Not an iPhone fan WHATSOEVER, but today I made a stop in this Apple store for the 1st time in effort to get some questions answered in regards to one of my phone lines, which happens to be an iPhone (thee only one I have!) . A gentleman by the name of Julio assisted me in my endeavor & presented himself professionally. Nonetheless, I was however disappointed by the types of replies I was receiving for .y Q&A. I found his responses quite generic, full of hidden (typical), retail/sales-like vibes. Despite the adequacy within his physical presentation, I was drawn left after getting the impression that he was coming off very scripted, monotone, & somewhat repulsive. Not a very customer - oriented vibe throughout the store as a whole. Showing up 2 minutes before they closed MIGHTVE factored into this. Haha!Dont get hussled! He tried to quote me about $300 for a service I already had done for $50, along with another service (screen replacement) inclusive in that price, elsewhere! 🤔🤳🕳~Warm regards♤°YM°♤
These people are very helpful, they work hard to solve any phone or tablet issues by pooling their collective knowledge.
Sidney is a very good employee whom I believe will help you with courtesy and the most friendly way you could ever find 😉
Store was busy but they made a great effort to make sure i was helped and set up very very quickly everyone from the store reps to the security was great. Reilly was amazing she made sure all my problemsWe are addressed and handled in the best possible way at the most reasonable price. However after I left the store I tried to contact them by phone for three hours even talking to the Apple operator and she could not get a hold of the store either would’ve been five stars but it’s impossible to reach them by phone
Fast and easy service. I had to wait a total of maybe 3-4 minutes to pickup an online order and the employee was apologizing profusely (and unnecessarily) for the wait. Everything was super easy and I was out the door!Im not really in the apple ecosystem, but this was a gift for a college student, which also at the time got me free air pods just for mentioning that so Im glad I did! Definitely check it out
This is one of the best Apple stores I have ever been in. The people are knowledgable and friendly and spend as much time as necessary to insure that all of your questions are answered and you feel comfortable. When a computer that we purchased there was possibly infected with a virus they reinstalled the operating system and re-setup all of the software free of charge. I was very impressed.
Every device was there... A lot of merchandise was sold out but service was really good. Good thing I bought everything online and just went there to pick up the phone, charger, wireless charger, case.I decided to get my wife an iwatch with sport band and evening band.Adam was great to work with, great humor and personality!
I made an appointment to trade in a newly-purchased phone for the same model, but in a different size. I called in advance to make sure they had the color I wanted, and John confirmed they did. I went to my appointment and the attendant, Joe, explained none had been reserved for me and they were now sold out. Annoying! But not the end of the world. I would have let this go, but when I returned home, I saw Id received an email that my appointment had been cancelled! I attended the appointment (and made a return) - perhaps Joe/the store didnt want me to fill out any surveys since the experience didnt go so well. Here I am leaving a review anyways. Super lame.TL;DR: Friendly service, but cancelled an appointment that I attended, maybe to keep me from leaving a negative rating.
Whats really great about this location is that even with an appointment if someone shows up spending more money than you their sales staff forgets you exist. Had an appointment ready to buy some items for my birthday, and after the initial sales pitch we asked for a quick minute to discuss which I wanted amongst ourselves. The sales associate we started with was really great, no issues there at all, but that quick minute turned into long over 30. Our initial sales associate was working with someone else who appeared to be buying a Mac Pro (completely understandable they have to jump around, she was good so thats not really an issue) but we stood alone for over 30 minutes trying to flag down one of the many other unoccupied sales staff so we could make the purchase and be on our way. Not one person helped us. They didnt even acknowledge us whatsoever despite them seeing us standing alone for such a long amount of time and walking right by us multiple times. Its all by appointment only, so its not like there were too many customers to handle in the store, and there were groups of staff members just chatting with each other all around the place. After 10min my boyfriend was done & ready to leave, but I figured they were busy & convinced him to give them the benefit of the doubt. 40 minutes after our appointment and over 30 minutes of standing around without a single person acknowledging our existence, we finally just left. The ONLY reason I give three stars instead of one is solely because before the wait the sales associate was great (which was probably why she was pulled to the big sale, she could be their best) but we definitely wont be back to this location.
