I purchased my FIRST iPhone 12 Pro Max & needed help in setting it up & getting familiar so I went to the Apple Store in Town Square. It was very busy but I was so FORTUNATE that ANGELA MERCADO assisted me. She was so PROFESSIONAL, KNOWLEDGEABLE, very sweet & so PATIENT! I dont think I could have gotten the set up done without her valuable help! Great CUSTOMER SERVICE is what makes a company GREAT & having a representative like Angela, speaks volumes to me about Apple! THANK YOU for making this senior citizen feel great about spending $1500 for a new iPhone! You are a credit to Apple...Im so appreciative for your kindness! I give you TEN STARS!!!!!

I gave an Apple store a 5 star, but after bringing my new iPhone 13 pro, very third day I started using my iPhone XR, I found nothing interesting, I was missing in my XR .
Everyone is 100% so helpful and wonderful at this store. I have interacted with perhaps 6-7 reps here who have helped me with my laptop and guided me to purchasing one of the new desk tops (in yellow) and each experience has been excellent. Thank you for answering my many questions about backing up my work on my device and doing such a swift and great job.
Came to this store to quickly buy an Apple Watch and a few accessories and not a great experience. I already knew what I wanted and just needed some one to ring me up. I had to still sign in and wait for someone to help although there were several apple employees just standing around doing nothing. Finally after inquiring twice someone helped me out and of course the watch I wanted was sold out. What a waste of time…Just moved here from California, never had this kind of experience in any of thr CA stores.

Staff is super friendly .You need an appointment to do anything with this store including buying anything. I saw them turn away several people while I was there who wanted to shop.With an appointment wait times were not to bad. Without one it could be several hours. One guy they told to come back at 7 p. M. It was about 430 at the time.Store looks nice. But over half the store is for repairs!Are Apple products that fragile? I wouldnt buy one. I was there to drop off my daughter computer. Which they said would take like 7-10 days to repair. After almost 2 weeks with no word I went there to see whats up. They could tell me nothing. Where it was. Was it fixed yet. Is it in transit. NOTHING.A day later I got an email saying the repair place just got the computer and are starting the repair.A few days after that I got another email saying it was done and ready for pickup. Which I got last night.The screen is fixed and it was still under warranty so Repair was free.What a relief thats over with

My time here was well spent and worth the effort.These people have a solid process (even though their policy of how to accommodate the customers changed due to Covid-19).I spent a lot of money and plan on going back to spend a lot more 👍I recommend showing up in person just before they open and be prepared to schedule an appointment for shopping if they cant get you in right away.Usually appointments are the next day, but sometimes you can get in right away or later that day.
Bought a product online that made me choose a pick up time. I arrived 5 minutes into my 15 minute pick up window, there was a line with only 6 people ahead of me and I wasnt in the store until 15 minutes after the window they wanted me to arrive. Upon purchase Apple promptly sent me an email with a QR code to show the representative when I arrive to pick up the product, but the link was a broken link (QR code didnt show) which wasnt really a big deal since they didnt NEED it to hand over my product, but youd think a tech giant would have the ability to email a QR code correctly. The redeeming factor was the guy who helped me, friendly and funny. I realize covid is putting constraints on businesses but dont give us a time window when you cant hold up to it.
No more shopping, very cold feel, appointments preferred to avoid long waits, walk-ins first come first served. Apple is promoting online shopping and pick up at these locations is pretty seamless. I was in and out in 10 minutes to pick up my online purchase. Just didnt feel like an Apple Store anymore.
Loses a star only because I couldnt figure out for the life of me how to call in to the store and speak to a person, rather than using their automated phone line! But once I arrived the employees were very courteous. I was told Id have to wait 20-30 minutes since I did not have a prior appointment and I said that was fine, but I actually waited less than 10 minutes to be seen. Jessica was very friendly and helpful, answered all my questions, and got our issue resolved almost immediately-- all for no charge! I will definitely go to this location if I experience Apple device issues again. Also, dont be offended if they ask you to wear a disposable mask over/instead of the cloth mask you wear to the store, and they will be conducting a temperature check.

