Only other computer repair store near me had a pipe burst, so after a long drive and way overquoted price I came here not in the best mood and not expecting too much as my whole day was dealing with bad customer service. To my surprise, the man working there was super friendly and knowledgeable, gave a quote $100 lower than the other store, and said he could have it back by the same night.Unfortunately, my computer did have issues beyond his repair that I have to contact warranty about, but he’s actually the one that discovered the issues! I initially thought it was my RAM and SSD I installed but it was actually the pre-assembled CPU and motherboard. He called me back within an hour of me dropping it off and explained to me, and told me it’s ready for pick up. I went back later and he gave it back free of charge even for the diagnostics. After the whole terrible day and the headache of trying to get my warranty’s worth on the PC, it’s nice to go into this store and see good hearted and knowledgeable people. I will surely come back if I have any needs.

To know that my computer doctor is more important to me that my medical doctor is a bit unsettling but still…true.When I tell you to put Computer Gadgets on your “notify in case of emergency” list, it is with the deepest understanding that I feel your pain when you turn on your friend and no one is home, nothing happens, buffering, flashing cursor. All potentially fatal to someone who works online.Trustworthy, efficient, quick, and honorable. This review is not about work quality . When it comes to repairs it doesn’t get better than these guys . However, I had an experience today with one of the staff that left me feeling embarrassed and extremely small . Even if a customer is at fault, to arrogantly chastise a grown woman as though they are your child is rude and extremely uncalled for . I left feeling really sad and embarrassed. I will be sure to avoid this particular individual they next time I come in . You know who you are . Do better !

The staff here are incredibly thoughtful and informative with both laptop and phone issues. My girlfriends iPhone X had an OLED/battery issue, and Gadget Experts gave an extremely reasonable price for both parts and labor. If the need arises, Ill definitely come back here for repairs!

I took my laptop here for the first time after I spilled water on it, they took it in diagnosed it and gave me the most honest opinion on what to do. Instead of charging me they gave me the option to call HP and have them repair it under warranty since my warranty was still active. The most honest thing a business can do! Definitely coming back with whatever needs I may have just because of the honesty.

Had a battery replaced in my s9+. Took exactly about an hour and a half to do which was fine, the shopping mall there has a restaurant so time few by. The phone is working in great shape. Prices are bad either.

These guys managed to do in 2 days what a certain chain store never did in multiple attempts and that was simply fix my laptop from freezing

BEWARE !!!! Do not use this company!!!! This company is so unreliable and unprofessional. They release your property to anyone who comes in and says they were told to pick up the item. They gave my computer to some random person without my authorization! This company is fraudulent and should be shut down !

Writing this review on my fixed phone screen. Phone screen popped off Thursday. Dropped off my screen later that evening before the stores closing time. Picked up my phone next day after work. Thanks for the quick the turn-around! If you drop off your phone for repair earlier in the day, theres a good chance to get it back the same day.

I added the 5th star here because I didn’t realize before how great these folks are. They ran diagnostics on my computer for 3 weeks and couldn’t figure out the issue. They kept in contact with me, told me honestly that they were having trouble and eventually that they couldn’t help out, and didn’t charge me a dime.Very good people here, and a business of integrity to not charge folks for whom they cannot provide a repair, even though they spent a lot of time trying.Hope I don’t have to, but I will return here for sure with any problem because they earned my trust. I will always come back here! I took my laptop in for an aesthetic repair, and because it was a newer model, the parts were not yet available. However, they repaired it to the best of their ability and for no charge! It was a minor thing, but still I appreciated that they didnt try to take advantage of me or gouge me on an easy fix! In addition, I use my laptop for work so I was dreading having to be without it for any length of time and they had it repaired and returned to me within just a few hours! I am really happy that I walked into this place and will return for any future repairs... without a doubt!!!

Free diagnosis! They were very quick to let me know they were able to get the component and battery for my Sony Viao laptop. Very reasonable rate to fix my computer and cost of the new battery. If I have any other issues with my computer I will be utilizing their services again.

I needed an iPhone 7 Plus screen replaced. Took around 30 minutes. Maybe even a little less. $80 later and my screen works great.

