Completely satisfied with my experience here. Kris T. was very professional and showed me the highest level of customer service. The store manager and Kris were willing to stay late to fix my phone after there was miscommunication between them and the call center that set up my appointment. My phone screen was fixed within an hour and it looks brand new!!! I came to Cellairis after reading the reviews on Google and I am happy to say my experience was the same. Quick and professional service :-)

Just left and had the best experience ever. Josh was super helpful by diagnosing the vibration apparatus being loose as the cause to my phone making excessive vibration noises. He fixed it in five minutes and it only cost five dollars. Plus I didn’t have to wait. Highly reccomend! Josh is AMAZING!

Zero stars for this rag tag business. Promise the world but cant deliver. Phone in their possession for over 2 months. Promised to fix over and over. What I got back wasnt even my phone and the owner passing blame to others. Without a refund either. I wont be back ever, youve been warned!Terrible experience!!

Very helpful went out of his way to fix my screen. He gave me helpful information to find the screen and made sure it was done today. He had my back haha. Seen him last week and he was very polite. Did a great job and had a very positive attitude.

I sent in my Samsung tab 3 10.1 and Raymond was so very helpful. They fixed my tablet (which the problem with it was the charger piece fell out and needed to be replaced) in two days. He called me to keep me informed on it and they fixed it for about $60 which was amazing! Very satisfied with this company and will definitely use them again.

I have been coming to this cellairis a few times before and today i took my iphone 6 for a screen repair and my phone was ready in 10 MINUTES!!! This new employee, i believe his name is Jose. forgive me if its wrong. This guy is amazing. The last phone that i took there was an iphone 5s and it took them 30 min to complete which for me wasnt a lot of time. BUT 10 MINUTES THAT IS AMAZING DEFINITELY WOULD RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE. AND GO ASK FOR MY BUDDY JOSE

This place is possibly the worst place to repair your device. I went to the store with a cracked screen,and keep in mind everything was working before that. The speakers, charging port, and Touch ID. ( I had a iPhone 5s). After my screen was fixed I came home nothing worked it wouldnt charge the speakers wont work and the Touch ID also didnt work. I called them the next day and they said they had to charge me to fix everything even though it was their fault. This concludes my terrible experience with this scam company

Terrible experience. Went with a cracked phone with messed up sensitivity. Asked the lady who worked there if they would be able to fix the sensitivity if they fixed the screen. She said that she would absolutely be able to fix it. She even gave me a brief explanation of why my sensitivity was messed up. Signing that contract was the biggest mistake. I went back to get my phone, and she said everything was fine. While in the store, it was working fine, but then she mentioned that the motherboard might be damaged, AFTER I PAID!!!! As soon as I left, I couldnt even send a text message. I would click on A and my phone would type t and w repeatedly until I locked my phone. I cant even scroll through the internet without my phone spazzing out. Couldnt get a refund because I signed the contract. Now Im out $100 and furious because I was lied to. If your phone is broken, this is the last place you want to take it to get fixed. Theyll do or say anything for a quick sale.

Great service. Quick to get my phone fixed before heading back to Hawaii.

They have closed up shop with my new computer keyboard.I took my computer in for service and even though the personnel was very helpful and pleasant, there were issues created on my computer during the service process. These issues were NOT present before I presented my computer for service.I had to make repeated trips to get the issues rectified. But not all were!!One of the issues was that my attachable Bluetooth keyboard was ripped (at the connection point) during the time Cellairis had possession of my computer The service personnel did.claim responsibility and assured me that with their 100% satisfaction guarantee, a new, identical keyboard would be ordered and given to me, at no cost.I was also assured that, due to all the difficulties incurred during the servicing of my computer, I would also be refunded one half of the fees that I had previously paid for the services on my computer.But after waiting over a week, and still having phone contact with this stores personnel, I still had not received my keyboard, nor my refund.Then beginning 5 days ago, no one answered my phone calls at this location. And upon physically returning to this store, no operating store. Just a gated opening to left merchandise.SO, it seems it is easy to make promises when the store(s) are going out of business and there is no one left to answer the phone calls, or to be responsible.What a disgrace for a business to have such low standards and ethics in dealing with clients, customers, people who trust in the 100% SATISFACTION GUARANTEED.and it is just not this location of CELLAIRIS.I have called the surrounding Las Vegas/Henderson locations and ---- no one answers the phone.(I did get one to answer the phone a couple of days ago, and who for no other reason except personal curiosity, asked what the problem was so he could possibly help me. As soon as he heard the details, he abruptly proclaimed he could be of no help to me. When I asked for Corporate numbers, he stated that there were not any. This same person has repeatedly lied to me saying there is someone at my location but hmmm, I call and no one answers. And when I call the Cellairis employee back, he doesnt answer!!)Imagine that -- a national and international business with no contact information!Now, I have to take time and locate Corporate information myself, if the entire company has not folded, and find out why their guarantee is not being fulfilled!
