Absolutely terrible ! Carpets left filthy and soaking wet, mold is now in my entire home since everything was left so wet. Do NOT recommend this company at all! If I could do no stars I would this is terrible !!

Left my carpets soaking wet. It squished when I walked. Called them back to have them redone because the carpets were just as dirty after they “cleaned” them but they left the carpets soaking wet again and I had to call them back and have it redone and dried a third time. Even after that, they were still soaking wet. Carpets are ruined and I will need to replace them. Do not recommend!!!

Never had an issue til now! I have had services performed 3 times and all has went well til this time when an older gentleman came out. He first tried to charge me $175 for a deep cleaning which when in the past they only charged me $133.00 for the same service. His machine and equipment were old and had black tape holding it together. That was my bad for not stopping him and asking them to send someon else out. He knocked my heater off my dresser and it no longer works as well as my candle holder. Later as things began to dry I started to smell something. I let it pass. The next morning I came downstairs and it smelled like mildew and funk. I called the company and informed them Im thinking great there sending someone out to redo my carpet which was a nice gesture. we I guess they said they called us 3x and no answer and that theyd have to come the next day. I spoke with Charles who was what I believed to be the manager? He wasnt much help and neither was the staff because when they did come back out to reclean the living room even while it started to dry the smell came back. I will not EVER call and use them again. I will use a more professional company with new and working equipment. Im sure he didnt clean or clear his machine from his last job and now its in my carpet and I have yet to be able to get the foul smell out and its costing more to do it!!! Beware and pay attention to what they are using

I have attached a picture of what the company I hired AFTER this bottom feeding operation, showed me was left behind in my carpet. As you can see my carpets were left filthy by Las Vegas Carpet Cleaners A1. The second company I hired did a fantastic job as YOU CAN SEE! Save your $100 for your real cleaning, your gonna need it.

Quoted 169 over the phone... booked it.They came out..(.Not friendly at all by the way)looked everything over and then proceeded to tell us it would be almost $400 to do the job. Sent them away. Do yourself a favor and DONT call them.
