I wish I could say our experience with Andrew was a pleasant one. However, it was not he did not deliver on any of the promises he made to our company. He was weeks late fixing our computer and his lack of communication made us very nervous. He was supposed to preserve our QuickBooks and financial information from a failing hard disk. This was never done. He couldn’t even identify a simple virus on the failing hard drive in order to clean it and get the data that he was hired to salvage.When Andrew finally returned our computer he had replaced the hard drive with a new one but none of the data was backed up from the failing hard drive. He did not hesitate to collect payment in full. He set up the computer and I questioned him about QuickBooks and our financial data and he said that he would remotely back it up after he spoke with our accountant. I gave Andrew our accountant’s name and telephone number I paid him in full for the services rendered. He spoke with the accountant once and never resolved the issue. After that he has ignored all of our attempts at communication. I have left him several messages as well as our company’s owner and our accountant have also left him several messages. It has been over a month and he has not bothered to respond or restore our computer.Andrew took our money and ran so I do not recommend his service to anyone. Our company suffered a huge financial loss of information. We had to repay our accountant to repeat almost three years of financial accounting because Andrew flat out lied to our company. If I could rate him no stars I would but unfortunately I have to rate one.In closing do not use this service unless you want to pay for a technician to take your money and run.
