I dont know what expectations I had when I needed my computer fixed, but needless to say they were exceeded. I moved to Las Vegas last September and when I set up my desktop computer again, it didnt work. The Dell logo would come up, but the login screen would not. I put it out of my mind for a few months as I had my laptop, but I thought I would give it one more try to see if my otherwise-good-running computer could be salvaged. I checked for available computer repair services, and this one had the widest range of hours, which was important with my crazy schedule. I called and an appointment was set up with Bryan to come by my apartment. They gave me a two-hour range (8-10 AM) and Bryan called me at 7:30 to let me know he was on his way, so props to him for showing up so fast, rather than waiting until the last minute (closer to 10). My initial expectation (perhaps slight fear) was that it would be a problem he would need to take my computer in to fix and that he wouldnt be able to fix it today, and that they would intentionally take their time to increase the cost. However, that was DEFINITELY NOT THE CASE here with Bryan. He was able to diagnose my connection problems and I was able to log in fine. Not only that, but he ran other diagnostic, speed, and malware tests for me, and everything was done in UNDER an hour. I actually felt somewhat bad that he traveled all this way and he was able to diagnose and fix my computer that quickly, but... I guess thats a sign of how knowledgeable he is at what he does. Polite, knowledgeable, PUNCTUAL, and fast at getting the job done. All of the things I was worried about didnt happen, so I wouldnt hesitate to call them again if Bryan was available. My computer just stopped working on the 15th of September and I was frustrated because the earliest I could get one company to come out was the 24th!!! Oh no that couldnt work for me! Once I emailed about the problem in my laptop, I immediately received a call from the company to set up an appointment. We were helped by Bryan. He was very professional and he quickly figured out the problem and explained what needed to be done. He ordered the required part right away. Once the ordered part had arrived I received an update from Bryan and he stopped by to fix my laptop. As the second visit required only about 5min, he didn’t charge a service fee and he stated that during the first visit itself. We were pleased with the help Bryan provided and I feel the fees for the service was reasonable as well.Also for anyone concerned about Covid-19 precautions, Bryan wore necessary PPE.I would most definitely recommend Bryan and this company!

I was met at the front door of my residence by Alfredo from Karl’s Technology. He was on time and went quickly to work solving some technical issues with the transfer of 800+ photos from a thumb drive to my iPone and iPad. He explained the process out loud while doing the transfer. He did the identical process on a new 64 G wireless SSD and everything’s works perfectly. My fears of 800 photos lost in “nanoland” were put to rest with a sigh of relief.Alfredo spent a hour doing the transfer and then sent me a receipt via email. Everything was easy right from the start. Setting up the appointment was quick. I received a call the next morning confirming my appointment. I was given multiple choices for when would be best for me. On the day of the appointment I received a call 30 mins from the tech telling me that he was on the way. Fantastic service all the way around. Having issues with my elderly mother not remembering her password to her computer. Instead of getting help, she would just buy new ones. They were able to help make the old ones useable once again and we now have access so we can hopefully stop the cycle.
