I had a very difficult issue, i needed to transfer all of my data, voice messages and photos from a phone that was both dead and had a virus. so every time you turned on the phone the virus would shut it down. it took a couple of days, but they were successful and the cost was very reasonable. I will bring all my problems to them from now on and recommend everyone to use them. what a pleasure to have a repair facility both professional, responsive and not trying to rip you off...

I have a dual screen and when it broke everyone I talked to said they couldnt repair it. Took it in to CPR today and not only did they fix it but they were also super nice and quick to get it fixed. The pricing was way less then I thought it would be, so I was really happy about that as well. Would definitely recommend and will return for any future issues anyone in my family may have.

My 2nd time replacing my screen and lcd display with CPR. 1st time was at their Henderson store and 2nd time at the Jones Blvd store. Each time the screen was replaced, they used original manufacturer quality parts and I never had one single issue with my phone acting up or behaving any different than what it did from the manufacturer. Came on September 25, 2020 and was told my iPhone X was $80 to fix the screen and that I could pay upon pickup, when I returned they told me the mother board was the problem and that I needed other serious repairs, I ended up paying over 200 dollars because I trusted them, came back today, Sam phone, same screen (I should add that even though it was “technically” fixed the first time the Face ID never worked again) I needed another screen repair done this time I was told my screen repair cost was now 120.00. I’m all for supporting small businesses especially given the 2020 business climate and how it’s affected them but charging a REPEAT customer $40 over profit is gross. Do not recommend

I brought my Galaxy note 9 ine to have the screen replaced to a large crack. When I brought the phone in my fingerprint scanner still worked. When they did the initial repairs they caused heat damage to the back side of the phone. When I got the phone back the 1st time, The fingerprint scanner was no longer working. When they fixed the backside they had damaged, They told me they couldnt have damaged the fingerprint scanner but it was working when I took it into them. Never more than willing to charge me to fix the fingerprint scanner. Girl the front counter woz polite and had good customer service but whoever the text are do not take responsibility

First time here and I couldnt be happier with the quality of service. From now on, Im referring everyone I know to go here! I took a broken Samsung Galaxy S7 in about 15 minutes before they closed. I didnt expect to get it back for a few days, but they called the following morning saying it was ready! Picked my phone up and it looks and works like it did new out of the box. Loved this place! I first took my old iPhone 5s to the Apple store hoping that I just needed a new battery. It would not charge at all. They told me that it wasnt the battery because they would have gotten some signal from it. They didnt even want to hook it up to something to find out. After much prodding from me she took it back to the back and have someone look at it, she then cam out after a few minutes & told me that it was the master board & it would cost more then $250 to fix & that I should just by a new phone which would be about $350. Well I didnt believe that so I took it for a second opinion. The wireless doctor on Jones & warm springs said its free for them to check it out. Not to long after I dropped it off with them, they told me it was the battery & replaced it for $40. At this time Im updating the phone & it is doing fine.Thanks again Wireless Doctor!!

I had a great experience with Wireless Doctor. They were able to fix my Mac Book Air after I completely damaged it. The only downfall was it took almost a month to fix but they made sure to keep me in the loop the entire time with the parts they were ordering as well as when they would arrive. I would definitely go to them again.

The service here was amazing. The lady working at the front desk was very friendly, and helpful. She told us that the phone should be done to 40 minutes to an hour. That is some really fast service. Went based on the reviews and everything was better than I expected. I needed my screen repaired after years of dropping it and my battery replaced because it was faulty and expanding. The staff was very helpful and told me theyd have it done within an hour for a great price. Incredible service.A few months later I dropped my phone again without a case and had to take it back. The staff remembered me and Devyn really helped me out in a time crunch. The service was incredible and Ill definitely be a customer for life.

I dropped my iPhone 6S while I was riding my motorcycle, it was ran over by several cars. I luckily found it on the road when retracing my ride. I happen to bring it in and have it checked out. To my surprise they were able to save it and made it look like new again! I couldnt believe it! It literally looks like nothing ever happened to it at all. These guys always take SUCH good care of me when my screen gets cracked! They are fast and they have integrity. While I was in there they had a guy trying to get them to jailbreak a stolen/lost phone and they refused to touch the phone if he didn’t know the original iTunes username and password despite this guy trying to pay him off. The best part is the more I use them and refer other people there... the lower the cost is to fix my phone! I have a clumsy toddler so this has been very helpful!