Wont Return as a Previous Customer!These guys arent bad but customer service or should I say, return customer service brings back customers!John the manager (I think) was very nice and professional with my first repair. They got the repair done within the specified window and all was good. I can say the customer service was as I would have expected it.When I picked up my phone (iPhone 8+), I could see the outline of the screen which I didnt see that with the original glass but with finally getting the phone repaired, it was okay.Fast forward 2 DAYS - Due to a trauma injury, I dropped the phone from my coffee table onto outdoor carpet. I heard the screen break. I was surprised, the fall could not have been from 10 inches.When the screen cracked, it made a distinct glass breaking sound.This was tempered (hardened) glass, Right? Nope. Not with the sound it made. It also cracked on the other end of the phone which didnt hit the pavement.When I broke my original screen, it fell out of my truck onto the pavement, a drop of over 2 feet and I didnt hear a thing. This was NOT tempered glass!Since I dropped it, I called them and thought I should get a good discount for another screen since I just spent $100 with them....NOPE!The tech who answered the phone should not be answering phones, and he said, rather condescending, well knock off like $5 or maybe $10 but thats it! I went in to the store and talked to John and he said the same thing.I would have thought at least a 25% discount for return business but not a chance. We WONT be coming back here!When I ran a professional firearms instruction business, return customers and referrals always got good discounts, many times thats how I would fill a class! Referrals: 25% off, return customers, 35% off. Took my iPhone 6 Plus in to get it fixed. Apple said they wouldnt warranty it even though the battery expanding was the cause of the screen popping out. I was charged a fair price and it was done quickly. I was a walk in and it took about 20-30. Brandon was awesome. Good experience! Good service! I would recommend.

They replaced my battery on my iPhone 5s in thirty minutes and its back to working like new. They very nice and cordial on the phone and told me to bring it in and they could get me out the door in under 45 minutes, mission accomplished. They have a seating area in the shop so you can sit and wait if you need to and the shop is very clean. I will definitely be using their services in the future on our computers and phones.

Disappointed with their communication. I broke my iPhone 7+ screen and had them replace with a new one. They didnt tell me the phone would no longer be as water resistant as it originally was. So a week later, when my phone quit working, they told me there was water in the phone which broke the screen and was not covered by their warranty.I take my phone with me in the shower because I need to listen/watch our young children over our wifi cameras to be sure they are safe. They tried to tell me it was the steam that as causing the damage, but I know its the water, because I set the phone on a low ledge (steam rises) and the screen gets covered with water.This is my 3rd physical iPhone 7+. The two, I broke the screen and had the phone (not just the screen) replaced under apple care warranty.This last time I broke the screen, my warranty was out and I needed the screen replaced right away, so I tried Gadget Expert Computer Solutions.So Ive had all 3 phones in the shower with me with no water problems until they replaced the screen on the third one.I also had to ask (after the water damage) if the replacement screen was an OEM Apple part or if it was 3rd party. The replacement screen is not a genuine Apple part. They werent up front with that claiming everyone knows replacement screens at stores like theirs arent genuine Apple parts.

I have a late-2015 Asus ROG gl752-vw which was having massive thermal problems and running 80-90c on idle. I brought my laptop to their store with some thermal paste that I bought and the ran a diagnostic exam of the computer and found that one of my laptop heatsinks needs to be replaced(unfortunately I couldn’t have it replaced due to time constraints), but they replaced cpu and gpu thermal paste with artic silver 5 and I am now running 50-60 on idle and 60-70 on full synthetic stress tests using intel extreme tuning utility software. The team here was incredibly fast and helpful during the repair process and even tried to help as best they could with my other questions involving my laptop. Overall, great service, fast work, and friendly people.

I had a small shatter type thing in tge bottome on my lg v30 thin Q phone and wemt it just for a glass change.... They broke my home/power button and not I cant use it and Im so pissed😠😠😠😠😠 I 10/10 do NOT recommend. I went in with having no problems with anything except that i was unhappy with the small almost unnoticeable shatter on the bottom part if my back screen and i left euth a broken button because of them. Dont go there i dont trust them as far as i can throw them and I wish you can find a place that knows how to handle electronics and wont break something that was perfectly fine before or futher break something.

DONT GO TO THIS PLACE! I paid $20 for them to remove the home button from my cracked iphone7 screen to a brand new one, it takes special screwdriver so I couldnt do it myself. It was literally 3 screws and took 4 minutes of his time max. I get home and I look at the home button and there is a little rubber piece coming through the screen by the home button.So now the screen and home button arent flush. Horrible place I wouldnt let them change your screen if they cant even change a home button. They knew I was going to pay so they overcharged me and still managed to mess up.
