The finished product was perfect, Staff was very nice. The only reason I didn’t give 5 starts is because it took a little longer than expected, otherwise perfect.

Horrible company!!!! Horrible customer service! I waited 2.5 months!!!!!! for my glass! dozens of phone calls, the WORST experience I ever had!I dealt with Nicole (sales) which already quit and left me with all the problems! Ist we had a date to install the glass and the day arrives I had to call to ask whats going on and they say its the next day even though I had confirmation on the date of the installation and they said will call back withthe time. No call at all .I called back with no answer.

Would never consider using this company after seeing this today. Truck was parked there for an hour in a handicap zone. Pretty sad

Dealing with the customer is terrible and very bad. They do not prepare the order according to the promise they made. To cancel the order before cutting the glass, they charged me more than $ 200 for nothing.I will never make deals again with this company. Dont trust 👎👎👎👎

Terrible experience. Paid $5k for a custom front door. Heard nothing from them for weeks after I ordered it. After their estimated time to complete the door had passed, I called for an update and they said it would be a couple more weeks. I called again 2 weeks later and the person who answered the phone was irritated that I was calling, and said it would be done by Tuesday of the next week. I called again on Tuesday afternoon because I heard nothing from them, and the person once again sounded irritated that I was calling and said she would check with her supervisor. I asked if I could get an answer soon and she said she would call me back in a few hours. No call back, not surprisingly. Would not recommend them to anyone.

Either the phone number changed or they like to say hi then fumble the phone and hang up.

My company had a very last minute order we needed to place for tempered glass, only a two day turn around. All the folks here were SO GREAT in assisting us in our shipping deadline. They called their supplier to see if the glass would be ready, picked it up before hours and delivered it all to our warehouse so we had what we needed! It was such a great experience and certainly helped in lessening stress of the situation! THANK YOU THANK YOU!

Anthony’s Glass techs were on-time (hurray), professional in attitude & appearance and did an excellent job installing a window. Will use again for glass work.

If you are interested in having your project completed in a timely manner, go elsewhere. They were quick to come over for an estimate, then never called me back. After 2 weeks I called them & they gave me an estimate. After a few more weeks of not hearing from them I called again, only to be told they couldnt get the hinges in the color I wanted. I said another color was fine. After several weeks, they called me back to set up an appt. to have my hinges installed. They of course called late just before closing on a Friday night & the time they gave me did not work. They were really good at calling on Fridays about 30 min before they closed. After several months, the hinges were finally installed. I 100% failed to understand why they couldnt confirm one of their guys to install the shower hinges more than once a week in a 2-3 hour time frame or couldnt schedule this more than 1 day in advance. If you have no time frame & like to be forgotten, this is your place. They wanted half the money up front & took the rest months later when the hinges were installed. Had I not had to pay the 50% up front, I would have never called them back. My advice is to stay away or get a time frame, with a penalty for them not finishing a project within a specified timeframe.

Anthony’s glass, after an initial equipment issue from the manufacturer, not followed up and made sure that the beautiful barn door type shower door was not only refabricated and installed correctly, thus solving the problem, but made sure that we were completely satisfied with it. We have now used Anthony’s Glass for a second project and have no hesitation in recommending them.
