WATCH OUT!!!!I am in Vegas on vacation, the glass screen on my Note 20 Ultra 5G has a small crack. I Called this shop but they texted me back instead of answering their phone. My phone repair guy in Chicago said he would charge me $90 but I wanted to get it done in LV. This shop quoted me $419 claiming it is impossible to replace the glass without replacing the whole LED. Total ripoff. Many videos on yourube show that glass can be easily replaced.

A friend gave me this 5 years old iPad Air 2, told me the battery needed to be replaced, I called Apple they will charge me $90 to replace the battery, since this is a very old iPad and theres no trading value, so I decided to spend less if I can get it work. This store charged me $74.00, After I picked up the iPad I found out the battery can only charge up to 20% in 12 hours and wont charge up more than 20%, so I called and complained to technician, he blamed on the motherboard was bad, I told him the original battery I had on my iPad could charge up to 100%, only because it lost the power very fast, they would not and refused to do anything about it, I told him I would give this iPad to them to exchange refund the money to me, or charge me half the bill because the new battery is not working. Now I spent $74.00 and the iPad sill not working. Im very disappointed at this store I can only give them one star because they dont guarantee their job, I should have gone to Apple store for $90 at least they guarantee their job, I want to advise other people, spend a little more money get a better service from Apple !

I called before they were open not realizing they weren’t open yet, & KYLE answered without any ounce of attitude and was extremely helpful ! I walked in just minutes later and he had my phone in hand and working on it within minutes ! Just under an hour later he handed my phone back to me in perfect condition !!! I had a previous place tell me they couldn’t save the camera and it had to be replaced, KYLE FIXED IT WITHOUT HESITATION! Walked in with a damaged mic on an S6 Edge. Phone had a small crack in the screen from dropping it, and, another store told me they would have to take the glass off to replace the mic, therefore, charging me almost 300.00. Couldve bought a new phone for that price. Brought my phone in here, and, was told they could just fix the mic without removing the glass. (trained by Samsung). Within an hour, I had my phone back and functioning perfectly again. I appreciate honesty when doing business with people. This is an honest AND fast place...and cost me under 100 bucks!! HIGHLY recommend for phone repairs!!!

Shattered both glasses to my Samsung S8, the youtubes looked easy so I tried a self repair, and OOPS! Thankfully Galaxy CPR was able to make it new again. Usually use Go Gadgets, but last time they sold me a reman digitizer with screen defects, no need to go back til they improve communication or quality. Galaxy CPR is my new supplier.

The job was done very nicely they know what theyre doing foe sure. But you will be up charged for taxes and (fees) which they dont tell you about until you pay. So theyll say one price but just know youre paying more. Even if paying cash they still charge you a fee. I got my phone back just lost a chunk of my wallet.

Great shop. Roger is very helpful and goes out of his way to get what you need. He went and picked up the exact screen. Protector I needed, installed it and gave my kid snacks while we waited. He even recommended a case. He takes pride in what he does.

High quality repair was done on my iphone 7 plus today. Was looking for charging port repair cause it wasnt charging properly and needed a new battery. Got it done while I had a sandwich at gyro time. The gentleman also charged me less than other shops quoted. Really satisfied! A+++

I took my phone in that still sells for $250 refurbished. They told me it wasnt worth the $100 to fix the screen and then tried to sell me an inferior phone for $99. How is that good for business?

Was surprised that I had to wait for the repair after I had left my phone here more than a week before, but owner was very nice & pleasant and when I did get my phone it was fixed with quality Samsung parts. Owner even threw in a few extra items & asked me to please change my review. My 1st review only said I couldnt review this place very well until I picked up my phone & could see if the repairs were up to my expectations. I may have worded it so it was not as easy to understand as the way I had meant it.I would refer this place to a friend to have their phone fixed here.

