This guy is the best. Highly recommend him. I had just bought a new laptop from Amazon and the ctrl key had some sticky rubber substance in the crack and underneath holding the key down and restricting the bounce back. It was very annoying. I first went to the other tech repair location in the plaza next door, and the guy there told me that I needed to order a new keyboard for $300. Then I brought it over to Quick Laptop Repair he quickly looked at it. Used some hand sanitizer and a little tool, cleared up the residue underneath the button, got it working back to new, and didn’t charge me anything and wouldn’t accept a tip. Very trustworthy, knowledgeable, helpful, and most importantly - HONEST. recommend this guy. I will be back.

This place is a rip off!!! Im reading verbatim reviews of exactly what was done to me. If you have a laptop for repair do not being it here. My daughter had a broken space bar that popped off and a broken power button that she had been using a pin to turn on. Two simple fixes. After 4 days of running us around he told me he couldnt fix the power button but he fixed the space bar. I told him that was fine since my daughter could just turn it on with a pin. He told me she couldnt anymore and that there was a board in it that was broken but he would sell me another computer. I told him it turned on before I brought it there. Needless to say I picked up the laptop. I got it home and he never even fixed the spacebar like he said he did and the laptop turned on fine with a pin!!!!! He took my $65 and never touched the computer!!!!! Im appalled that there are such shady business men getting away with ripping people off like this.

First time came here. What a good service. My kids broke my ipad. Every thing was broken including screen, corners and camera. Technician was very knowledgeable. He fixed in one day. They tell you they will fix your laptop and when they cant they give you excuses to get more money, until they are backed into a corner. This is my go to place for everything computer related. Abi, the owner, is patient, knowledgeable and friendly. No BS here. He wont try to sell you anything you dont need and his prices are very reasonable. He explains ALL the options. Its comforting to know that when/if something goes bad with my Mac, iPad, iPhone, or HP Abi is there for me on Eastern not too far from I-215.

Abi the store owner is great! I’ve been coming here for 5+ years and he helps me out every time. This time it was a cracked cell phone screen. He explained the different types of iPhone screens to me. He had my phone fixed within an 1.5 hrs on a Friday afternoon. Be aware that other stores may quote you $50 to replace the cracked screen but might not tell you it’s the aftermarket cheap screen if you don’t ask them about it. Apple oem screen is what you want. I put Abi on the spot and called a competitor about it and what Abi told me was the truth. He’s very knowledgeable and easy to work with. Thanks Abi!

All my family go to this computer company. I took my laptop for heating up problem. they checked it while I waited. He was too good. He diagnosed problem within few minutes and explained me what are the possibilites.Then he took the laptop in for further check up. Next day he called me, his other technicians diagnostics was exactly the same what he told me in the beginning.He quoted me price with parts and labot. Altogether it was $ 139.00, which was lot cheaper than buying a new laptop.My dad always go to this repair center. He recommended me to go there. I am extremely happy. He not only fixed my heat up problem buy also improved the speed of my laptop without any extra charge. What else I need? I will always recommend this place to my friends.

I came in with my laptop and spoke to the old guy and I said I dont trust to much someone opening my laptop but then I said I will think about it then he told me dont think about it and go find someone else to do it for you terrible customer service and horrible management and hes slick he first comes out like a nice guy saying hes been here for 11 years and so on then tells me to leave how you tell a costumer to dont think about and go somewhere else smh

They never gave me my tablet back, and after ~5 months of fighting with them, they just gave me a new one. All my info is gone now, so I dont know if it got stolen.....

This is literally THE WORST store to bring a computer to. THEY CHARGE DEPOSITS, ARE SCANDALOUS WITH RETURNS, GREEDY, TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. He also took a deposit on my asus battery laptop, lost the invoice, never ordered the battery in the first place, and refused to refund, terrible, terrible, terrible, do not bring your device here you will regret it.

Be cautions if you go to this place. They do a subpar job repairing the original problem (replacing and IPad 2 screen) then when that shoddy fix creates additional problems (a skewed home button) they have no problem charging additional for parts and even more labor. They refuse to warranty or even stand behind their work, and will blame the customer for any problems saying it is their fault and misused the product.

THIS PLACE IS A SCAM. DO NOT GO HERE.I brought in my ipad 2 for a cracked screen and they charged me $169 (more than anywhere else I called) but I used them only because of a convenient location. BOY WAS I STUPID. they told me I would have it back in 1 day, they took 4 days. After I got my ipad back and watched my first movie on it on a flight a few days later, I noticed white light coming from the top left of the screen (only visible when there is something black on the movie/or a picture in this section of the screen in low light).I brought it back to the store and he told me to come back on monday when his tech was there. When I came back, they tried to tell me it might have already been there, even though, NO MENTION OF THIS WAS MADE WHEN I PICKED UP THE SCREEN AND YOU CANT SEE THE DAMAGE UNLESS YOU ARE IN A LOW LIT AREA. They wanted ANOTHER $80 to fix the problem THAT DIDNT EXIST UNTIL THEY WORKED ON IT. They claimed they have no idea how that could have happened that they didnt do it.So I went to Apple and 2 other repair places and they all immediately knew what the issue was. THE TECH BURNED MY SCREEN WHEN THEY WERE ATTACHING THE TOP GLASS PIECE BACK ON.So I went back to the store, with the new information I had and gave them a chance to make this right. INSTEAD THEY THREW ME OUT OF THE STORE, refused to fix it or refund my money.DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE, THEY ARE SCAM ARTISTS AND DO NOT STAND BEHIND THEIR SERVICES.

Fixed our iPad air cracked screen. It was fixed the first time. Later we had some issues and brought it back and they fixed it no charge. We will be back!
