Came here to pick a up a Mac I had just ordered online 1 hour before. They make you have to pick an appointment online but you can definitely come in earlier to get it. It just depends on how many people are actually waiting in the store. It was super quick and easy. Would record this store because the other apple store told me the computer I wanted was not in stock anywhere and I would have to order it but that clearly was not true.
Zack & Randy (as well as the entire night crew 8/5/21) were absolutely amazing. Super patient and helpful. Calm but steadily busy and helping their customers. Great customer flow and experience. Knowledgeable and friendly staff. 10/10 would recommend for any apple product needs!!
Visited the store to look around. It is a big store And lots of people during the visit and I was greeted by the front assist person. I would definitely go back to this store if I need service or to shop around.
Totally changed the look on this place and lots of staff inside. I think its still best to make a appointment as it was quite busy. Had some square seats all in the middle which Im assuming was a waiting area?? Or maybe some new game lol

My 1st time in an Apple store.Sure were helpful, fast, and efficient.Could have gotten me for a whole screen replacement easily, but came through by just replacing the protector. Suprised by low price of privacy protector after having spent so much on Samsung ones over the years.
Stopped in because I was walking by and wanted to see what they had. Ended up purchasing a few things. Hannah and Josh both interacted with me and were awesome. Friendly and tons of energy.
A little wait but when tech was able to get to us he fixed our trouble very quickly as well to make sure we very happy and he went the extra mile to trouble shoot my problem where he could have just ignored my request try my equipment on his display units and proved it was not what we thought was causing the problem but was the other piece of my equipment that was programed wrong that made my keyboard look bad, reset my iPad and everything worked great then.

Took my Aunt to pick up an ipad she had ordered online. She made a appointment but when we arrived we still waited about 15 minutes and they handed us a bag with the iPad and that was it. They dont offer to show you how to use it or see if you need help swapping from a old device. So I dont understand the wait time with this in mind. It was the only time I had ever been in a apple store and I had expected a better service experience.
Switched my wifes iPhone 7 to se 2nd gen there. staff in genius bar helped us with patience and friendly as always.
It was terrible experience visiting the store today. Website says the store opens at 10am. We arrived there at 10am but it actually opened at 11am. My daughter wanted to purchase a new laptop but was told to make an appointment for 11:45, and will receive a text message to go into the store. at 12noon, since we didnt receive any text, we approached to staffs by the entry, and they let us in to the store. After 10 minutes waiting inside the store, a male staff came to us with no name badge. About a minute introduction about the laptop we were interested in, he said that we need to see a genius for advice, and asked us to wait outside store for 30 to 45 minutes for a text message. Again, we didnt receive any text for over ONE hour. we, then went to the front door to ask again, and was told that our appointment was pushed back to 4:45pm. When I questioned why we didnt receive any text to notify us instead of letting us endless waiting, this staff named Ish accused me for raising voice instead of apologize for lack of communication. He continued to say that we were walk in customer and wont be able to guarantee any appointment. I totally understand that but why no one could send a message to let us know the appointment was delayed instead of letting us kept waiting, and Ish, as a staff represents APPLE company with such a poor customer service skills will ruin companys image. I dont believe Apple retail store has the intension to have such employee to work for the company!!!!!!!!!

I asked for a usb-c 3.0 cable but instead got a cable that doesnt fit usb-c type connector. Ive gone store to store trying to get one just to get home with the wrong cable again. I mentioned usb-c plenty of times! Tech is already complicated enough the least the staff can do is know what Im talking about.

This is a nice Apple Store. I went here while I was in Vegas and was satisfied with my experience. I walked into this store and looked around at everything for sale. This store is just like your standard Apple store, having iPhones, iMacs, iPads, MacBooks, and other Apple products such as AirPods, chargers, and cases. There’s also a Genius Bar, just like in every other Apple store. I walked through this store and looked at everything for sale. I tried out an iPhone 11, which had a very nice camera. However, I didn’t buy it because it’s very expensive. After I looked pled around at everything, I left the store without buying anything, satisfied with my experience. I gave this store five stars because it has nice products.
Jason was awesome. Not only did he put safety first but also the customer. While COVID is going on, entry to the store is limited and wait was long. Jason helped me while I was outside to resolve a issue I had with my watch. He helped reassure me in the reliability of the product and suggest several ways to resolve my issue. I ended up purchasing a charger just in case it was the charger, and Jason made me aware that I can return the charger if it did not resolve the issue. Jason went into the store and brought out a charger for me to purchase so that I didn’t have to go into the store to resolve my issue. Wonderful customer service and knowledge on his behalf and he represented Apple well. Jason was just all round helpful and stuck by the produce and it’s readability.

