The best experience ever dealing with duke of computers, I had an issue my laptop I left it overnight, they found the solution pretty quick, and the price to fix it was great price.Thank you for all your help you guys are awesome and I definitely will refer Family and friends.

They charge exorbitant prices and try to rip off customers when they can. Also, they will break your computers or laptops and then have the audacity to blame it on you. STAY AWAY!!

Excellent service provided by this computer repair store in Las Vegas, NV. My Dell XPS 502 laptop got the dreaded blue screen of death on 3/13/21. Using my limited knowledge of computers and using backups that i had done, i tried to restore it, but to no avail. I finally gave up and googled computer repair in Las Vegas and found Duke of computers. I called and talked to a very nice guy by name Daniel. He assured me the store will do its best to restore my computer to a working condition. On 3/15/21, i took my computer to their Durango office and handed it over along with new ssd for clean install of win 10 and data transfer. On 3/17/21, i got the best phone call i have been hoping for. Daniel told me that the repair was completed successfully as promised. Not only did the store handle the job fast, but it was done to my complete satisfaction. I am truly very grateful to Daniel and Duke of computers, cause the successful repair of this computer has special meaning for me.

Everyone was polite, upfront, and easy to work with. They performed the tasks I asked for at a reasonable price, and customer service was good.

I broke my screen on my laptop. They fixed it in 2 days. It was a bit expensive but Im not complaining: they provided excellent quality and service. Called me and kept me updated, completed the work faster than expected, and was very friendly! Good job guys! 👍

The Duke is awesome! My drive stopped working and they were able recovered all my files. They replaced my hard drive and got my computer back the next day. I couldnt have asked for better service and prices! Daniel is so helpful especially for those of us that are not so tech inclined. He really is a lifesaver and I am so lucky and happy to have these guys so close to home. Ive been to their other store on Lake Mead once. For all of your computer repair needs I would recommend this business. I took my computer to geek squad and they werent able to fix it! Danny is professional and knowledgeable. He explained everything to me so I can understand what I was doing wrong with my computer. He was able to save everything I thought was lost from my hard disk. He diagnosed everything for free and and quoted me on the repair. He was very fair.Thanks for being honest and efficient!

I came in just last week to get myself a custom computer built for myself since I need a fast and reliable computer. They were friendly and kept me up to date on what was going on. The prices for their services are spot on. They built my computer perfectly and quick.

The hard drive in my HP laptop crashed couple weeks ago, and a friend recommended that I take my laptop to Duke of Computers. They diagnosed the problem, made honest and reasonable recommendations, installed a new solid state hard drive and some additional memory, and salvaged the old data (including photos, etc.) on an external hard drive. The work was done within a couple of days, at a reasonable price, and my computer is better than new. Ill definitely recommend them to all my family and friends!

My laptop needed a major cleanup, and I found Duke of Computers on my iPhone. I failed to update my virus protection and was having issues. They ran a free diagnostic, they have cleaned my laptop from all the malicious programs and the viruses I had on it, cleaned up misc. items running on start up, and removed about 4GB (!!!) of junk for a nominal fee, and finished everything by the end of the day. They are down-to-earth, honest and know their stuff, a real pro with many years of experience. I will definitely return here!

Came in to fix my Alienware laptop I had heating problems, service was real quick and the heating is gone I didn’t have to Change any part which for me mean reliability and that’s why I’m sharing this today.. thank you.. it’s not easy to find a good repair store today.
