror, and I feel BJ is extremely honest and he is very kind. My wife and I had bids from several companies and we chose A Cutting Edge because of quality of windows, price, an their willingness to work with us as we replace all the windows in our house on a budget, and in increments -- 6 windows at a time. BJ chose Cascade dual pane, Low E glass, and we can feel a huge difference in the amount of heat that doesnt come through the glass. I also want to comment on the installation, our windows look great. The day of the install, three installers arrived; DJ, Ezekiel, and Rob. They were will groomed, very respectful of my wife and I, our home, and our three dogs. When they finished, our new windows were sparkling clean and they had completely cleaned up any construction mess caused by the process. We used A Cutting Edge a couple of years ago to replace one window panel with interior condensation. We were so pleased with them that we called them back now to replace another panel with condensation and one damaged smaller panel with a BB shot Even with COVID restrictions, their response time was reasonable. Office staff was professional and installers, Brian and Ezekiel, were fantastic. Unfortunately, the new panel had some issues and BJ made sure it was replaced promptly. Had to request a call back shortly after due to window strip popping out (warping from heat). Sherese was totally understanding and attentive to our issue & set up an appointment for a week later...again, very reasonable timing. We were surprised when we received a call from Blanca a day later to move the appointment up by a week. WOW! Call back was done by Brian and JC hours ahead of scheduled time, efficiently, professionally and expertly. This company is nothing short of AMAZING!!! I won’t use anyone else in the future.

My ideas were bigger than my budget but BJ came up with an alternative that would work with both my space and my budget.
