Our office computers were running very slow and ABCD Computer was recommended by a friend. I have a very old laptop, and all three times Ive been there I just needed to have the fan cleaned out, and a fresh install of Windows. very simple, usually ready the next day if its during the week, and the latest price I think was $50 out the door. it would have been a higher fee if I had data that needed to be recovered, but I did not.

I needed to upgrade my video card and was informed by a retailer that I needed to upgrade my computer from Windows 7 to Windows 10. Pete showed me that the box containing the video card stated that I dont need to upgrade my computer to windows 10. He replaced the video card and checked the computer. It runs like a charm. I am very impressed with the professionalism and expertise that Pete demonstrated today and I would definitely recommend him to repair or replace parts for a computer.

I recently used this company to get my HP laptop fixed. For many days I had been trying to update my laptop to windows 10 and every time I tried the update failed. The last time I tried the update failed and my computer wouldnt work so I decided to find a company to fix it. I googled computer repairs and called a few different companies but they all had bad customer service and never addressed my problem. So I told my husband im going to keep calling places until I find the one with the best customer service and Ill be glad to do business with that company. Thats when I found this company i called the number listed above and a lady answered the phone and she was so sweet and helpful i instantly knew this is the family I will have fix my laptop. I spoke to the husband and he too was very friendly addressed my problem and told me he can fix it for a very reasonable price. My husband took my laptop to him and he fixed it and added windows 10 to it and it really made my day. Pete went over and beyond his task of transferring data from my old to new computer by connecting my wifi printers to both and also fixing my wireless keyboard and mouse usb. He even came earlier than appointed time. I highly recommend him for your tech needs.

Update: April 2, 2021. I had a problem with my computer that I couldnt fix. I called Pete from ABCD Computers and within a few hours, he was at my door and picked up my computer to repair my issue. A few hours later he returned my computer to me. The next day I called him with still another computer issue, and he came to my apartment within a half hour. He determined that it was a Windows 10 problem and he reinstalled Windows 10 at no additional charge to me. Pete gave me great service at a fair price for all of the work that he did for me. I did not have to leave my home because Pete gives the customer at your door service. Luckily I had all of my files and programs/applications backed up to an external drive. After Pete left I copied all of files and programs to my computer and in a few hours I was back up and running. Pete is a great guy with fair prices. I rate his abilities and service a 10.ABCD Computers is one of the best computer services that I have ever used. 20 years ago I passed the A+ Computer certification and I worked for Cox Communications for 5 years. I was an internet technician. I understand computers, but I have not been active for many years. Last Saturday morning my computer crashed and I was devastated thinking that all of my data was lost. Called ABCD and talked to Pete about several questions I had regarding residential networking issues I was dealing with. Even though I have not been a customer there previously, Pete really took time to help me understand more about the concerns I described to him. He offered some suggestions that he thought might work to help me achieve my objectives related to download speeds, etc. He also offered to come to the residence to do the work to set everything up, if needed and was upfront about the costs for that service. At last, a reliable and knowledgeable computer tech.....with that personaltouch you will not find in the factory shops.
