Charged $80 to fix player, 6 weeks later after playing it maybe 5 times it broke again and wouldnt stand behind their service. They wanted us to pay to fix it again. So went next door and bought one from someone else. Will never go back and not recommend them.

Left my amp, after they stated it would take 2 days to fix. No update so I called on the 4th day. Person stated the part they needed was on back order and it would take a little longer. After a month of no communication and me having to call the shop. I got a call where they stated they could not fix my device and that i had to go pick it up. Honestly would not recommend anyone go to this shop. Horrible customer service and no communication.

Honest people. My amplifier lost 1 channel.They just reconnected part inside and only charged me $10. They could tell me, that part had to be replaced and charge me way more. But they didnt. Thank you very much !

This place is 👎 good. They lack positive communication. Taking their sweet time in repairs. Not coming through on the day they say your item might be ready for pick up. Dont waste your time, 💰, & frustration here. Better to look some other place with real Customer Service & better parts for your repair that will not cause you to keep putting up with their LIES!!

This place is super fair on pricing. Honest I even tested them with a repair they could’ve charged a fortune on they called immediately and told me my problem was a loose connection only. But like all places they have one thing that gets a little irritating, they don’t always call you back when they say but with the quality of work and the price it’s definitely worth it. It’s so hard to find quality and honesty with a good price. I have indeed found it here. Hope this helps

I lost my time and money I had my mixer for 2 years when I returned 6 times for guaranty repair and they never fix the problem I paid 350 and wait 2 years for nothing they are shameless people and they have also a bad attitude

Do not waste your time taking your tv there for repair if you own a Vizio. My TV was in that shop for two weeks untouched because they claim that they have to find someone that sell a particular part for that model TV. I was so frustrated that I went there and picked up my TV and took it somewhere else. I will never ever go back to them ever!!!!!
