I had to come back because I made the unfortunate mistake of dropping my phone and having my screen crack. Although it was an unfortunate event, I knew I had someone who would have my back in fixing my screen. I dropped my iPhone 8+ and the repair was seamless, taking about 25min to replace my screen. It cost $80, a reasonable price for a phone that is otherwise in great condition. My phone works like a charm and it feels as good as new. I would highly recommend coming here to get your iPhone repairs, along with other technology needs.

Horrible customer service! Quoted one thing and a few hours later its something else. Then today went to pick up my PS4 and person there had no idea what was mine, unaware of the additional peripheral I had brought in to be looked(which probably was not) According to rep who was there it might be a few different things like the battery on the controller or the hard drive. BASICALLY THEY DIDNT KNOW.Bottom line: GO SOMEWHERE WITH COMPETENT PEOPLE that follow through on what they say.

Dont let the good reviews here fool you. I brought in a phone with a cracked screen, and they broke the power supply. The double talk i received from 3 different staff was insulting. I ended up having to just buy a new phone. Getting the broken phone back from them took an enormous effort. Ill obviously never go back.

Already had my iPhone battery replaced even tho I’m reassured the battery is new it shows 91% capacity. My Apple Watch 1st generation already got the battery replaced and screen reattached only thing is watch had to go back because 3D Touch sensor wasn’t working after the repair and to date my watch is still chilling in the shop waiting on a part already lost count how long my watch has been in the shop already

To preface this, I requested service on my PlayStation 4. Not gonna throw names around but the gentleman in particular that was taking a look at my ps4 was not professional. All talk no walk. Throughout the two and a half weeks he didn’t care to contact me once. I was in the dark unless I contacted him and even then I was just allowing him to waste my time more. Just take console repair off your list if you’re too overwhelmed. It’s not fair to you or your customers.

Its unfortunate that I have to give this company one star as their service was below average. I called the company first to consult by phone about my Canon 70D, I told them about my issue and they said to bring it in. I brought the camera in, talked with the owner face to face and asked him if he was confident about taking the job and he said yes. He promised 3-5 business days for it to be completed and they failed miserably. On top of keeping my camera for over a month and NEVER updating me on status, they sent my camera to another company without my consent or authorization and the problem I brought the camera in for still wasnt resolved. Working with them was a huge inconvenience and major disservice to my company. Horrible customer service and zero communication, I dont know how they stay in business. I highly recommend taking your business elsewhere.Response:This is going to be fun! Instead of taking this one the chin you respond with a complete lie and lose all dignity for yourself, way to go! As mentioned in my review, there was zero communication from you, nothing! I had to call for updates and most of the time I was told I would get a call back with an official update and that also never happened. For the record, I NEVER gave you permission to send my camera out for repair, I have all of my phone records to prove it because you never called, so we can match the day and time you sent it out and check your phone records on that day to see if there was a call to me, youll find yourself short of finding that because it never happened. I called for an update and asked what the status was and thats when you told me it was sent out and that was over a week after having the camera and you promised a turn around of 3-5 business days. Your building a business on lies and promises you cant keep instead of staying in your lane and taking on projects you can deliver on. You get in over your head and create a mess for yourself and try to cover it up with non-sense explanations instead of holding yourself accountable like a man and making it right for your clients. Your response is shameful and a direct representation of who and what you truly are, and we both know what that it is, you can fill in the blank.Oh by the way! I called again today for an update on the camera and you said it had been at your shop since yesterday, why didnt you call me so I could pick it up!?! I could go on and on, I have the phone records of all the times I called, your story is trash.

Went to Affordable Technology Repairs for battery issues with my Google Pixel XL. Believing I was in need of a new battery. It turned out to be an entirely different issue. Was quoted a fair price for the repair. Part needed to be ordered, so it took a couple of days to complete the repair. The staff I encountered were very professional and very knowledgeable in the process.I will definitely use Affordable Technology Repairs in the future should anything arise with any of my device including computer repair.

I came in with a broken apple MacBook screen and Akila fixed it real quick and did an amazing job on it.

Took my Phone in for Bad Screen repair after i dropped it from the kitchen counter. When i took it in I was under the impression that it was a screen damage. The technicians took it in and diagnose it right a way and let me know that from the drop one of my IC chips had gotten damaged and they were able to get it fixed and have it ready for me the next day. They do lowest price guaranteed in town! even price matched for one of their competitors to bring the price down. So far the best repair company i have found. They are honest and crystal clear with you. Also suggested me that i should get a shock absorbing case so it wouldnt happen in the future.

The home button of my iPhone 7 cracked and so the sensors stopped working. But Affordable Tech Repairs replaced it with a new home button and now the sensors work good as new! The repair was fast and on the spot. They have great customer service and offer refreshments.Plus Netflix and PlayStation while you wait! They were very friendly but professional. The man who owns and operates this store (cant remember his name) is extremely knowledgeable. His prices are great. Very honest and highly recommend. Ill admit its not the most convenient to locate since u have to walk in to a salon and then head to the back rooms. I know he mentioned relocating so be sure to double check address.

