They gave me a very nice quote and they did try to help me fix my sons laptop but they are unable to do to not be able to get the parts but nice customer service.

(Espanol debajo)Javier made me pay $75 for a problem he failed to fix.My laptop was not properly charging. The charger head was loose within the laptops charging port. Javier said I needed a new motherboard, and the cost would be $75. I agreed to pay $75 for him to install a new motherboard.But, after installation, my laptop was still not charging properly. I returned to the store. Javier used his own charger to see if it charged properly, and it did. So, the problem was with my charger, not my motherboard. I asked to be given a charger since I already paid $75 for the problem to be fixed. He refused to give me a charger, and grew angry as I attempted to persuade him. As I began to walk out of the store dissatisfied, he said he would reinstall my old motherboard into my laptop. This would have left me paying $75 for my old motherboard.The end result is that I have a new motherboard that I do not need, and my laptop still does not charge properly.Javier me hizo que le pagara $75 por un problema que el fallo en reparar.Mi computadora portátil no estaba cargando correctamente. La cabeza del cargador estaba floja en el puerto de carga. Javier me dijo que yo necesitaba una placa/tarjeta madre nueva y que el cuesto seria $75. Yo acepte pagar los $75 para que el instalara una placa/tarjeta madre nueva.Pero después de la instalación, mi computadora portátil todavía no estaba cargando correctamente. Regrese a la tienda. Javier uso su propio cargador para ver si cargaba apropiadamente, y si cargo. Entonces el problema era con mi cargador, no con mi placa/tarjeta madre. Pedi que me diera un cargador ya que yo había pagado $75 para que reparara el problema. Javier rechazo darme un cargador y, avanzo en enojarse conmigo cuando yo trate de persuadirlo. Al yo comenzar a salir de la tienda desatisfecho, el me dijo que el instalara mi placa madre vieja en mi computadora portátil. Esto me hubiera dejado pagando $75 por mi placa madre vieja.El final resultado de esto es que tengo una placa madre nueva que no necesito y, mi computadora portátil todavía no carga correctamente.

Guy was very helpful with my laptop...a bit pricy but took it apart for me cheap enough so I could replace my battery on my own. He was friendly and knowledgeable.

I had to pay this dude $120 for him to fix my screen and another issue he said it had, however everytime I close my lap top it turns off completely and I have to charge it for it to turn on and many things such as my HDMI dont work. Ive only had it for 3 weeks and it wont turn on anymore even after I charge it, and Im sure if I go back this man is going to make me pay unnecessary things like the extra $30 for a problem it apparently had. I do not recommend this place.

Yesterday morning, I turn on my computer, and for some reason it’s acting up. I tried the normal routine, re-start, clean the disc, etc. etc. Nothing seems to work. So I take my computer and go to the Computer Store Laptop Plus Mobile Service located at 5105 E Sahara Ave.I know this store and his owner Javier for about 5 years, he has fixed my Laptops, my Samsung phone and my computer. Through all these years, when something goes south, his warranty is always granted.This time, Microsoft downloaded a new version of Windows 10, and no surprise, something went wrong. So here I am at the counter talking with Javier.He checks the computer, downloads the update from Windows 10 again and now everything is working well!I’m telling you, this guy Javier really knows his trade. Turns out, my computer had a “spyware” in it and he cleaned everything!Thank you, Javier.Richard

I would not bring any of my devices to this store or purchase any from here. The owner seems to have little to NO knowledge of computers and I wouldnt recommend you buy any of their used out dated devices they have on sale. I Went into this laptop store to have my battery charged on my computer to see if I need to replace the battery or just the charger and the owner of the store said that he will charge me $20 just to charge the laptop and his wife was being very rude to the point where he had to tell her to calm down. I highly recommend you dont do business here

They are knowledgeable, thorough, exacting in the diagnosis and dependable with service agreements. I have had them work on a laptop and a desktop computer involving hardware, software and memory. Jobs were done with no complaints whatsoever. You can trust them to do it right and quickly and reliably.

I have 5 computers for my business and this company laptop plus is one of the best i have seen or have delt with... and i have just come from californiaaccidently stumbled across them... he is very fair even took alot of time with me to explain what i was up against and fixed it on the same day in most cases.... i just want to say i highly recommend laptop plus and i guess it was his wife who also was always curtious to me...making me feel like i was getting the best service... thank you so muchps never had to bring back any item yet

Love, love, love this guy!!! I would not even be able to post this review without the repair he did on my computer! I have followed him to numerous locations and am soooo happy that he has his own business now. I have my entire life, business, and financial records on my computer so I am desperate when it dies and very reluctant to trust anyone else. Javier always gets it fixed fast, and I know I do not have to worry about my privacy or identity theft or anything like that. PLUS, his rates are FANTASTIC!!! Give this place a try and you will never go anywhere else ever again. This is a true family run business (pretty entertaining watching his son play with the air compressor!) and always awesome to see someone with integrity and talent open their own business; a thump on the head to franchises and corporate chains. As far as my experience it was horrible it was supposed to be a simple screen replacement they took forever and decided to blame it on the fact that the screen order got canceled and they only noticed because I called to see how it was going they are highly irresponsible and seem to only blame others for there faults which is childish on top of that it’s been a couple months and the screen is falling off on its own and it used to be a touch screen and that never worked I will never be coming back here for obvious reasons
