I took my kindle here after I went to another cell phone repair place that not only took 2 seconds to look at my kindle but told me it would be $180 to replace the charging port. I took my kindle here and even though I asked for a new charging port I was told I just needed a new battery for $65... Yes please!!There prices are fair, the staff are nice, and they actually take the time to evaluate & fix your electronics!! I liked them so much I brought my moms kindle here too and will continue to bring my broken electronics here.

Don’t ever come here to get your phone fixed I went to fix my camera and got it back but when I got my phone back I couldn’t call anyone my phone wouldn’t even charge and I can’t connect to WiFi or my data and I took it back and they said that’s it was like that before I took it in but my phone was in good condition it was just the camera that needed to be fixed and the employees are very rude i suggest if you need your phone fixed to go somewhere professional

Im a little bothered. When I first walked in I told them that I needed my daughters ipad fixed and the ON and OFF button. They tried to charge me $140 to fix it, but when I refused to pay that much they told me they would fix it for a 100 bucks. I agreed, but when I got the iPad back the screen was fixed and not the button as discussed saying it was to hard. So thats why Im giving a 1 star. Because you couldnt get the 140 out of me so you didnt fix her buttons. You cant over charge someone when they know better.

My MacBook got malware somehow. I panicked because I am a home health nurse and I need my computer for work. I brought it to CPR on Jones and Warmsprings (5 minutes from home), where I was informed that in order to fix the issue the technician would need to look at my computer. As the technician was at the Summerlin location, a call was placed to let him know I was coming. When I got there, I was assisted promptly. I explained my situation and they completely understood. I left my computer at the Summerlin store, paid a fee and went home. 4 hours later I received a call from the Jones store that they had my computer, it was ready and I could pick it up. The technician and employees at both locations went above to make me feel that they were taking care of me and not just my computer. I will continue to bring my phones and computers here and recommend CPR to anyone who asks.

I had admittedly not done my research as to the cost of battery replacement of two iPhones, so when CPR Cell Phone Repair charged me over $100 imagine how stupid I felt, and how indignant I was, when I arrived home and checked for battery prices on line. $20/each. Ok, I understand needing to make a profit--but over a 200% margin? That is excessive, bad customer service, and short-sighted thinking. For a temporary gain you have lost a future customer and are left with only a bad review.

Put a new battery in my phone

Overpriced, and still didnt get the job done. When I tried contacting them, they didnt respond.I brought my laptop in for a new hard drive. They checked it out and said it would be 300 dollars. It seemed like a bit much, but I figured it would be worth it. About two weeks later, I pick it up, and it seems to be working fine... for a few days. I didnt install any questionable programs on it. Barely did anything at all. But it it freezes up constantly and certain tasks dont run as expected. And on top of all that... They didnt even install an authentic copy of Windows on my hard drive! So now Im getting constant pop-ups saying that my version of Windows needs to be authenticated.I try sending them an email, and they wont reply. Seems like poor customer service, in top not them being crooks. Dont go here.

My husband and I were having a lousy day. We were told by Apple that they couldn’t change the battery because we had an aftermarket put it in. So we came in to have a new battery put in and Justin was there on the Charlston building. He actually made our day Put the battery in and under 10 minutes. That wasn’t the best part he has a great personality. I was getting a battery for my old phone so my husband could have my current phone but it needed a battery. My husband had a non-technology old slip keyboard. My husband had to show it to him we all had a great laugh and so we bought a screen protector and a phone cover while we were there. Ok so this place will fix your problem but the cheap glass they replaced on my phone cracked within 30 days and they refused to replace it. They said they couldn’t return it to their supplier. The only reason my original glass broke was I dropped it in some rocks while hiking. My phone with the shotty glass they put on was merely in my purse with my keys. (I have always put my keys and phone together). So they said the best they would do is charge me $25 for a new glass but refused to stand behind the poor quality glass that I had already paid for.

I dont normally write reviews but I was a pleased with everything they did. Price was good, service was great, work was delivered when promised. I will recommend and I will use again. My product was an iPhone 6s+.

I was greeted by Karina, who was so helpful. She said they had to keep my phone overnight to run a diagnostic WHICH WAS FREE. Wireless Doctor called me later that evening explained what was wrong and exactly what it would cost. My phone was ready the next morning. John took the time to explain it was a Display issue and guaranteed his work. He added a screen protector for free just to make sure I didnt damage the display again. This company is very ethical. Highly Recommended!