Went there today to purchase the 12 Pro Max. I made the reservation on the app but something must’ve happened along the way that I didn’t secure it correctly. I get there and they wont even let you in the store without a proper reservation and you have to wait in a line when hardly anyone is in the store if you do have one. I was told to come back in two days.. yeah no thanks. I get they are using their own measures for “Covid19” but come on this is a little over the top. Went to BestBuy and had no issues, decided to walk out with a Note 20 Ultra anyways.. and I’ve had iPhone since 2006.

Went 4 hours from Southern Utah as I just wanted see the iPhone colors in reality. They not even would have me had a look at them without appointment - not sure if I will be an apple lover anymore! And believe it or not the shop was empty and I would probably been out in 30 seconds again. Sorry even with Covid going on this is not how you should treat your costumers at all. And pls. change your Google Account settings accordingly and dont say you are open - that is not the full truth!
From all my heart, I would like to thank Apple Fashion Show employees for their courage. We were shopping there on January 21, 2020 when we heard gun shots in the hall just few dozen yards away from the store. There were armed security by the store doors who immediately defended people in the store and in hall. Store crew, young girls and guys mostly, They without panic gathered all the visitors and hid them in the back room, encouraging and reassuring that it’s going to be all right. Great team work and courage. Thank you.

I phone 10 screen went bad. I was able to set up an appointment or next day. Hardly any waiting and Josh provided quick service. New phone screen in an hour, still under warranty.Best Apple store on Las Vegas
It wouldve been much better if customers were able to actually go inside the establishment instead of just waiting in line to just pick up orders in which their staff would bring your purchases out to you etc but at this time its understandable due to the pandemic even though not all places inside the mall were like like that
I am taking off one star for Genius Bar appointment issue. Every time I take an appointment but still they make me wait for at least 30 minutes. If I have an appointment means there should be someone to attend me. This is the worst part here. Everything else is perfectly fine. I hope they will take care of this issue as well.
One of the microphones in the phone was messed up, I went in around December eighteenth, paid and got it fixed. Unfortunately the internal microphone was messed up and I had my phone replaced. Gerald did an amazing job of helping me out on January 11, 2020 when I came to get the phone replaced. He was very kind and understanding. He’s a very professional guy. I really liked the great service. Will be coming here again.
Very busy store! Considering that it’s in a huge mall on the world-famous Las Vegas Strip, that’s not a surprise. We had to drop off my daughter’s phone to be repaired. It wasn’t too bad when we dropped it off, but our wait was about an hour when we picked it up. Just be prepared to walk around the mall or sit somewhere for a while when you come here.
Many of the staff are so rude and don’t help unless 2 or 3 very helpful to be honest. They need like a good manager to control the stuff. One of the staff workers, his girlfriend with her friends was visiting him and he was just totally ignoring me and when I ask him if I have a question, he said “ just a quick question” I did not believe what he said. They got so lazy and mad when you visit them after 8 pm. I bought many things from this store before as I work as a manger in one of the mall stores but Apple need to make them work on commission and you will see that they will crave to help people better
Wanted to buy a new tablet but they don’t “have any tablets in stock here because this is a new store”? Seriously, you opened a new store (who knows when) and you have no inventory? Why bother???
Great customer service
Not as busy as your usual Apple store. Your best bet is to make an appointment, and be on time for it. I had an appointment for 2:45pm today, and arrived at 2:55pm. Although I was late, I was still seen within the first half hour. Any other Apple store will have you waiting for hours! Not sure if its because its the middle of the week (its Wednesday today) or what, but it was probably the most pleasant visit Ive ever had to an Apple store.

What can I say this place is the best! I have been here a total of three times. I always have to ask to make an appointment for later in the day as I live two hours away and am not always sure when I can make the trip. The staff here is phenomenal! I have never had to wait more then two hours for an appointment. The staff is very knowledgeable and always very helpful. In the words of one of the employees “why would you ever take your phone to your carrier, we strive to make our product work the best in any situation, they just want commission.” Since coming to this store I have always come back. Thanks guys.
Worst find my iPhone
We came to price a new phone, however, I didnt know that my little dog got injured on the escalator outside.Apple employees not only helped me with cleaning her injury but also brought me paper towels, alcohol pads and antibiotic ointment! So above and beyond what most people do these days.Thank you so much guys!
Nice show with male models. I thought there was going to be another one but no, nice environment inside the mall, nice that it is in the middle of the strip too very convenient. Today is not really packed, maybe because it is not a holiday.
This store does a lot of Covid fearmongering. Eventhough the store is almost empty, they do personal interviews, medical checks, build lines and let people intentionally wait before letting them inside. I do not support this type of environment of fear at all. It is not helping anyone, it is just driving people insane, giving them anxiety, and making them mentally ill. I do not support a company that makes people mentally ill. Apple is so over.

