Had a broken screen on my Note 20 Ultra and my insurance carrier listed this as an authorized Samsung repair dealer. One of my friends said to use this particular location because he was really impressed with the quality of work they did. I have to absolutely agree. They gave me a 2-hour timeline and hit it perfectly. Promptly gave me a call to let me know the work was done, and Ive got to say Im impressed with how everything looks. Original Samsung equipment instead of some cheap knockoff. I needed to purchase a new S-Pen so they had it charged, synced up and installed for me when I picked up my phone.Hopefully I will not need their services again, but I would absolutely recommend to friends and family.

When I came in, store was clean & met w/ same professionalism. Fast and courteous even though there was a person in front of us. Got our phone fixed by next day a few hours earlier than estimated. I had 2 galaxy S9+ devices repaired at the W.Lake Mead location, both had cracked touch screens. The repairs were on time as promised and I couldnt be happier! They are 1st come 1st served, so dont expect them to drop everything or put you in the front of the line because you need your phone, we all do. It took 3 hours on the weekend, which to get my phone back like new was well worth it to me

Entering store we were greeted promptly, as soon as he looked at phone he knew exactly what we needed along with the cost. We dropped phone and had a flickering screen. We arrived at 5pm and the phone was ready the next day early afternoon. He even texted with a number we had on file to let us know it was ready. Awesome service, along with professional repair. Saved me from buying a new phone. I would recommend using them for service on your devices.

I wouldve had a better experience if they actually knew the details of what they were talking about. I bring in my PlayStation because I couldnt get it out of safe mode. They told me it was fixed for 25$just for me to pick it up and the game is still in safe mode. Therefore it wasnt fixed and I still had to pay over 100 for the new hard drive which I had no problem with but if they knew what they were talking about I couldve saved 40$ and allot of my time. Not only that the guy Jesus never called me and told me my PlayStation was fixed so I had to wait an additional day. That was very unprofessional.

Terrible service, rude, completely unhelpful. I cracked my phone screen at 3pm was there at 4pm and was told to jump in a lake there no way I could get it fixed today. I used to really like this location the Supervisor was super helpful and very professional, one time he even stayed late to get my device fixed! Now the staff is nothing like they used to be. I will NOT be back.

Had my friends S21 ultra back panel fixed here. when we went to pick it up there was a white mark at lower end and ask what it was. they said its probably the glue but i paid $118 for it so i expect perfection. so i told them to replace it again. they agreed. the next day the back panel was perfect but then there was a white line under the camera. it doesnt affect the performance of the camera but it definitely seems it was on purpose. if youre going to be petty about it then you are not professionals. we brought the phone in to get fixed and paying more than a $100 for an imperfect job then i couldve gotten the parts myself for a lesser price and done it myself. maybe next time do what youre paid for.

Really impressed with their work. My new samsung s21 plus screen stopped working. My bf had done some research to find some where that would fix it and this place popped up. Everything was under warranty so I didnt have to pay a thing. I guess the s21 screens were defective so samsung covered it.

Honest technicians. Took my PS4 in for a HDMI issue they hook it up and saw they my system was working fine. The problem was most likely a cable problem or my tv. Took my console back home and tried a different tv and it worked fine. They could have been underhanded but they werent. No charge for looking at my console

I came in with my old game system (Nintendo 64) because the console wouldnt stop reseting itself. They said they would take a look at it and the very next day I got a phone call saying it was fixed. They also fixed my Nintendo GameCube a while back. The people here are very friendly and great at what they do. Highly recommend.

We took our daughters iPhone XR to have the screen replaced. They replaced it for $130. The next day the screen started to crack, it had 3 hairline cracks in it, like it was spider-webbing. The phone had not been dropped. I returned to the store to have it replaced, I would expect it to be under warranty. The kid at the counter was rude and spoke to me as if I was trying to pull one over on him. He acted very immature and unprofessional. He stated that the phone had been dropped and they will not fix it for free. He did offer a discount for a new screen. I think that is absolutely absurd, they do not back up their work. He basically told me I was lying and would not repair the phone. Horrible customer service. I do not recommend this company!

Took my granddaughters chromebook in for screen repair they said 1 week, when I called a week later they said 3 more weeks! And they were pretty pricey not happy about the wait or price.

Dropped my phone in the pool, they were able to retrieve photos and settings off my old phone to transfer to my new phone. Highly recommend them.

They did their best to fix my problem it. Last about days, then same old problem again. I still gave 4 stars cause of the courteous service and they took the time to tell me that it was possible the repair might not be permanent. Instead of charging me over and over again, knowing it was possible unreliable to fix. I would recommend them to my friends.

I dealt most directly with Nick who is a super tech geek in the most complimentary possible connotations of that term.He wound up giving me more than I asked for and for less cost on my Viao Laptop. Broke the screen on my Note 20 Ultra on a Saturday night. Needed a fix on a Sunday. William answered and he was on point. Parts in stock, and managed to get me fixed up same day. Couldnt be more pleased. 👍

First time I tried this place and I was very impressed! They have very knowledgeable, professional staff that gave honest advice and they did not try to upsell their products.