The customer service here sucks the agents act as if they do not want to help you and rush you to find a product theyre very rude and make your experience very uncomfortable. Worst apple experiene Ive ever had. Save the time and headache and go to another location. Apple Summerlin is terrible.
Apple Store so busy if you dont have an appointment you cant get in. If you need something simple you are given an appointment with a tech, and do it over the phone. Our appointment with the tech was a day a way. We drive thirty minutes to get there to find out we couldnt be helped. Store was packed. Disappointing. Makes you not want to be an Apple customer.
Awesome shop! Very knowledgeable and helpful people. Not sure why the reviews are poor. Good experience.
I’m a very experienced Apple user with many devices. This location is horrible and I will avoid it from now on. The so called Genius Bar techs are poorly trained and the repair was also very poor. The management is non existent and uncaring. I asked about details on a new product I was considering purchasing and no one could provide an answer, shocking.
I came here to get my charger port replaced. I looked online and it showed that repair would only cost about $70 for an iPhone 7. I was happy with my phone and I didn’t want to upgrade just yet, but the Apple staff made it seem like that repair would cost $300 and they very much rushed me into the purchase of a new device. I’m happy with my new iPhone 11 and the staff was friendly, especially the man who helped me set up my new phone, but I can’t help but feel they tried to rush me into a new purchase because they want me to pay more monthly, instead of because the repair would actually cost that much.
Very nice and friendly, Emily was such a great source of help. Just not ready for a IPhone quite yet
Apple never disappoints but especially here. Employees are top notch, extremely kind, and wildly helpful. Also one of the bigger Apple locations.
It is by appointment only. I don’t mind it because it was very organized and on time. I had a crack on my screeen left my phone and it was ready in an hour. The staff was very pleasant and inviting. 5 stars well earned!
Went with my 80 year old friend, because he needed his apple password reset. The millennial punk started to tell him, next time do this over the phone, your are wasting our time, but caught himself last second. Exactly why I use Android.
I made an appointment and waited in line for 5 minutes before entering. temperature was taken outside. the genius bar assistant John was very accommodating. he did a complete diagnostic on a used computer i was buying from someone off offerup. Spent 45 minutes helping me out verify the quality of the MacBook. wonderful service.
So many things! My list overshoots my budget!
Even though I was already at the store, I had do schedule an appt for almost 3 hours later. My problem was not fixed.
Long time waiting, need to talk with 4 differen persons just to buy something that I know exactly what I want. After the long wait I ask to use my apple credit card and and they say that I need to go to a computer to order. At the end I decide to pay cash and leave, I was really tired.
This Apple store was an Apple store. Apples pandemic rules are still in play of course so you can really only go in by appointment and there is like a 30 min wait or so no matter if it’s a Genius Bar appointment or in store pick up.The staff were nice and were actively wiping everything down and wearing masks/gloves.You can tell they are not playing around and I respect it
Great Apple store. Always has inventory, nice staff and a pleasure to go to every time. Would definitely recommend.
Im not an apple person but my fiance love it.good people
Horrible service experience! I went in a few weeks ago at the Summerlin store for a warranty issue. I received a replacement ipad from a genius that seemed like he was needing to get somewhere. He wouldnt let me install the back up from iCloud to my new device and stated to do it when I got home. I asked that he confirm the sim card was swapped out and placed into the new model. He assured me it was. Due to Covid, I hadnt been away from my network until today and of course I had no data plan or SIM CARD! I called Apple care and transferred to 3 people where I confirmed no physical sim card was installed. I then had to spend another hour at the Verizon store to get a replacement sim card!
Even though they tried to solve my problem, they werent able to link my Android with my new iphone. Quite disappointing.
Don’t call this location for information cause the sleeping lady is not awake yet at 2:16pm, 🙄🙄
Worst apple store EVER. Will never purchase from them. RUDE RUDE RUDE and just doesnt give a flipping F about their customers, especially loyal ones!
Good store too busy and a small amount of workers
Absolutely the worst store service I’ve ever gotten in my entire life horrible customer service they should fire everybody in that store No experience they have no knowledge complete waste of time.
