The first google review Ive ever left. To say Im disappointed is an understatement. I did not want them to send any toner. We use a local business. They sent it anyways. So now Im stuck either paying for the toner or shipping it back for $40. I chose to ship it back so they didnt have my payment information. Strongly discourage using this company. Be careful...

NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. THEY LIE. THEY DONT LISTEN TO CANCELLATIONS. THEY KEEP SENDING INK. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. THEY WILL SUCK TIME AND ENERGY FROM YOU.

The telemarketers are not professional. They are very annoying and rude. No means no we are not interested. They have a hard time understanding that.

This company has scamming down to an art. Selling and shipping without asking if the product is needed, then indicating that orders are incorrect or incomplete, thereby confusing the customer. THEN not allowing returns on product unopened and unneeded because they are a wholesale distributor. For what they sold it to us for (a DEAL, supposedly), they could turnaround and resell at full price. Repetitive answers to any questions posed. We do not recommend. Also, how can they have an A+ BBB rating and yet only 2 stars???

I would give this company a negative rating if possible, They have continuously harassed my company, calling multiple times a day even after theyve been told we arent interested and to stop calling. Do NOT do business with these people.

I would give 0 stars if I could. Company calls you over and over with claims that their XXL cartridges are better than competitor options and will last longer. I have tried several companies claiming this service and this one is the worst. Start to finish everything about this company was poorly done. They lie about the size of the cartridges promising you an XXL cartridge at a discounted price; then they ship 2 of the medium size cartridges for the price which they told you the XXL was so the bill was twice as high as expected. Then they failed to notify us that the black and cyan toner was on back-order until 3 weeks later and refused to cancel shipment due to the bundle price that we were given. The yellow toner cartridge was defective and only made it through 3 pages of minimal color before being alerted as empty. Their suggestion was to power cycle the printer. No this did not fix it. I wish that I had read the reviews online before accepting their business proposal. Should have known better. This company needs to restructure to solve these habitual scamming practices.

Kelly Supplies has been scam a lot of companies on every states.They constantly calling to get your company information address and send their products along with invoice. My company received their package that we did not order, I called them to find out what is it for, they said for sample to try it out. We did not need it so we returned back to Kelly Printing with their return label. I called them they said they received their products back. But 2 months later they sent a collection letter threaten to report to Dun & Bradstreet. I reported this Kelly Printing Supplies to BBB and Dun and Bradstreet. Dont be get tricky from Kelly Printing Supplies in Las Vegas.

Kelly printing supplies tried to bully me today into buying more ink. I received an order from them in April of 2015 to try it out to see if I liked it. I did not see any saving from the deals I get from Staples. So I went back to staples. Today Mary from Kelly printing tried to tell me that I had to accept more ink per my original invoice. I dug out my invoice & no where on there does it say I have to take more of their ink. Kelly printing are bullies and totally unprofessional and they try to scam you. Dont fall for it.

I would not even give these guys 1 star, but that wasnt an option. I am not happy with this company. They tricked me into buying ink that I didnt even need by saying that I agreed to 6 shipments.....they failed to tell me that each shipment contains 4 ink cartridges! I never would have agreed to that if I had known. Dont believe anything they say! They also told me that they were taking off one of the shipments, but they didnt and they told me they were sending me a Starbucks gift card and they never did that either. They are very deceitful. DONT TRUST THEM!!!!

Horrible horrible company to deal with. They charge more than they say over the phone. Ink cartridges never worked, I returned with proof and they tried saying I didnt return product. Dont ever do business with this company.

I have my own catering company and I have bought cartridges from Kelly products and have not had a problem I have also recommended some of my friends that have catering businesses Tax Services

Scam! they lure you in with a great deal on printer ink...then send you more then you can possibly use....then call non stop from morning to night with more shipments from a variety of numbers..high pressure and low information. Go to staples and avoid these vampires!! Can i give a half star??

They gave us a great price, though none of the printing cartridges we received actually work. Sometimes you get what you pay for in the case of Kelly Products you PAY for something, get nothing that works, and then have to run over to Staples to get a product that works. So in terms of doing business this has had a negative impact thus far, lets see how Kelly Customer Service resolves the issue...more to come.

Bothersome and sketchy. They are unable to provide much information about their company E.g.; Basic stuff like their full name and address, warranty, quality, their business location. I have told them I am not interested. But, they call back anyway and it gets annoying.

Called me out of the blue, wanted to earn my business. So I gave them a shot. They promised me 1/2 price cartridges that were twice the size so they would last longer than the normal ones. I agreed to 2 black cartridges and 1 blue and 1 magenta. Paid my bill. 7 days later telemarketer called me back and said that during my original order I agreed to have 7 more shipped to me. (I never would have agreed to such nonsense as my business only uses 1 printer and approximately $80 in cartridges a year) I told them I never agreed to that. After yelling at me and threatening me, I felt pressured to let them send the rest. I eve talked to the manager and told them that they had tricked me, lied to me, fought with me and will NEVER have my business EVER again. Didnt phase her a bit. They need to be taken out of business. Do NOT do business with them!!

Forbes rated: Worst company of all time. I feel sorry for whoever they have spamming calls, seems like a nice lady, hope she finds a job that doesnt involve scamming people into ink cartridges. YUCK.

Thought I was getting s great deal then came a bill for almost 500.00 . had already paid 140.00 so that good deal cost me 640.00. I mailed company check and they called everyday . I finally had to do a check by phone with the same check number . really wish I had looked this company up before getting took to the cleaners .

Scam. No ethic and no responsible. Called me every day and pushed me to buy a cartridge. Even thou I denied, the sale woman kept bothering me every day, twice a day to buy it. After sending me a cartridge, now they are calling me every day to pay for it. I should not have pick up the phone from the beginning. Say NO to Kelly printing.

This company is the worst!!! Stay far away. They tell you they are giving you this great deal on ink but dont tell you that you need to buy multiple shipments of it to get the great deal. I have more ink than Ill ever use- my printer will break first. Such a scam!!!!

I GAVE NO STARS! (but the review would not allow me to post without at least one) This is the worst company I have ever dealt with. They lie about their offers, they are rude and speak over you, and they way overcharge for their ink cartridges, trying to tell you the cartridges are a bargain at 1/2 off. You pay 19.80 for one black cartridge you can buy on Amazon for $5. The telemarketer will say anything to get you to agree to a shipment, and then their following phone tactics will tell you that the agreement was for X more shipments, cause you got the cartridges for such a good deal. That good deal was supposedly for installments, not just the one order. RUN AWAY AS FAST AS YOU CAN!

No stars. Lied about what they were giving me. Tried it out anyway, and the product is crap. I get a much better deal by taking my toners for refill at my local Cartridge Express.

They let me use their cartridges first before i had to pay bc i was weary of business on the phone....BUT THE TONER THEY SOLD ME WAS GREAT!!!

I would not order anything from this place at all, not only do they pressure the employees to sell ( I could hear a supervisor in the background) but also call over and over saying that your in a contract when no such agreement was made. Dont take my word, Google them before doing business with them.

Scammed our company as well. What others have said, they call and pressure you and act like you have to accept this next shipment this is your last shipment, this will close out your account etc etc and bill you $900. DO NOT USE THEM.

This rating is really not stars. Do not talk to these people. This group is a scam group. They will tell you that you are not obligated to buy more ink cartridges and will continue to call you back to say you are obligated for multiple cartridges and try to bill you more. They act like they never heard of a the individual you originally spoke with.

Printer cartridges would not work in my Deskjet. Sent them back.
