So I went to get my laptop screen fixed, it came out to about three hundred dollars. Which would have been fine with me except now its a month later and they didnt fixed the adhesive on the screen and it keeps popping off everytime I open my laptop. They had told me it just pops back in and there was no need for adhesive. And when I had dropped it off they had told me they would call me to pick it up in five days, they did not. It took almost nine days and I had to call them, to which they replied my laptop was already done two days before I called and they were waiting for me to pick it up. Other than that the screen works great its just annoying to have to keep pushing the black plastic in.

I just needed the quick use of a laptop to read an sd card to fix something and this lovely man took care of me. Took 10 min. I didn’t need help with what I was doing. I had an issue with my computer so before going in I called. The person I spoke to on the phone was very straight forward with explaining how the store worked and what they could do for me. I brought my computer in to have them look at it. The diagnostic was free, which was one of the reasons I brought it there. Every one that works there was nice and had good customer service. They were helpful from the beginning to the end of the experience.

My laptop was turning itself on and off again in a never ending loop, and I needed to leave town in a few days. I was pretty sure the RAM had to get reset by disconnecting the battery, but I didnt have the tools to do so. I called TLC and they were able to do this for me in under an hour and had a reasonable price they stuck to with no surprises. Great place, highly recommend.

I took my granddaughters laptop to get it fixed. They fixed it when they said they would. When I went back, they couldnt find her power cord and the battery was dead. The store manager gave me a battery and power cord. His name is Julio Tito, all I can say he is awesome. And just to get your laptop or computer checked is free. They will get my business from now on.

My Samsung monitor went black while using. Called T l C to bring in the computer for diagnosis. The nice tech. Jay took it in back returned shortly to say its working fine.. video card was fine. I then brought in the Samsung monitor to connect to my computer which worked. Jay even did a courtesy inside clean of computer at no charge. This is an honest shop. My first experience was when my computer was infected with a virus and they fixed it thoroughly and quickly. Since that time they have installed laptops, printers, transferred data and even remedied cox cable problems. They have always been responsive and timely and I highly recommend them.

My cell phone would not charge. The technician cleaned the port with a Q-tip and now it works fine. He did not charge for this because it was so quick and easy. I will definitely continue using their services as my go to computer store!

I had serious communications problems between three computers, two tablets, two printers and the my NETGEAR home network. TLC figured it all out in less than two hours and fixed everything. We had a problem with our desktop computer running slow. Took it into TLC and they ran a full diagnostic, plus installed tools for me to do my own maintenance, including the means for TLC to do a remote fix if necessary. The computer still ran slow after I brought it home. TLC had me bring it back and went through the computer again at no charge. Still had the same problem. Ended up speaking with John, the owner, and he suggested his tech do a remote fix at no charge. The tech (Esteban) called and was able to find the software problem with one of the browsers. The computer works great and this company will have my business for years to come. Thank you!

You know that old saying, everything happens at once?! Well, thats exactly what happened to me. Router, upgraded modem per Cox Communications REQUIRED or face service interruption and then my laptop all stopped working at the same time. I called George and, oh man, did he hook me up! I did have to buy a new laptop but all of my data was successfully transferred from my old one to my new one. I even had him help me with advice as to which laptop to order to make the transition easiest. Bottom line? I would send anybody here for any type of technical repairs. Ive been using them for at least three years now. I am beyond satisfied!

The good: My laptop is fixed and fully functional.The not great: it took nearly a month for everything to be completed, and I had to continually call and check in for the ball to stay rolling. It was annoying because I had a big project that has been set back, and I was given bad time estimates a few times and no update unless I called to bug. Apparently their business model has changed slightly as theyve expanded the services offered at TLC, which is why my case fell through the cracks a few times.

This is a nice place to go. They do not rip you off. They know what they are doing and will take the time to explain what was wrong or what you are doing wrong

TLC is a company I cannot recommend highly enough. I was able to set up a remote session with John, to remove viruses and restore my PCs function. Not only was he patient and very helpful, but he actually followed up the session with a callback, just to see how everything was going! You dont find THAT kind of customer service very much anymore.

Julio Titio, the computer technician, is knowledgeable, courteous, and accessible. TLC with Julio has my highest recommendation.

Had a great computer administrator password; lost it! Felt like a dumb ass, but they didnt laugh and fixed it in about 15 minutes. If youre looking for honesty and professional competence, take it from a guy in his mid-seventies, you just found it. (And 25% less than a major competitor at the south end of the Strip for my job).

Had an old outdated computer that had a hard drive failure. Took it to TLC and determined in long run a new system would be better and work faster with smarter softwares than my old system could handle. Purchased new computer from TLC they managed to recover 93% of old files, email, photos etc. Put them on a external hard drive and had my new system set up and running. Gave free personal training sessions and really nice people to deal with.

My computer had been packed up for a year. John came to the house and set it up. He also put anti-virus software on it. It has worked great ever since. His price was very reasonable and fair. I will use TLC as my company of choice for any computer issues!

I initially brought my laptop to Geek Squad and I was to solutions: 1) i can buy a new mother board which is almost the same as buying a new laptop or 2) buy a new lap top. My terrabytes backup drive failed after cats knocked it over, TLC spent 2 days trying to recover any data to no avail. The blessing is they did not charge for the repair. Wonderful, professional and caring place which are not words normally associated with IT people.