I purchased my phone on the apple store website, selected pick-up in store option instead of delivery option, received the email that says that my phone was ready to pick up. I went there, showed my ID, I was ready to pick up my phone but the employee said that I cant get the phone because Im not the Sprint account holder. I checked the Sprints website before I go there, It says you should be either the Account Holder or Authorized User to pick up the phone. So Im an authorized user and I knew that I was able to get the phone. I told that to the employee but he said that an authorized user cant get the phone unfortunately. Then I wanted to speak with the manager. The manager lady approached to me and unexpectedly she told me Sorry sir, only the Account holder and authorized users can get the phone. Than I told her that Im the Authorized User. After I said this, the employee guy and the manager lady looked each other and the manager lady corrected herself and told me sorry only the account owner can get the phone. So me, logged in to my icloud account placed the order and paid with my credit card, my name on it. Selected the store pick up option instead of delivery option, went to the apple store with my ID and denied to service. However, if I would pick the delivery option, they would ship the phone to my home. Well I needed to go back home and bring my wife with me to the store to able to pick up my own phone that I paid with my own credit card. They treated me like Im doing something wrong. It was a ver bad customer service experience.
Came by to pick up my new iPhone. Very nice customer service and short wait time!
Beautiful store, great service, mask and social distancing practiced. Very nice.
Very clean store. Staff is helpful and knowledgeable. Bought a new iPad(got me again🤣)
Meh, its an Apple store. Went on a windy chilly day with no appointment to drop $2K on a MacBook and they wouldnt even let us in the store (we had the full mask regalia on too but also... spending $2000). Whatever, needed the MacBook for work so what can you do. We all know Apples got no soul. At least the MacBook was in stock and we were quickly in and out (metaphorically).
Slow is the nicest word I can use.
I’ve been contacting the apple store via text like they told me to, I was forced to make an appointment even though there was nobody in line, so I did, came back 2 hours later, grabbed what I bought and they were supposed to trade in my headphones (that’s what they told me via text and what they told the security guard) and yet, they didn’t wanna do it, they told me that I needed it a different appointment, even though I had the text messages and nobody was waiting, they were all standing around, I understand that we have Covid rules everywhere now, but, as a manager, you should try to help out a loyal customer and not recite the rules... very disappointed
I find it quite ironic the store is now open, however their own product they don’t have in stock. I came from Android to Apple 5 yrs ago and the way things are going, I’m about to go back to Android! 1- pricing is not affordable (willing to pay if available in stores with BETTER SERVICE than given) 2- quantity the store always seem to have 3- customer service is more helpful and friendly. The thing that irritates me more, call the store for product availability and 1-they don’t have 2- you have to repeat yourself several times, even after you already stated why you are calling and what you’re looking for! Effective listening skills should be required. Listen to your customers and should be more friendly, considering the cost of your products. If someone is spending over $2000, they don’t expect to get mediocre service! Highly irritating!
I went to apple today and I had the best customer service. I was being helped by Mika, an employee there. She was so nice and extremely helpful. We ran in to a few problems, but she was able to solve each of them efficiently. She was so great and I recommend this location!!!
This Apple store is me favorite. Its conveniently located in the middle of downtown Summerlin. I have bought multiple phones, cases and an iPad from here. Employees are really helpful . I broke my screen and it was fixed good as new in less than 45 minutes. My time is valuable to me so I really appreciate that. Team APPLE!
I bought a Mac mini and I sat it up to be picked up between 11 AM and 11:15 AM window. This is because the website tells you to do that. I was there on time and I waited more than one hour after talking to three different people who made me wait outside. They told me it wasn’t ready. I have a busy life and I had to do other things. I don’t have all day to go and wait for a computer. I really don’t understand why I had to wait so long to pick up a computer especially when the pick up time was set.
My wife and kids went over there, first of all the woman that accepted them on the front was very not welcoming, egrasaiv and attacked them for nothing when they wanted to speak with the manager they got double poison aditue and he even didnt want to hear them..