I ultimately had a god experience at this apple store. My logic board failed on my iPhone 11 pro. Flag ship iPhone from a year ago. most expensive phone that they have ever made. I dont buy AppleCare because I take extremely good care of my phone. Ive had an iPhone forever and have never damaged the phone myself. Now the logic board fails on my phone... Its OW... out of warranty. Im asked if I have applecare... no I do not. Why not? This problem with my phone was not my fault. It was an Apple defect. Why would I need AppleCare for an issue that I have absolutely no control over. I buy or do not buy applecare for when I damage the phone, not for when its a manufacturing defect. This one year then completely not covered is absurd on an iPhone that costs over $1000 dollars. Ultimately apple made it right by me but it was extremely stressful prosses. Just cover the defects for a few years...

The staff member we were given was a young Asian girl with one side of her head shaved. She was supposed to help us but she decided to take on another customer at the same time. Our purchase became less important and during the buy a window popped up for her to call and supply some retailer info. She dow right refused to help told us we have to call this no purchase was made. She was unfriendly, unable to multi-task and lazy. If you go here avoid this staff member.

I must say, their customer service and knowledgeable employees have improved over the years. They allow you room to browse without being hounded, and there’s plenty of employees around when you are ready to receive help. The prices are terrible - that’s Apple! - but the employees and the plentiful options available to you are excellent.

Due to Covid concerns you need to make an appointment to be seen at this time but it is nice to have the store open now. They take your temperature when you entire the store for the safety of the workers which is nice. I easily found the item I was looking for because I knew it would be in store inventory. My problem is with the items that are not in store inventory. Why can I not order items that are not in store inventory to be picked up at a later day. I dont care if it takes three weeks to arrive from Shanghai and I might even buy other items when I pick my product up. Please Apple add send to store

Horrible customer service and Iphone X I bought 3 days before stopped working today,.I refunded 2 Iphone X cell phones due to the disgusting manager called Christin something lied me that store manager was not in store when I asked him I needed talk to the manager. I dont remember when was the last time I was fooled by customer service, this guy really pissed me off.

I preordered my iPhone 12 pro on Oct. 16th, but my account still says processing. I was supposed to receive my new device on Oct. 23rd. I setup an online pickup with a window time, but to no avail. I’m wondering if any who preordered received their items on launch day or updates on their accounts as all others who preordered on the 16th received theirs at different apple location? What’s the delay in this location? That’s why I preordered on Oct. 16th and as stated I would get it by Oct. 23rd.
Really poor customer service
I got some airpods that ended up being defective. The store did multiple replacements until finally I was satisfied. I am fortunate that the Apple store was there, and that they were helpful and willing to satisfy me. None of my visits cost me anything more than my own time, and even without an appointment, the wait was often short.
Hot outside mall
I bought an iPhone 6s that I had for only one week and the screen turned black and never turned on. So I took it to this store and fair enough they gave me a new phone but an iPhone 6. They said they would contactMe when the phone was ready that they were gonna check what was wrong with it and the guy said they were gonna give me a new iPhone 6s if they couldn’t get the phone on. Or they were gonna give me an upgraded one . It is now September and this was at the beginning of March. I have not heard from them since. I still have the phone they let me borrow. What about my phone I had paid cash for. I’m not gonna let my money go to waist. This isn’t even my phone and I been having to use it. I called 2 months later and they acted like they didn’t know I took my phone in and Had no idea who I was . So who do I complain to about this .??