I purchased a used PlayStation with a warranty from GameStop. GameStop is closed for now due to covid 19 and they will not honor the warranty until they reopen. I am very happy to say that Affordable Technology helped me with my PS4. They offer reasonable prices and a wonderful customer service experience.They are extremely fast as well. If you are worried about cellphone repair shops not handling your password correct this is the place you should look out for, for example this place had a hand into ending my relationship with my girlfriend! I asked the favor to get my phone from this place and the owner gave the option of giving my password to her and even the paper work that had my password, It’s a whole different ballgame when you look through your phone, and another thing going through your passwords that you have saved up into your phone and monitoring everything you do and say on social media platforms and such. That is total invasion of privacy. I’m not saying your loved one or someone you will do this to you I’m just saying this could of been avoided. This place gives a bad name to cellphone repair shops with regards of personal information. I strongly advise not to go here.

When it comes to quality, affordable and fast service it is Affordable technology! I called these guys and got a price quote. When I went it they welcome me kindly and professionally and offered to see what’s wrong with my phone and the ipad I had! The phone wouldn’t turn on and the ipad had a water damage on it! I spoke to Akila and he was able to diagnose it within 15 mins and came to find out it was an IC damage! Gave me a pretty reasonable price and told me it would be ready in 3-5 hrs! I dropped it off in the morning in my lunch and when I came after work. They had my phone ready in a working condition. These guys know what they doing and I will always bring all my devices to get repaired from here! It’s not always you can find good and affordable service these days!

This guy will take your money and give you back your stuff more broken than it was before you got there. See him on Yelp! He’s taking peoples phones while he’s supposed to be repairing them and writing positive reviews for himself!!! It’s unbelievable how crooked this guy is! He’s so shady he’s claiming his has factory OEM screens lol. So Akela has a contract with Apple? And Apple is sending Akela screens directly from the Apple factory? Save your money, take your business elsewhere.

Dropped my wifes phone off July 4,2019.Told it would not be ready before leaving town.Could get it sent me by Brian. Prepaid for the service -- July 5. 7/25/19--still no phone. Told was sent to wrong address, later out for delivery, lot excuses.No phones answered from me anymore. I believe they stole my smartphone.

Brought a phone in for what they said was a 2 hour repair. Well that was bs and when I went to pick it up the next day the phone was cracked in the back and they threw my screen protector away without my permission. Didnt even leave the parking lot and the phones Sim card did not belong to my phone. Returned to store to be told I was wrong and that was my SIM card in the phone. Gave the guy the phone who said he would have to look for my SIM card and an hour later he was working on it still saying the issue was my board. Keep in mind I brought in my phone in undamaged physical working condition. This place is horrible and they will never get any more of my business, not sure whos sim card they gave me and no freaking clue what they did with my SIM card full of data. Beware of this place and dont do business here. I had to reschedule a trip based on the fact they cant work within their specified time frame. Review edit: I spoke with the owner and received a refund.TLDR Dont trust them, they wont fix your phone and will charge you for it when they say they wont.Dishonest, slow, bad customer service! I dropped off my nexus 5 at Affordable smartphones & computer repair as they call themselves now. When I dropped it off I was told they believe it was an issue with the battery, and I would have to give a deposit for them to order it and fix my phone. I specifically asked if I would get my money back if they could not fix the phone, and the salesperson said yes they would refund me if they could not fix it. Originally they bought the wrong battery for the phone, because for some reason they couldnt tell what type of nexus it was, this was the first red flag and I should have walked away then, but I decided to wait for them to get the right part. They ordered the correct battery and it still didnt work, this happens and I do not blame them for this, that is just the first step in troubleshooting. However they never called me to update me on the situation, I had to call and ask what was going on. The next step they wanted to do was replace the usb charger port and said if that doesnt work they couldnt fix the phone. I told them to call me when they had more information, again I recieved no call and had to stop in to find out that they didnt even know that the usb charger port is integrated in this model so they could not replace it. They said they couldnt fix my phone. When I asked for my refund they said it was being used to cover the work that they did, when I reminded the salesperson, the same one who told me I would be refunded, that I was told I would get a refund, He told me that there was an unspoken understanding that them looking at my usb would charge me my deposit. I dont believe you can charge someone on an unspoken understanding for I certainly did not share this understanding.TLDR Dont trust them, they wont fix your phone and will charge you for it when they say they wont.

*LAS VEGAS STORE- I had my iPhone lens cover repaired about 2 months ago. There was a lot of dust & debris under the new lens cover that Affordable Technology Repair had installed. I took my phone back to have them correct the repair that was not done correctly and Brian stated he could not find any paperwork open my first visit and then became very enraged and refused to honor a cleaning. This rude behavior and complete lack of professional behavior really caught me off guard. I tried to explain that I didnt have my receipt, (Who keeps these?) and that his store who did not have the paperwork that on file that I filled out on my first visit didnt seem to matter to him. The amount of disrespect and complete lack off customer service was truly appalling. *My first visit went well but despite common sense by Brian, I was left with a phone that I cant use to take photos with. Brian reacted upon emotion without the benefit intellect throughout his loud and somewhat abusive tirade. Never again will I use ATR or recommend them to my friends.