Very friendly, helpful staff. Great location right in Downtown Summerlin. MAKE AN appointment and take the wait times loosely. I checked in for a walk-in appointment and they told me it would be about 10-15 minutes. Over an hour later, someone was finally available to assist. They told me to come back at a specific time (45 minutes later) and the item still wasnt ready- another 20+ minutes of additional waiting
Tyler is white guy about 510 I only asked him why on their Google add they dont say you need an appointment guess what was the answer? Quote: we dont own google. Very nice Tyler got your self a one star review
I do not like the way that they are running the apple stores during the pandemic. Having to make an appointment and wait for days is annoying and a hassle. That being said, when I was finally able to get in and see them, they resolved my problem and were polite, That alone was the polar opposite of the experience I had at the Town Square Apple store the week before that necessitated my visit to this location. The experience with the Town Square store was so bad that Apple gave me a free set of Airpods to try and mitigate the horrific experience. Ill just say that this is the store I will patronize going forward and the manager of the other one should be fired and blackballed within the industry
Ivonne was absolutely wonderful! We all are trying to transition back to real genuine human connectivity and the level of customer service and genuine human connection was refreshing. I had to set an appointment and wait a bit but the customer service made up for the waiting a hundred fold. Thanks Ivonne!
Excellent customer service.
Easy to navigate there & staff was very helpful!
That Mika “genius” outside the apple store got an attitude. Mika with the blue eye linear so no one can mistaken. Just request another “genius”Wanted me to pay 600 for new iPhone instead went to Apple Store at Fashion Show Mall and paid 99 dollars to get a new one. Mika is misleading please avoid
Very well organized and the Staff is extremely supportive and knowledgeable.
It is great that the store is practicing social distancing and limiting the number of people inside but waiting outside for a while is not fun.
What a humiliating experience that left my wife in tears. After spending 45 min on the phone and buying the phone, being told that all the set up and data transfer would be done we come to the store waited in line and then are told that is not possible. Troy the manager offered unhelpful alternatives that would not work for us. So now we are left fending for ourselves.Believe the bad reviews here. What a horrible experience this was. What type of company tells you they can do something and then they fail to keep their word.
Great support. Pleasant visit. Great customer service and strong expertise.
The service was excellent
Customer service at this location sucks.
🙌🏽❤️🙌🏽❤️❤️🥰I Love APPLE 🍎
Fantastic staff!!!The staff was very kind, helpful, and quick. The staff quickly got me checked in and ready to see an expert. The expert got to me fast. He was very knowledgable and what could not be repaired was replaced. The expert was very sociable and kind through out the entire interaction. He also helped me start the set up of a new device. Highly recommend coming if you have any problems with your Apple products.
This place is a joke!Earliest appointment for the next century only.Shopping only by appointment! Came here and appointment is in 1 hour just to buy what I exactly want! They went to trash really quick. 👎🏼
I dont open any Apple products and was only here to help my sister buy a computer. The place was busy but we were helped in a very timely manner. The girl who helped us spent 15 minutes with us and was very attentive. She gave us great advice on which one to buy and wasnt pushy at all. Good job Apple!
It is ridiculous to wait 45 mins to buy something(only 3 people in front of me), and they let postmate get in front of line.
Very helpful staff
Had a great experience at the store they made sure to take pre cautions for covid-19. I had really awesome representative help me get my new iPhone 12, and although we ran into some bumps with the pickup they worked with me well to get it all sorted out for me. Make sure you put your name in your online orders or else youre in for a world of trouble lol But thats not the stores fault that was my fault, they did wonderful! Very clean too
They are acceptable for an Apple Store. Expect normal Apple Store BS. Try to get a reservation.
Visited this location many times before. This time you must purchase online. No on site purchases
Very helpful. They even had a class to entertain the children or even adults. Plenty of samples to try. They have a really generous trade in plan to; well better than the cellphone companies. I’m going to trade in my phone and by an Apple Watch. Since no one wants to buy it for a decent price, I’ll trade it in here and get an awesome product in exchange. How cool is that!
