Excellent. I thought my desktop was done for it. Chad brought it back to life. He offered several ideas beforehand as to diagnosing the problem and asked very specific questions to understand the exact problem. After fixing the computer without any loss of information,he provided advice on how to avoid issues in the future. Great work, would highly recommend using this family operated business.