Every time I visit this location, the staff are all very kind. This visit, the greeter and Josh were both outstanding! The greeter was very attentive to my needs and was on topof his job. So when I was connected with Josh, he was very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. He even provided some useful advice. The store is always very clean and well organized. Due to Covid-19 there is of course safety measures set in place, I waited in line for around 45 minutes and they gave us water, masks, and hand sanitizer. They also check temperature so beware. Staff was helpful getting what I needed.
The time I visited this location any further supported why I will spend the money for my Apple products. They were as busy as you would see an Apple Store on a busy weekend. Thankfully I had an appointment and unlike many places that give appointments they kept their appointment time. The technician efficiently checked in my phone for a recall on the battery and within two hours I received my phone back with a brand new battery, free of charge and I was on my way.
Anthony really helped me out and displayed amazing customer service for me. I was on the fence with sticking with Apple for future product/tech purchases, but because of him I want to stick with Apple. This store works really hard in managing just how busy it is. I appreciate the well managed and plentiful staff (as many businesses run on a skeleton crew to save money), it has made me feel they care about getting my needs met with quality and very quickly.
Data loss happens they say. Nobody cares. Went there to Fix a camera and got random photos erased from the trip. From different days just randomly, when representative assured us that everything going to come back and said that last update was just few hours ago. Good job apple

Place was mobbed! As like a restaurant someone took our name and directed us to wait at a table. We were third in line. Waited about 10 minutes, which with how busy it was, was quite quick. Guy helped us get an upgrade amd everything transferred in about 30 minutes. Surprised. One star off for Apple prices.
3 years ago I purchased a Mac Book Pro for my daughter assuming it would last forever. However, after many service issues, need for repairs, and countless customer service phone calls, we FINALLY got a resolution. THANKS to Spencer and J (the lead tech in the back :)) at the Town Square Apple store we got the computer replaced. Spencer was especially helpful and attentive. HE ACTUALLY LISTENED which was a far-cry from the other reps, techs, and customer support people we have dealt with over the years. BIG SHOUT OUT TO THE TOWN SQUARE TEAM!! YOU GUYS ARE AMAZING!
I enjoy this store. Town Square is a fun place to hang out and the Apple Store is always ready to fulfill your inner-geek needs.I recently went in for a broken IPhone screen and they replaced it for free. It took about 1.5 hours to fix so we strolled around Town Square while we waited. Once it was ready, the pick up process was quick and easy. We even had some time to try out the Apple Watch in a few different flavors. The store has quite a few demos that you can wear and get a feel for which one you like.The staff is always helpful and super friendly. I havent ever had a problem with service at this location.During the holidays this store gets packed so get your Genius Bar needs out of the way before then.Ive had quite a few items repaired here, since Im an IT guy and theyve always taken care of me. I appreciate their willingness to help and work through any problems that arise with their hardware and software.

Not the friendliest among Fruit storesI was pressed on time and there were barely people in this store. All I had was a single question and I was asked to come back later. This is not the friendliest fruit store in Southern NV.There is enough parking and the overall amenities of the Town Square are good, of course.But I will stick to other Apple stores for great service.
I absolutely love this apple store! Every time I go the employees are super nice and friendly!! I always appreciate their help. They always solve the issues I have and issues I didn’t know I had and did more than I asked or expected, God bless them always and everyday!! Even when I was waiting they had a free GarageBand class and I really enjoyed it!

My husband and I had an exceptional experience in this Apple location today because of ONE person... their customer service rep KB (Kristian Bryan) since we’re friends on a first name basis now. Anyhow I don’t need to express how truly dreadful even the mere thought of going in to an Apple store is just to ask a question about their products let alone inquiring about purchasing one... it’s nothing short of the misery of going to the DMV so naturally I wasn’t thrilled about having to go today ... UNTIL our interaction with KB. He was extremely pleasant, very knowledgeable about the product, helpful when we hit a few hiccups with our carrier, and more than that entertaining and humorous. I have worked in customer service most of my life and can be very critical but also extremely appreciative and grateful of those that give exceptionally great service. Tried activating my phone as I’ve done so many times before to have it not work. Had to jump in the car and head this way, agitated, sleepy and just plain frustrated, but thank goodness when I walked in I was helped by the sweetes person who figured it out in less thank 30 min. Thank you so much for easing my fears, this iPhone 11Pro Max is that deal.
I’ve been using apple products for a long time now. I visited this apple store to check on the new iPhone 11. I was talking to a worker for some questions, then she told me that i should just look at the phone and the details was there. I felt disrespected because she directly talked to different customer and suddenly smiled. When she was talking to me, she has a frowned face and does not look like she wants to help me. I went for another visit and the same thing happened. This makes me want to switch to a different brand.

