A typical Apple store. The people are friendly and knowledgeable and ready to help to any extent possible. It is, however, one of the smaller stores and does not have a full compliment of products - most notably computers.
While on vacation in Las Vegas my iphone 12 glitched at 8 pm. I couldn’t do anything and it was telling me to reset. I was flying out the next morning to another vacation destination and needed my phone! I rushed to the Apple store and got there about 8:15 pm (they close at 9 pm). These wonderful people accomodated me without an appointment and patiently got my phone working again. I can’t thank them enough. Great team and exceptional customer service!
Beware of Doug, he will add certain things to your bill without you even knowing it… other then that the place is good but Doug is a straight up thief

Whatever that girl name was, was very unprofessional and seem to not even want to be at work. Slumped over the counter. Gave me the vibe she could care less about what I had to say and just made me feel unwelcome the whole time. I swear the nonchalant behaviour was just a bit too much even with how I was feel already. Normally I would ask for a manager but I was already feeling sick and didn’t feel like dealing with her unpleasant aura. It’s bad enough apple charges so much for devices that breaks so easily, but at least hire employees that can show some compassion.
Great service once you get in. They don’t space out appointments enough so you’re waiting awhile after your appointment time to be seen.
I had to go to this location after I attempted to go to a closer location away from the strip. I had never been to the forum so it was a bit difficult to locate where to park while also trying to make the appointment and find where exactly the store was inside. Honestly I found it pretty easily and staff outside was very nice. The wait was definitely over 15 mins, which is never fun. But what was the worst part to me was my actual service, I received the help I needed but my apple attendant was just not as involved as I would have wanted him to be with me. I wait for an hour for my phone to do and update for it not to reach the update and he just shoo me away and said do it at home.
I recently had an issue with my new MacBook Pro I just bought and needed help with it. I made an appointment and came with no expectation of what’s gonna happen, hoping I was gon get the help I need. But Nolan!! An employee named Nolan was the one who helped me out, and he did it with such kindness and knowledge. He was so helpful and was such a great person to me. He helped me outI left the store very happy and gratified.😁❤️

I mean, yeah. Everything in this store is amazing. The employees aren’t any different here from any other Apple store so yeah. I love Apple and all of their products. The Linq actually has a Razer store that you should check out also. It’s located in the Linq promenade.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!! Don’t ever go here. The girl never ran a diagnostic test to even see what was going on with my phone, they threw a price at me which was $399 for a repair. Funny thing is my boyfriend has the SAME CARRIER SAME PLAN AND SAME LIMITED warranty and he went to downtown summerlin they ran a diagnostic and said the phone was not fixable because of it being bent. As is mine .. the hardware is obviously messed up . The limited warranty covers hardware so they should’ve given me a new phone on the spot. Ridiculous. If you are ever needing to go to an Apple shop please go to downtown Summerlin they will take care of you!!

Rude. Went in to have my phone looked at because it randomly stopped charging. Had an appointment, but still had me wait. When I spoke with technician he told me he wouldn’t even look at the phone because the back screen had been replaced and it voids everything, that there was nothing that they could do. And my camera was dirty so it caused another issue. And that was all they could tell me.
Went for a battery. Complete waste of 2 hours. 2 employees complimented my phone and said it looked brand new. Third employee said phone likely won’t work after battery is replaced and they won’t guarantee the phone because they don’t have any like it, so there is a good chance you won’t have a working phone when they are done. WHAT????????Goodbye Apple. I was passionately loyal to your products, but you certainly do not appreciate that.

Do not shop here. If you need help with your apple device I suggest you go somewhere else. I had issues with my speaker on my device and it was pretty much useless unless I had headphones. I tried going online but could not figure it out so I went to this apple store inside the Fashion Show Mall because I really use my phone to work. I go in and some guy Name Eric was so rude and nasty and did not care about my issue or what I was looking for. He scrolled on an iPad and told me there was no way he was going to help me because he had 15 other people before me. I just needed help on a device that I paid for. This store is the worst and Eric walked off while I was talking to him. Avoid this store at all cost. They definitely do not care about their customers. I didn’t even get anyone that compassionate about my issue.

