Was given no assistance with my surface 7 and given misinformation. I brought my tablet in because I was having problems turning the brightness up. I told him that I did not order a reformist model in that it appeared to be brand new when I got it. He was so proud of his quick diagnosis that he would not back off of it. Im no tacky but even to me, his Explanation of why the unit was refurbished seemed flaky to even me. I went for a second opinion and was rewarded with Some good advice to just reboot and update. Brightness is now working fine no thanks to PC repair city
