I visited Supertech back in May when I had an issue with my windows login. Originally, I simply asked for a recovery USB though he wouldnt sell it to me, I understood.He said he could unlock it using a bypass with the command prompt. I dropped off my laptop and he said to give it an hour. When I left, he installed a Windows 10 ontop of my Windows, which simulated my desktop. This was to allow the network by proxy to bypass my antivirus and allow for data leaks which includes banking info and financial information.I have had unauthorized charges on my bank account as well as compromised account info. People logging into and utilizing my Hulu and Netflix, and other hacks.Do not trust this guy with your information.

I dont typically write reviews. However, I believe this deserves one.I had an upgrade issue with my 2017 mac pro laptop. ( i’d be careful with upgrading to iOS Big Sur FYI )I had initially taken it to be seen at an Apple store.They told me that the only thing they could service was to erase my computer completely and start fresh. They had refereed a couple 3rd party stores. But after calling them and telling them my situation. They had quoted me upwards of $300 to fix my problem.This is where Lem comes in ( sorry if I misspelled it )I had told him my situation and he was very polite, and professional. After dropping my computer off for a day he was able to transfer all my files and keep my computer intact. He is very knowledgeable, and once he was done. He walked me through the process.Being a first-time customer, he had given me a generous discount. He not only fixed my computer but he also gave me insight into my next computer. I called and explained my graphics problem and they helped me over the phone knowing I was not a resident in Vegas and fixed my problem. I called about getting my printer fixed and the guy practically hung upon me when i told himthe problemhe said it wasn’t worth fixing but he kept speaking right over me while i was speaking. very rushed off the phone and rude.

Much less than I expected since he was completely honest and explained that I didnt need service I was quoted elsewhere for over $200. My mouse was defective and he included a replacement. I really dont want to reveal the price I paid because it was so low! I dont want this wonderful place to go broke helping customers the way he helped me.

He did everything that needed to be done for my crashed hard drive, while doing it reasonably quickly and without any hassles. All also for a very reasonable price. He was also friendly and gave me all the information I needed, but also didnt hold my time, quick and clean.Overall, everything I would want and need.

I did quite a bit of research before contacting Lem for assistance with my iPhone that was severely damaged (logic board). The other services I contacted were not able to handle the needs of the repair and the only other reputable options I was able to locate were outside of the state. Lem was professional, confident and pleasure to do business with from the beginning. He was able to restore my phone to pristine condition for a fraction of the cost other services suggested. In fact, my final cost was nearly (50% less than the original price he quoted me). I will go back for all my future needs and confidently recommend him to anyone in need of repair or data recovery. Ive been patronizing Lems computer fix-it store for 15 or 20 years. I have relatives who have gone elsewhere, and been disappointed with (a) price, (b) quick response, (c) technical competence, and (d) quality of work. I guarantee that you wont get any of those things from Supertech Computers. I highly recommend this small business; this is what makes America Great. When you drop in with your broken or slow computer, dont be put off by what appears to be a small and messy shop. Instead, glance to your left and see a dozen or so business cards from Las Vegas Metro PD employees tacked to the wall, who trust their own personal computers to Supertechs quality and safe work.

I cant say enough good things about Lem and his computer services. I first started bringing my computer problems to him in 1996. He was always very busy but took a few minutes to treat me like a person and not just a customer. Hes a totally real and genuinely good person. I went to work for a company in 1998 that I still work for, and I was very surprised when we had a hard drive crash and the owner gave me Lems card and said call him, hes really good!