Great job - Honest employees! I took my S8+ in with a cracked front screen, and cracked back panel. About 30 minutes after I dropped it off, they called me to inform me that the front screen was NOT cracked, but only the privacy glass I had was, and that they only needed to replace the back glass panel. DO NOT GO HERE THEY KEEP PHONES OVERNIGHT WITHOUT YOUR PERMISSION! I am LIVID your employee kept my phone over night without my permission! He told me when I dropped it off at 6:00 it would take one-two hours. So I said, 7:30 or 8? and he said Yea. When I called at about 6:45 to check on the phone he said it was ready to pick up he did NOT tell me they were closing at 7 (and me thinking originally 1:30-2 hours I was far away.) I went on my way and arrived at 7:20 The store was completely closed. What kind of horrible customer service is this, you couldnt wait till I got there really?! I work on call and I could loose my job over this ridiculousness!!!! Another thing is I told him that an associate had told me $95 over the phone. He said If thats what they quoted you at. So obviously this shows me that they rip people off too!! I wrote a message to the manager and havent gotten a reply they probably dont even care.

Called them they have a $60 minimum labor fee to replace a $1.49 charging port on a phone they want $60 to fix it and it literally would take a skilled person less than 5 minutes. I understand needing to make money but a minimum charge to replace apart on a phone thats only worth 100 bucks theyre going to charge me $60 plus a $1 part come on folks.

I took my galaxy s6 edge for a repair and since Ive had my phone repaired, I have not had any problems since I took my phone for the repair. I had previously tried to get my phone repaired at other stores but none of them would take my phone, saying that they didnt work on edged screens, and the stores that did repair this phones were charging ridiculous amounts of money. Called for galaxy note 5 screen issue, they gave me a quote over the phone and I came in and within a few hours same day return of phone working great and kept to the price quoted. If I could give them zero stars I would. Told me it would take 3-5 business days to fix my mac screen. 2 weeks later still nothing. Called and gave them my name and number to ask about my mac. They had nothing on file. Asked to speak to a manager and magically it was found. They had nothing done. And no parts were ordered. Im a photographer and I need my computer for work. I asked to just have my computer. Back since there was no work done to it and I was told that they couldnt give it back to me . Such bs. Took an additional three days to fix after calling after the two weeks. Spoke to the manager and his whole solution to fix it was $10 off.... yay😒 Still came out to almost $400. Will never go there again. Terrible service.

DO NOT GO HERE. Wish I could give 0 stars. This is my story.I got my screen done there 4 times and I sent my friends there until last time. They sold me a phone that had HUGE problems and when Id bring it back to fix it, they would just take it to the back and say its fixed. Well it was never fixed. In fact they messed up even more by LOOSING ALL MY PICTURES AND VIDEOS. And now I cant get a hold of any manager for about 3 weeks now. Its terrible business and costumer service.

I went in to get my iPhone 7 charging port replaced. They didn’t install a new one just cleaned it and charged me for a new one. When I called to speak with them I was told the girl was at lunch at 1pm and would call me back. It was 2:20 that’s a long lunch.

Upon entering their very clean facility I was greeted by a very professional and courteous employee, and was promptly told what it would take to repair my iPhone 4s shattered screen. I was quote one of the lowest prices I had heard so far, and left my phone with them.Not even 30 minutes later I get a call from the store manager asking if I would like to fix my iPhones Home button, which has slowly become unusable. I politely declined the service, saying I am not looking to put any more money into the phone. To my surprise I receive ANOTHER call saying they would be happy to fix my home button for me half off! They said the screen quality on my iphone6 would be as good as the original. IT IS DEFINITELY NOT. Resolution looks fine, but the backlighting has swirls & noticeable bright spots when its bright. The front-facing camera was a little off when they re-installed it too. NOT original apple quality. I would just take it to an apple store & get a loaner if I were you!