Great service, but dont forget to schedule an appointment
Best of Las Vegas . Serene vibe and sunsets. Red rock casino has epic views of both strip and sunsets. Breathtaking
IF YOU GO TO APPLE STORE IN SUMMERLIN.. AND, YOU WANT A NEW IPHONE 11.. BE PREPARED TO WAIT A LONG, LONG, LONG TIME.. I WAS THERE @ 9:47AM.. AND LADY GAVE ME A 1-1:30PM APPOINTMENT.. ALL IN ALL IM $2500 LIGHTER.. MERRY CHRISTMAS
Nice location but always have to wait for a long time. It’s odd to find someone that actually will help you. I average spend 2 hours there if I need something. I guess that’s apple style. Since I have been using apple for almost 15 years, it’s not easy just to switch to different phone. I really wish they could figure out something easier to help clients.
I hate the line outside the store it looks so trashy sometimes.
They sell produce here I think. Could not get any help. All they have are electronic ordering gadgets on a number of tables. But I have not seen any actual fruit. Maybe it gets delivered directly to your house when you order. They put me on some waiting list and told me to come back in about two hours. I dont have that kind of time I guess I will just go over to the grocery store and get something. I just dont understand all I wanted was an 🍎.
My favorite one in Las Vegas
I’ve been buying my IPhones and other Apple products for a few years now from here.
The Summerlin store used to be the sleepy, easy, happy Apple place — well, the secret got out to everyone in the Valley, so now it’s crowded, rushed and efficient. Probably took the staff some time to adjust. It’s still a nice store, and sometimes even over-staffed with slightly-knowledgeable kids who get you taken care of...somehow.😏
Consistent with the corporate culture and attitude of the parent company the Apple Store in Downtown Summerlin is full of the worse employee with no sense of customer service or any intention to address the defective and inferior products that the company sells.
The apple store is very nice and awesome I love the apple store nice staff I went there for my field trip and it was awesome
Felt like it was breathing covid.
Just buy what you want from Amazon...not much of anyone with any smarts at the store
This location is very well organized and Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. During the launch day of iPhone X, all employees were moving everyone along very smoothly and quickly. I was very impressed. One of the staff who has helped me twice now was very patient and has amazing customer service! Keep up the extraordinary work! Also met the district manager for all Las Vegas Apple Stores. He’s very friendly and easy to speak to. Thank you kindly sir. Kudos Apple Store!
Far far the worse store in Las Vegas representing a horrible company (Apple). Avoid this store at all costs and try to avoid buying products from this company that values customer in China far more than American customers.
👍
We had a good experience with the Summerlin Apple Store today! I was experiencing a strange software problem with my iPhone 6S Plus. After taking a photo, I was unable to access the keyboard. For example, if I attempted to send the photo via text, I could attach the photo to a text message, but I was unable to type a message in the message field because the keyboard was not visible. Apple Telephone Support suggested backing up the phone, restoring factory settings and reinstall everything... a daunting task when you’re on your honeymoon!!We went to the Apple Store for assistance. It was busy, but they had a great system and lots of skilled people on hand.We were greeted at the door, able to explain the problem and directed to the ‘Genius Bar’. Our wait was minimal. A technician with lightning fast fingers had the process completed in literal minutes!! Then the technician reviewed my battery life and offered a replacement at a reasonable cost, but no sales pressure. I had already been considering a new battery, so I handed the phone over and we left to grab lunch while the new battery was installed.I came back just before my scheduled pickup time... and the phone was ready right on time! I also inquired about a replacement screen protector and was put into a ‘quick services’ line. The technician handling the replacement was just as awesome as everyone else and we were out the door in record time with phones that looked new again!
They were extremely helpful
Had a good shopping experience 👍👍👍
Great service.
Great location and everyone was extremely helpful. My laptop took a very long to reboot. John was extremely knowledgeable and patient. Thankyou
Today I bought the new iPhone 8 Plus and I had a great experience with the staff from this store. Honestly I had really low expectations because of the reviews but I ended up being plenty satisfied. I could not remember all the names of the guys and girls who help me but the last one who help me to set up my new iPhone was Daniel the guy with the glasses he was great customer service. He really love his job. I would definitely recommend this store to my friends. This is my first iPhone product and I am really glad that I went to this store great experience. Keep the positive attitude guys I really appreciate that and I am pretty sure many customers will do also.
They wont let you shop here. I tried to shop here and they turned me away. Every other store here allows you to shop. They werent friendly about it either.