Went in after my spouses phone went haywire after new update. Andrew helped us and made sure we understood each step and process he had to do. Very knowledgeable and was also sympathetic toward my spouse after finding out all pictures, notes, and memories from her old phone would be lost. Very professional and just an all around pleasure to work with. Would highly recommend Andrew and this entire store.
Took over almist two hours to replace a battery... On a Monday...Thought it would be fairly quick, but after waiting 20 minutes (and two text messages asking us to go to first go to the bar, then confirming we were waiting at the bar, then still having to wait.. - found that a bit irritating & redundant) then the diagnostics of something we told them we were there for (a new battery), that took about ten minutes, then the guy said, yes you need a new battery, so when he took the phone we thought he was going to put it in.. But nope, they told us come back in about 30 minutes.. So we did. But, we had to wait another ten or so for someone to bring it out, even though there were two associates standing at the bar with us... Definitely could have been a beer experience..
I couldnt watch movies on my aa fight because I didnt have a headphone cable to use with my studio beats. They didnt one for sale, but gave me one for free! Thank you from a customer who spends a ton on Apple stuff, I feel appreciated. :) Great staff!!!

Bryan is awesome. Signed up the kids to do a quick class here (if your ever in town and want to kill an hour, the classes are usually empty given its mostly adults visit and the locals dont like the crowds). Bryan took us on a local tour of the shops while the kids too videos for their movie making class. Awesome.

She Was Very Nice & Knowledgeable But Unfortunately This Apple Store Didnt Have The Part In Stock To Fix My Daughters I-Phone So She Called The Apple Store Located Inside Ceasars Palace Forum Shops And She Assured Me That This Store Would HOLD The Part We Needed To Repair My Daughters I-Phone So When We Arrived At This Apple Store We Were Helped Out By Associate Ron Upon Explaining To Ron That My Daughters I-Phone Was Still Under Their One Year Warranty Ron After Clearing It With His Supervisor Had Them Repair My Daughters I-Phone In A Timely Fashion And With NO Charge To Myself. WE Were Very Happy That 1) They Were Able To Repair My Daughters I-Phone 2)With NO Out Of Pocket Charge To Myself Now Thats What We Call Excellent Service. Thanks To Apple Employees Elissa? This store gets a lot of foot traffic and I noticed the primary customers are either coming in for iPhone support or tourists that are buying to take home.I was approached several times by different Apple staff to ensure I was getting attention. The store is staffed adequately and the only backup I noticed was the clusters of people waiting to pay for stuff off the shelves. Compared to other Forum stores this is one of the busiest.
Customer experience is not what you expect from apple.Worst thing you can do is that you pre order because then you are out of luck catching anyone’s attention. You already payed and they will not invest any more time and energy in you.

Brittany is customer oriented, super efficient, highly knowledgeable of all Apple products and services for business and personal use. Sold me on purchasing the new Airpods Pro with Wireless Charging case and Apple Care+ for headphones. Although I already owned a pair of Airpods, Brittany demonstrated the benefits, features, of the new Airpods Pro which resulted in me buying the Airpods Pro on the spot. Brittany further convinced me to purchase the Apple Care+ for headphones. But she cautioned it does not cover loss. Just damages and defects. Her technical knowledge and complete grasp of everything Apple keeps people returning to the Apple store at the Caesars Forum Shops to purchase Apple products and services!

On Tuesday July 28th my daughter either lost/misplaced or had her phone stolen at the Marquee Night Club while celebrating her 21st birthday. I called Verizon to find out what my options were and decided to visit the Apple Store inside Caesars Palace. Time was of the essence since my daughter was flying out in a couple days, and Jeremy went over and beyond our expectations by not giving up on us. He followed through, and proved that no challenge is big or small. I’ve been in the car business for over 20 years, and we train our employees to exceed our customer’s expectations, and Jeremy hit it out of the ballpark! Jeremy Holley is an asset to your company, and deserves recognition.
Made an appointment from Ireland as the phone was purchased in the USA, it had a speaker problem. They took the phone overnight and had the phone like brand new. Replaced a lot of parts including the screen. Excellent staff and service. Very Happy daughter when I returned home.

The unwillingness to help people at this store does not reflect well on Apple. I brought my iPhone6 in for a Genius Bar appt. The screen was unresponsive. Touching the screen yielded no response from the phone. They ran all their diagnostics and the phone passed every hardware test. They restored the phone to new ( a process i told them I had tried less than 24 hours earlier...). Same issue. Their final answer?...I guess its time to buy a new phone. They had no interest in helping me fix the phone, which was functioning perfectly fine until the ios 11 update...They simply blamed Apple for releasing an operating system that wasnt optimized for an iPhone6. The manager, Josh Jordan, shrugged his shoulders and agreed with his employee that Apple was to blame and they could not help me. Wow.