I took my old iPhone 5s to this Apple store hoping that I just needed a new battery. It would not charge at all. They told me that it wasnt the battery because they would have gotten some signal from it. They didnt even want to hook it up to something to find out. After much prodding & pushing from me she took it back to the back and had someone look at it. She then came out after a few minutes & told me that it was the logic board that needed to be changed & it would cost &250+ and that I should just buy a new phone that would cost about $350. I think its pretty bad form for a company to not help fix their products but only try and sale them. I took it to wireless computer doctors on Jones & warm springs. It was the battery & it cost me $40 to replace it. Wont ever be taking my iPhone s to the Apple store. These were my older girls old phones that I want to have my younger girls use. Apple products are built tuff I can say that but the Apple stores just want to sale stuff not help you fix their old products.

Just came out of a service from Cammie. The moment we walked in, we got an estimated time wait. The time wait wasn’t an inconvenience, considering we were walk ins. Once we got notified, we immediately had someone ask about our reason for a visit. Then we got serviced through Cammie and she was phenomenal! She helped fixed our issue in under fifteen minutes. She even answered additional questions that I had and haven us tips to prevent our problem from happening. What a great resource! I always love coming into Apple because of the great service, it always feels like home.

Cannot say enough good things about this apple store. My macbook wasnt turning on. Had to leave it with them, they said it could take 7-10 business days but they had fixed it within 24 hours! They also cleaned it very well before giving it back to me and picking it up was painless and easy :)

So, I cracked my phone today. Big shocker. I decide to be a good citizen and go get it fixed the day of, so I do not have a breakdown everytime I look at my phone. I make an appointment for 7:20pm to go fix my phone screen, and lord have mercy on my soul I get stuck with an Indian guy. Granted, I was late to the appointment, it was 8:30pm, there was not a single soul, not even a mouse, in the store, and I was told by this lovely Indian guy that he would not be able to help me today. 1. sir, you can very much help me, I think that is what you get paid for, 2. it was not hard, I just needed my phone screen fixed. I just wanted to let you know that this was not the most efficient nor friendly experience I have had thus far.

Please Note : It is located in town square and parking is not easy. I was lucky around 11.30 am and I found a paid parking spot right outside the store.Thankfully inside they were extremely efficient. I told the guy what I wanted and he gave me the new airpod pro. We had a small chat as he just came back from Italy and we also spoke about the airpods. The whole process took not more than 15 minutes.I was very happy with the outcome of my trip to this Apple store and finally I didnt have to spend hours in line.Workers are very friendly.I would strongly reccomend visiting this store before you go to the other ones.
We had to take my daughters lap top in to replace the some keys that were falling off. So we dropped it off on sunday but she had school on monday and you know that store is always packed. Spencer helped us and had the keyboard replaced. The dude was awesome and had the lap top running like new monday evening! Awesome customer service! And make sure you get the apple care warranty, it was no charge! Thanks again Spencer!

Jammed packed most hours of day. Parking is no where near store you have to park in garage and then walk to the store. Standing room only for repairs best hour to beat traffic is early Sunday and week days early

Not very convenient to get to this store from Henderson NV esp using heavy road construction issues on sunset road for straight shot into TS pkg but this stores exemplary customer service made that awful commute bearable. Products and services not inexpensive but unlike the poor customer service we recently encountered at Verizons south eastern avenue store, Apples customer centric values are truly impeccable. Had to return 1 more time for daughters iPhone with new battery but the problem is resolved and experience excellent. Need an Apple store in galleria mall or somewhere in Henderson NV!!