Came here to look at Apple Watch bands just now. The gentleman working at that section was by far the most unhelpful Apple associate I’ve come across. He told me not to lift the watches out of display to look at. What’s the point of that then. First and only time I’ve been told this at an Apple store. He also did not help much with finding selection, was abrupt with his responses, did not seem to know much about the product availability and styles for the series 4. Simply put he offered service without a smile.2 stars for cleanliness and appearance of store. Minus 1 star for a huge letdown in service. Can’t speak for the rest of the staff but since Apple prides itself on service, this applies as a whole. This store was a letdown for all the other ones I’ve visited in North America.
I needed to visit the Apple store at the Fashion show mall in Las Vegas while traveling. My volume on my iPhone 8 and the camera on my daughters iPhone 8 hadn’t been working since we purchased them. We were set up with Mark to help us with our technical issues. He was amazing!!! He replaced both of our phones because the issues were not able to be resolved with new parts. This seems reasonable but my phone had recently been dropped and cracked negating the warranty. Mark was so unbelievably kind to still replace it inspite of policy. I will forever be thankful that Mark and the wonderful people at the Apple store went the extra mile to take care of me. My ongoing relationship for many years has been such a positive one!!! I am grateful for people like Mark and how he made our experience so wonderful. Thanks Mark! Thanks Apple!
Had an appointment prior before coming and everything went smoothly. The apple employee took a little to troubleshoot my device but ended replacing it. Making the appointment faster would make my 4 star to a 5 star rating for next time.

A pleasure to deal with, he helped me yesterday with a problem I had been having for a few weeks. Been dealing with apple for years and he is deferentially the best person I have come across. So I got the iPhone upgrade thingy where you get a new phone every year & its AWESOME so far! & this place was so great! Walter helped me out & he was so helpful and such a cutie. Also, if anyone had any hesitations about the iPhone 7, just know that I wrecked my motorcycle last night & my phone got launched like 15 feet & was perfectly fine!! How awesome is that!!!

I arrived before the 12p rush time and the lady that assisted me was super helpful and friendly. She was very detailed of all available options and was honest on what not to get. I would recommend coming here if you come at the right time.
This is a large Apple store in Las Vegas. Everyone was kind and helpful. The Apple education classes are wonderful. I spent hours at this store and enjoyed every minute.

Got here at opening 10 am. Needed help unlocking my iPhone. Was told to wait for a text message to be serviced. Waited till 11am and went n asked how much longer will it be. She said wait till about 11:30 and check in to see if nobody has helped us by then. So I asked, so how long can we be waiting, she said possibly till 12:30 or longer?? Really?? There’s not that many customers in there!

I’m phone microphone doesn’t work. Callers can’t hear me. A basic phone function. Staff here, when I could get the attention of anyone not trying to sell a product, told me that it would be a hour to talk to a ‘tech’. The person I was talking to said they knew what could be wrong, but wouldn’t tell me and said there is an hour wait for a tech.I owned an Apple II in 1981. Apple sucks so bad now. So rotten to the core. Bad Apple. Don’t buy Apple products.

We purchased an iPad for my daughter’s birthday on her birthday and had the worst customer service! The employee talked to us like we owed her something after we spent $700 on a new iPad! Her name is Olivia. WOW I still can’t believe it! The manager wasn’t any nicer....! I’m sorry I bought my daughter with me! Will never purchase anything from an Apple store!!!!
Actually talked to Shane in corporate. He was great...recommend I go right over to the Apple store and they would take care of me. Said I didnt need a new Ipad just a new battery. Saving me quite a bit of $$. Will see what kind of service I get at the Las Vegas store. Will keep you posted! Pat
Went to buy a graduation gift for our Grandson and we had the fortunate experience of having Mike assigned as our salesman. He was so knowledgable and did not try to upsell us. He helped my Grandson select the perfect laptop to meet his needs to begin his college education. He gave us a great deal for the perfect computer! This is our second great experience in this Apple store and will go no where else.
Im not an Apple guy. As far as Im concerned, Apple is too proprietary, and I dont agree with their politics, but my wife has a ipad that had issues, and the techs were johnny on the spot, diagnosed the issue and took care of the problem right away.Kudos to the Apple guys.
Always a headache to see someone about making a purchase. This is one of the few companies that you have such poor service for high end purchases in their stores. Very odd for a company that makes so much money.
So much apple goodness. Nice and clean. Staff friendly and knowledgeable. Huge store. WHY are these things so expensive. And why do I have to buy a new one every year?
This business can get VERY busy, so be sure to put your name on the list as soon as you arrive (even if they tell you it would be faster to call the helpline). Staff are knowledgable and friendly and have always been able to help my out of town guests with their issues.
Poor customer experience.No one was attentative even with only a few shopper in the store, it took 10 mins to find out that I would have to check in with someone to get in a queue to buy their latest.Man, if it wasn’t the hardware, I’d probably never use their product again for their poor customer experience.Probably never want to buy from this Apple store anymore. Good thing, there are few more Apple stores in town.