I love this store. The staff is great and friendly, and the store itself is huge! I bought my iPhone SE here and they did a great job making sure I was all setup before I left.
Ive been agonizing for weeks to get a new iPhone. My dog literally chewed off the case and somehow managed to get the volume controls stuck and the screen was acting like a 1970s television with snow. I made the dreaded appointment with the store and showed up early. They took me at the exact time of the appointment. After about 45 minutes of the tech running back and forth from the back room. She returned with my original phone and it looked almost brand new. They popped in new buttons and somehow dried the screen. I am a happy camper.

Really arrogant representative who set up my Genius Bar appointment. They made me wait for 30 mins beyond the appointment time and they didn’t seem to care. Response was “you do whatever fits you”.
I have been pondering my experience sinve Saturday night. Its was so awful, I felt as if we did not belong. We went in to a technician look at my friend phone. We were treated like we were an ant. Yes the phone was fixed, but we had to do the service for ourself. We waited for twenty minutes before after being told to sit around the bar. I had to lift my hand and ask, could someone please help us.
I have a problem with my screen touch disease which they half acknowledge its part recall and said will give me a new refurbished phone for the price of fixing the screen. When the store associate came out with a new phone to swap it shows that needed more screening so I have to go home with a loaner. End up waiting for 8 days and still nothing so I called Apple Store and they put me on hold for a long time. Finally they said brand new phone came in today for the price of fixing the screen. makes you feel special for getting a discount but it should be free. I take good care of my phone and never dropped it. So disappointed. Slow process. Have to go to store 3 times to pay for a refurbished phone.
Worst purchase experience ever.
My iPhone 6 was having GPS issues after I reinstalled iOS, it was fine before that. We brought it into this store and had one of the guys at the Genius Bar take a look. He ran some diagnostics and said everything was fine but would I like a new phone. He didnt check any settings. Replacement phones are $299 and Id have to turn in my current phone. Long story short he didnt help, and kept pushing a replacement phone which we said we werent ready to do. Later online I found out you just turn off setting time zone. Problem solved.

They have more workers than customers, still had to wait for 10 to 15 mins even ask a question. Just like any other Apple stores they simply do not understand the meaning of customer service. I really hate to go to the Apple store
I went to this store because of its review. I appreciate good customer service because I also been in their shoes and happy employees provide atmosphere. I had a problem with my macbook pro. The logic board was a problem and since my model had issues with logic boards they replaced it for free.

Thank you to the Genius Bar experts and management for reminding me that Apple premiums are based on branding and not quality. Someone splashed water on my water resistant iwatch and the screen is no longer responsive (never submerged...they agree with that...no cracks or scratches). The cost to repair an iwatch is $200 because apparently Apple constructed them in a way that they cannot be easily opened and fixed. Oh and the gracious and ever up-selling reps will be happy to inform you that you should just buy a new watch for $350+tax. Because yeah...I def want to buy another Apple product after you told me that the rubber inside my Apple device is made with a shorter lifespan than my swimsuit elastic. Ugh...I might be disgusted with the blunt up-selling, purposeful poor quality to keep me buying and store assumption that I will continue to pay a premium on poorly made products, but in the end, I will be glad this happened. Apple is falling behind, and I needed a push to get off the Apple train.

A Fun and relaxed atmosphere, and they can put the technical stuff into a language that even I can understand. I was in and out with my new phone in 20 minutes.
I bought a 40$ protection glas for my new phone and asked them to put it on. They we’re really busy so he did it very fast and it turned out to be off at the side... I asked if that’s normal and the answer I get is, that there is no guarantee for the Glas fitting the phone excactly if they do it. I don’t think that’s good service and I’m not satisfied!

Waited for a tech for issues with my battery case over heating. He claimed I’d need to erase my phone for a fourth time to fix the issues with the battery case. Not sure if the guy was high or just dumb but he didn’t seem to listen to what I was telling him.
Horrible. They totally dropped the ball when it came to following through with their promises to contact corporate over my issue because they couldnt figure it out. They never got back to me, even when I called them back. I finally had to go over their head to corporate. I will never go to that store again. I have many Apple products and have been a customer for a long time.