Please do not bring your device to this location for repair or utilize any of this stores services. I brought in a brand new Pixel 3a that I purchased in April of 2020 to this location in November 2020 because I was experiencing battery issues. It was confirmed by this location that the battery was indeed defective. The repair was completed and the phone battery improved greatly.In January 2021 the screen went black without warning. This location provided a 90 day warranty. I took the phone in, explained the issue and waited for diagnosis from them. I go in the next day to check as they had not contacted me as they had promised to within 24 hours. They indicated they were having issues getting the phone to power on. It took them a few days to contact me afterwards. A new screen and battery were replaced without my knowledge. (I didnt believe there was any reason for a new battery to be replaced)I had to go online through their ticket system to learn this. No communication. I picked up the device 3 days later and took my device. No explanation of any services performed given at the time other than new screen and new battery. No notes on my receipt.Upon inspection at home under my lamp I discover small chips and scratches all over the side of my device where I assume they opened the phone. There were also marks on the back of the device. I noticed the screen is slightly lifted from the frame. The device was getting hot during basic voice calls. I dont believe this device was properly assembled during the repair process and that motherboard was damaged during reassembly.I begin to have battery issues again in the week following. The phone used to last approximately 1 day and 6 hours after the new battery. It is currently down to about 13 total hours. Phone heats up and even shut off without warning as I was using it. The phone needs constant attention.I contacted management, owners and corporate. No one helped or offered a good solution. So I turned to Google to help me out.I learned my lesson about using this company. I strongly encourage anyone considering this company to reconsider utilizing their services. Although all work stated in this review was done free of charge under warranty in my opinion it was not worth the hassle I have gone through with this company. I wish I had just gone through Google for a replacement device to begin with. Thank you.Update 8 weeks later: after an investigation and hearing what happened to me, Google stepped up to the plate and is sending me a *new phone* free of charge since this company messed up mine. This is called *CUSTOMER SERVICE*So again I stress: if you have issues with your device or computer-- just go through Google, Samsung, Apple or your original manufacturer and avoid using this store at ALL COSTS. You will be so much better off, trust me!

I came in yesterday with a device that wouldnt turn on and they fixed it . So educated, polite, and nice. Since i was treated so well i decided to write a review and i will forever go back because of their service .

I went to them to help me pick parts for my new PC, and to build it for me. They told me to buy incompatible parts, then when they didnt work they still didnt realize that they were incompatible and told me my motherboard had a short in it and had me order a replacement. There wasnt anything wrong with my parts, they just didnt bother to check that the 300 dollar parts they were recommending me were actually compatible. I ended up getting a different processor and just building it myself after I had to realize what the problem was myself. They made me miss my work and school for a week because they didnt bother checking if the processor was actually compatible. After all of this I called them and asked them to explain themselves, they said they would call me back and still havent.

This was the second time I had the pleasure of using uBreakiFix services on Lake Mead. What I like is that they are honest, caring professionals. I trust them to fix what is actually wrong with my iPhone and not charge me for more than that. They are responsive and very pleasant.

My Samsung S 20 was having a lot of problems..I found out Samsung has contract with them to make repairs if possible on original manufacture warranty phones. The guys are very helpful, they know their job and veey honest. I was happy with their responses and quality of work. To be honest, they are 100 % more knowledgeable on the subject of phones than Samsung Customer Care reps. Highly recommend for your phone repair jobs

I would have to give these guys a 50* rating. I spoke with William about having my s10+ screen replaced in which I cracked an hour before I called him. I had to have it the next morning by 7 a.m. for legal purposes. He told me if I brought it in to be repaired that he could have it done within 3 hours. Was a little skeptical, but William was excellent and explained all the details and testing and so forth ... and within a little under 3 hours it was finished and like new and even with a new battery. Very professional and helpful and all parts used are factory parts not aftermarket like most places use. This company is also partnered with Samsung.Highly recommend William and his associates. Store was recommended by Google Pixel support to troubleshoot a technical issue that could not be resolved remotely. Technician diagnosed the issue in less than 5 minutes and had the repair complete the same day. A big relief for a perplexing problem.

Totally awesome. Im in town thinking I would have my note 10 screen replaced due to scratches. Cant get it done in person in Montana where I live. I walked into uBreakiFix and the guy looked at my phone, told me the note 10+ have a built in screen protector, used his nail to peel it off and voila, my screen is perfect again.The guy could have easily made me pay for not knowing. I was up in the air on who to choose Ubreakifix or Geek Squad. I have never been to the Ubreakifix stores and figured they have to be better than Geek Squad due to past experiences. As soon as I walked into the store, Im greeted by a man named Nick. He was able to diagnose the issue with my laptop quickly. I liked the store and service because I was actually getting helped, mentored, and coached as to why my computer was doing what it was doing. He took the time to go into fine details that most others would not have. I wasnt nickeled and dimed for asking questions about my computer. He went out of his way to show me things on my computer and helped fixed small issues for free such as why my memory was full and how to fix it easily. They didnt BS me, try to con me out of service via computer parts or services. They are kind-hearted young people who take their work seriously and are phenomenal at it. This is the only repair shop I will go to from now on. I have personally referred 10 different friends/family to them. I never write reviews, so for me to take my time and do this means I greatly appreciate their service. Nick, thank you again for all your help! You really saved me! I will be able to finish my paper on time.
