The wife and I have laptop computers that needed to be upgraded. A friend has used NVPCFIX for his computer repair needs. I sent the owner, Atul an email explaining my needs. I wanted to add a solid state hard drive to each and increase the memory on one of the computers. After sending Atul the specifications for each computer, he made his recommendations and gave me an approximate cost.The next day, Atul came to my house and picked up the computers. Later that evening I received an email from Atul indicating that the upgrades were done and he would bring them to me the next day, which was a Sunday. Very quick customer service. Had my new build PC diagnosed and up and running within an hour tops. Great and fast service and very reasonably priced.

Went in to have my wifes laptop looked at, sadly she had dropped it and the hard drive was damaged. I figured it would take about 3 days to get it finished they called me in just over 24 hours and let me know it was done and ready to be picked up. We have been using NVPCFIX for four years. Atul, the owner, has always promptly returned our phone calls and made an appointment. He is quick to diagnose and resolve the issue and provided advice on preventative measures. As our computers have aged, he has selectively upgraded them with just enough software and hardware to keep them functioning at top efficiency without having to purchase new computers. On minor issues, Atul will often advise us how to resolve the issue over the phone. He will also be able to custom design a desktop, laptop, or back up system so that you dont pay too much money or get something you dont need. His pricing is very fair. We would never trust our computers to anyone else but Atul.

When i was building my computer it wasn’t showing a display so I brought it to Atul and he helped me find out what was wrong and why it wasn’t showing a display.

I had NVpcfix come over to my home to repair my desktop. The service was prompt, and Atul was very thorough. He made sure everything was working properly. In the end when he told me the charges I was shocked! I expected to pay twice what he was billing me. I will recommend NVpcfix to any of my friends that need computer help and gladly call them again if I need more help.