It still took photos but they were over-exposed. Right after they finished with mine, they came out and told us that whomever had repaired her phone previously (a local Texas place shed taken it before) had left out two important plates and a bunch of screws from her phone - so no wonder the screen cracked! First off, I love to support local business.Yesterday July - 27th - 2017I went to this company because they offered same day service.I am at home I get a phone call I pick it up, the screen goes black, I make a phone call the screen goes black. I check my voice mail the screen goes black.Everything else works fine.I call and talk to the manager, he says this is normal for a screen that has been cracked.And when you make a call the screen goes black to protect your call .. WHAT !!BS my phone worked fine, even cracked, even when it was turning blue and purple it worked FINE .NOW 1 day later my BRAND NEW screen is cracking .. and everything is still black.And NOW one day later . My NEW SCREENN IS COMING OFF MY PHONE.I again called and was told, very rudely, it is because of the heat. We have fixed many phones. When I asked again WHY, he stated, if you are done talking I can explain.I paid $148, this should not be happening .Plus 4 hours of driving .I went by, he would NOT refund my money . Said if my screen cracks more, he will replace it.Not ok. WHY would I want you working on my phone if you did not do it right the first time.

Horrible owner, shady service and internet troll. This guy calls me and because Im not interested in his project, he begins telling me how much money he has.... simply put instead of being honest and answering some questions to understand his target budget for a house flip to see if he is reasonably minded. His response was to begin boasting how much money he has in the bank unwilling to answer the question asked. I Immediately decided he just wasnt a good fit and he hung up on me instead.Then come to find out he posted a negative review on my company instead of just simply moving on. GALAXY CPR customers be aware dont get into an argument, no telling what or how he will handle you and like douche he will look you up and bash you like the coward he is and drive away like a drive by. Little does he realize he has more to loose by these childish tactics as karmas a beech:))

SAVE YOURSELF MONEY AND TIME BY AVOIDING GALAXY CPR. THEY DO NOT CARE TO DO THE JOB RIGHT THEY JUST CARE ABOUT MAKING THE NEXT $$$$$ I was looking for same day service to fix my phone. (Front and back screens were broken on Xperia Z3) I talked to the guy with a beard, he introduced himself as Twinkle or something like that (Looks like a tweaker version of Borat). I was told to come back in an hour and my phone would be done. An hour and a half later I go back and he was putting the back glass on my phone and broke it. Told me hes sorry and I can bring back tomorrow to fix... That isnt even the reason Im leaving a review through. It gets better. I notice that NEITHER of my screens (FRONT & BACK) are completely attached to the phone and you can see the electronics inside of my phone... He tells me this is because my frame is bent but he can replace it all and fix everything the next day. He also tells me just put your phone in a case and it will hold it all together???? What ???? When I try to put my phone in its case my front screen breaks rendering the top half of the touch screen useless, he assures me that will be fixed tomorrow as well. (BTW MY FRAME IS NOT AND HAS NEVER BEEN BENT I SENT THE PHONE TO SONY AND THEY TOLD ME MY FRAME IS FINE AND FIXED THE HORRIBLE SCREEN REPLACEMENT JOB PREFORMED BY GALAXY CPR THAT SET ME BACK $136 I can show you Sonys summary if you would like as well as photos of the phone dated and time stamped against the receipt from Galaxy CPR. Sony also told me that whoever attempted to change my screens didnt fully clean off the old sealant/glue and thats why both of my screens wouldnt sit flat like they should have and broke so suddenly.)I go back the next day and at this point he tells me that he will re-fix the screens at no cost but I would need to pay another $40 to replace the frame( Remember the frame wasnt bent per Sony)... total = $176 I ask him for a refund..... He tells me no If you said that yesterday I could have done that but not today because I already gave you your phone back. (HE GAVE THE PHONE BACK BROKEN AND PROMISED TO MAKE IT RIGHT THE FOLLOWING DAY) I ask him to at least fix my screens that are broken and tell him I will be leaving him a bad review, within 30 seconds of me giving him my phone and telling him this he rips off the back glass from my phone... (Remember it was never properly set so the battery weight was making the back glass fall off.) He takes the protective screen from a new piece of glass lays it on my phone and hands it to me and tells me on since you wont leave a good review take your phone and get out..... It didnt even stay in place for 5 minutes without the weight of the battery making it fall off while simply having my phone in my pocket ultimately resulting me having to send it to Sony.