I took my iPhone 7 Plus to get the glass fixed and a new home button and the guy told me that I would have it the next day, but when I called the next day he said that it still wasn’t fixed. When I finally got the phone back, the home button didn’t work right and all he said was that “it’s just the new button, it’s just going to be that way.” I would not recommend.

I had a swollen battery in my Galaxy S6. I had purchased a new battery, a Samsung battery and they would not replace it. They wanted me to purchase a battery from them at three times the price I paid for the one that I had. So they did nothing for me.

I took my iPhone 6plus because screen was really cracked up and lcd screens had colored lines in it also home button didnt work, they quoted me 180 for repair of screen, I wasnt going to fix button because I used the screen one and real button cost 60 bucks to fix. Anyway fixed the screen real fast looks like new and worked only problem was I needed to reset my cell to day one default because it had been disabled because screen used to do stuff . So I called them back and they tried to help over phone forgetting I had a broke home button they told me to come back and they would reset my cell but couldnt because the button was broke by this time store was closed but they stayed over on their own time and repair my home button and got my cell back to 100% and on top of it all didnt charge me for the repair of the button ! Good dudes over there. Thanks guys

Ive used the services offered at Wireless Doctor twice. My first experience about 2 years ago was fair enough; they replaced the headphone jack on my iPod Classic and got it back to me in about an hour (though, they usually request ~24 hours to work on an issue). The cost was $60 in labor, which seems a bit high for such a small issue, but this is around what it costs at most of the places I looked up.Unfortunately, my second experience was rather frustrating and disappointing. The issue this time was the same headphone jack that they replaced 2 years before. They needed to order the part because they didnt have it in stock, and required a down-payment of half the labor cost (which is fair enough). They said that it might take up to 10 days to come in, so I waited a week or so and heard nothing. I called them and was told that it still wasnt in, so I waited another week. I still never got a call about the part coming in, so I stopped by and talked to someone who said that they would look into my order and get back to me in a day or two. I waited a week and heard nothing. I came in once again and talked to someone else and told them of my experience thus far. They looked into it and said that their technician had to reorder the part the day before this, but couldnt explain why. I was going to just request a refund, but decided to give them 1 more week because they said that they would deduct the cost of the part from my bill (~$5). I waited over a week after this and heard nothing, at which point I went in and requested a refund.I appreciate that they were willing to refund my down-payment; however, I never got an explanation as to why they did almost nothing with my order for over a month and only did so at my request, rather than giving the minor courtesy of looking into the issue to make sure that my part was being delivered (especially since they requested a down-payment of $30). In particular, it is insulting that someone there would tell me that they would look into the issue (after 3 weeks of never hearing from them), and then never get back to me.

If I could give 0 stars I would... took it to get my broken screen fixed after the first time i took it my phone started glitching 3 days later.. asked for them to fix it again and the refused to give me a redound or fix it for free since they messed my phone up... took it AGAIN to fix it and the glitching got EVEN WORSE the day after they “ fixed it . Terrible customer service and terrible job at fixing phones... they just broke it even more ...

I brought my computer here to get a broken hinge repaired earlier in the year, and was very impressed by how quick and professional the service was. When the other hinge broke, it made sense to bring my computer back to Wireless Doctor.Unfortunately, my latest experience completely changed my opinion of the business. It took less than a week for the first hinge to be replaced--this time it took four weeks. The technician was almost always out of the office when I called for updates, so it took multiple calls over the course of a month to learn it was taking so long because hed decided to replace the webcam without asking. I use my laptop for work, so this was a great inconvenience for a repair I neither requested nor wanted.If you need your computer repaired, Id recommend a different business.

DONT GO HERE! Took my phone there for a simple cracked screen repair. After 3 WEEKS the phone still wasnt fixed. Guy was RUDE when I wanted it back to take elsewhere.

I dont complain or write bad reviews much, but I urge anyone with a cracked iPhone 6 (or newer generation) to save your money, and go elsewhere. I understand that $75 is pretty average to get your screen replaced, and I appreciate the customer service, however, the quality of the new screen is insulting. Not only did the new screen crack and splinter simply from light pressure in my pocket, but as soon as I picked up my phone from repair, the speakers worked poorly, and the touch screen sensitivity is very poor, spotty, and glitchy. I bought this phone new, and these defects were not there before I took it to be repaired, even after I lightly cracked it.Knowing that I need another repair, I will not be returning here and urge anyone and everyone to go elsewhere.

