Ok Here is my story, My brand new Laptop developed an issue where the power card would not plug in. It was only about 19 days old.I took it to a local computer repair, the gentlemen looked at the plug insert, determined that the part needed to be replaced, gave me an estimate of $120 dollars and said it would take at least five days to get the part in. I decided to get a 2nd opinion,I took it to Best Buy, I was told they would need to send my computer off to be looked at, which would cost $80 dollars, and that they would then give me an estimate on the repairs.I was going in the wrong direction here, I decided to try one more thing, I got back in my car and searched google for Computer Repairs Near me.A shop came up, that was less than 2 blocks away, I spoke to the gentlemen, briefly explained my problem, he said drop it by and et me take a look. I headed right over.When I arrived he took my laptop told me to have a seat, within five mins he says, .ok you are all set. A little piece of metal had broken off in the power cord port, I removed it and it now works fine.I could not believe my good fortune to have found this place, I said how much do I owe you, he said dont worry about it, I forced him to take a small tip for his time.I have written a lot of reviews both good and bad before, I can tell you I have never been happier to write a positive review or to promote this business. I only had to drive two blocks, but if I had driver 20 miles it would still have been worth the trip.If you need computer repair, do yourself a big favor and call these guys first.

I went to Eric to upgrade the Ram memory on my new gaming laptop (I want to mention that on this specific laptop you have to completely remove the motherboard in order to do the upgrade), offered me a great price, did a great job and at the same time showed me step by step how to do it in case I ever need to open it up again. My phone screen was cracked where I couldn’t see practically anything. Super friendly service and done in an hr. I would have had to wait several days for an apple store appointment and was told it would take possibly 4(+) hrs to fix there. I highly recommend it here.

I took my Samsung Note 8 to them to see if they could fix the back of it..Back left corner was shattered.. Eric LaCasse did the repairs in less than 3 hours and did an absolute amazing job. He ordered a new back on Saturday and received it by Monday morning.. I dropped my phone off with him about noon Monday and had it back BEFORE 3pm. Price was sooooo much LOWER than what Sprint said that it would cost...I have recommended them to so many people.. Anything happens to my phone ever again, I will take it to Eric...