Unfortunately I cant recommend this phone repair place to anyone.I brought in two Droid Turbo 2 for replacement batteries. One was done in an hour but the other had issues when he put the back cover back on the screen would go blank.I left the phone there overnight, had my wife go the next day to pick it up at 4ish, and they said it wasnt ready due to their battery supplier not getting there until 5. We left the phone there overnight again, and the next day I went in to pick up the phone and it STILL was having issues with the blank screen. By now I was a little irritated but gave them the benefit of the doubt. The owner said he would deliver the phone to me the next day (a really nice gesture) and I said Ok, heres my number for you to call me so I can get you an address.The next day, no phone calls until I finally called THEM at 2pm and asked the status of the phone. They said it would be ready by 6pm. I arrive at their store at approximately 5:30 and the young gentlemen (always polite and with a smile) tells me that He said it would be ready at 6pm. I ask to talk to the manager after having a seat for a few minutes as they assisted another customer. He had no reasons as to why he hadnt called me to give me a status of the phone but as we were discussing this the phone was finally ready to go.A day later the phone stops charging and will not turn on. Now I have to take the phone back yet again since they think its a defective battery. I drop the phone off again and Alex says hell take a look at it and call me when its ready. TWO days later, I still havent received a phone call back so I decide to call them around noon. Alex (technician) answers and says he was just about to call me and the phone is done. He had let it charge up, turned it on and off a few times to make sure it was going to function, and was just about to call me.Overall, Im highly dissatisfied with the owner and his inability to contact customers when he said he would. He did apologize the first time and shook hands like a gentleman but unfortunately the follow-up performance of his store has made my decision to not recommend his business to anyone.Oh, and the other Turbo 2s battery doesnt even last a day and the owner stated they put in brand new batteries from their warehouse. Im not eager to return the phone for yet another battery replacement. If anything I may just request a refund and take my business elsewhere.UPDATE: After waiting days multiple times the problematic Turbo 2 STILL doesnt stay charged and will not power up, the same issue weve brought the phone back TWO times to fix after they replaced the battery. Its time to request a refund.Update #2: Went back to the store to receive my 1/2 refund. He went so far as to try to blame me for bringing him a broken phone. I brought him 2 phones...both just needed new batteries since the battery life was 1/2 a day on both of them. After his business opened them up, one of them wouldnt even turn on after replacing the battery 2x on it. Again, a completely NEW issue since his business opened the phone. He did offer to keep the phone (yet again) and get a new circuit board for free off of e-bay and fix it, but enough is enough.Any company that tries to place blame on a customer doesnt deserve my business!

I left them with my galaxy note 4 bc it was stuck in bootloop. They kept telling me they would fix it a certain day but then I would call and they kept saying tomorrow. They kept my phone for 3 weeks!!!! And didnt fix it!! And they are terrible at communication I had to keep on calling to see whats going on with my phone. AFTER 3 WEEKS and probably the 10th time i called they told me they couldnt fix it but would buy it for ONLY $50!!!!! I declined that dumb offer and picked up my phone. I ended up fixing it myself, turned out to be super simple and they said it was unfixable!! I thought this was a good place, greatly mistaken.

Samsung Galaxy S6 with cracked but working LCD, the GalaxyCPR repaired screen went out within a month after their 30 day warranty period ended. Repaired screen tested OK after it was returned but then 30 days later, the screen started flickering like strobe light for a few seconds and then black screen. Company has not responded to follow up emails (which is how we had been communicating).Bottom line, GalaxyCPR lived up to their contracted service agreement but their work did not hold up very long after their 30 day warranty period ended.Buyer beware.

They fix my screen in like 30min and did a perfect job. Best place in town.

Honestly good repair the only thing that bothered me was i believe they got the screen used because i went to an at and t store and the salesman showed me the same exact screen burns shown on one of there display phone but they do offer to fix it if you ask