Very impressed with the quality of service and the technicians. By the time I had removed my iPhone 5 from my pocket they could see what was wrong. The screen was bowing outwards like the phone was trying to pop out of the case. I was assured this was a common issue with the battery, the repair would take 20 mins if I wanted to wait, and the cost was $50.Sure enough 20 mins later I had a working phone again however these people went the extra step to return the old battery to demonstrate the problem and the cause of my issues.In short, well worth the drive there even with other places closer.

Omg. What a piece of garbage these guys on Craig n Decatur are. I brought my iPhone 6s in to replace my lens. 60 bucks.After I left heading up to st. George utah my phone was burning up n battery was dying plus could not hear from ear piece.I called them up n told them. The girl said bring it in on Thursday when you get back from utah. The phone totally went out that night. I had to go to T-Mobile and buy a new phone. Under ins. Off curse.Either way I called them today 2/9/2018 asking for my 60$ back. They told me know. There policy is to look and fix phone before you bring it to your phone company so they can take their part back. How ridiculous. Very unhelpful. Do not recommend them at all.They are crooks. Beware n pay with CC. Unfortunately I paid cash..

I went to get my brothers Ipad mini 2 screen replaced and when I did they ask to fill out a form for the password for the Device which got me a bit suspicious because you dont need the password for a physical repair. After the screen was fixed we noticed that there were flaws on the screen (I only noticed 2 so far)1. The home button has became hard to register2. The display now has some terrible shielding; I noticed this because the IPad had a flip cover case that was magnetic.The IPad would turn will flicker and the screen will go nuts for a second when you take off the cover to use it, plus when you put the cover on the back it would turn the iPad off.Ive learned that its better to get your devices fixed from the actual company who made the Device (Apple, Samsung, Etc.) Even if its more expensive you are paying for quality materials that wont break as easy like the cheap glass from what this place has to offer

Ok so I waited a few hours before I wrote this review cause I was so mad so drop my laptop off on a Tuesday morning to get it repaired they say it takes 24 to 48 hours to do a diagnosis on the computer which is fine but when I didnt hear from any one I decided to call them they said they tried contacting me but there was no response ok I get it so I ask whats going on with the laptop (I need a new hard drive) so I say let me speak to my wife to make sure its cool cause we been thinking of buying a new one any way so I call back to tell them go ahead and do the work and they tell me I can pick up no later than Sunday I get no calls until Monday I was at work all day so when I got off work I was driving home when the guy tells me to come get the laptop then I get there the lady at the front just hands me my case and says thank you have a good one ?? I was like I have to pay you she says oh no we didnt do anything to the computer cause no one could get ahold of you ?!?!? I was confused cause I spoke to 3 maybe 4 different people idk what happened but here I am a week later and nothing was done thanks guys guess I will go down the street to the other guys

I usually dont do reviews but after my experience I just had to. My wife spilled milk on our MacBook and we knew its toast! We took it to this shop and after exchanging few good laughs about it I was assured they would do their best. We spoke to Bojan who handled the situation beautify, it took about a week to get all the parts but best of all he was able to retrieve all our newborns pictures, to us this was priceless. He really went above and beyond to get our computer up and running and price was great, other shops we called around wanted double what we paid and didnt even include data recovery. Bojan, THANK YOU! Dropped my iPhone off to get my cracked screen replaced .1st off - I was told over the phone it was $95 when I got there it was $102 due to $7 tax. They could of told me that over the phone.2ndly - I waited an hour for my phone to be fixed only to get home & find out my mic wasnt working! They put my screen on crooked Covering up my front mic so my FaceTime calls, Skype and Siri wasnt working. I had to take my phone back up there and wait another hour & a half for them to correct it.-And still ever since I got my screen replaced my phone has been messing up . The screen is so sensitive its always pressing buttons even when Im talking on the phone my cheek is consitantly pushing buttons no matter how lightly I hold my phone its so annoying !But the staff was nice & the place was clean thats why I gave it 2 stars but I probably wont go there again for a phone fix .
