We live in Sacramento and purchased a new laptop for our aunt in Henderson NV. I needed someone to go to her home to transfer her files from one computer to another and also help familiarize her with Windows 10. Fortunately I found Mike who scheduled an appointment at our aunts convenience and then proceeded to go to her home and do all that we agreed upon. Our aunt just loved Mike and said he taught her a lot and she totally enjoyed his company.She called us after his visit and she was so very happy with her new computer and her new skills. We cant say thank you enough to Mike for taking such great care of our aunt.

I could not print from my computer. The printer was not the problem.I called the company late Tuesday afternoon and made an appt forthe next morning. The tech, Katerina, came out and fixed my computer.I had an anti-virus program but it wasnt doing the job. The message said the disc was full and there were 783 threats to my computer. Katerinacleared them all out and I am up and running now. I highly recommend this company for honest and effective work.
