I asked for my couch to be cleaned and not only did they come on the advertise time but they also called while en route. Darnell James was very professional and mindful of his surroundings. He left minimal footprint, and did a very thorough job job quite expertly. At such a reasonable price, I would be happy to use their services again and recommend them to anybody!

I used this company annually when we owned our home in Las Vegas. They were the best. They were always professional and did a great job, but what really put them above any other carpet cleaning companies we used was the fact that they were extremely responsive. We would travel to the house and stay for a week or so, so we always had a tight timeline to get them in and get the job done. They never disappointed us! They also had very nice personalities and were a pleasure to be around.

After buying a couch from RC Willey and getting the extended warranty, we need to have the couch cleaned before the holidays. Darnell and his coworker did an amazing job. They were keeping us update through the day on their progress towards our house and got to us before our slotted appointment. They were both professional and courteous. I think the carpet cleaner was hoping my carpet was dirty lol He brought the carpet cleaning machine with him when he was coming to clean a leather couch. Everything was pretty cool until he removed his mask. Im not sure why he did that but it was ridiculous.

Bill and his team do an incredible job cleaning carpets as well as furniture upholstery. We had them out to clean all our homes carpets and area rugs. The process took approximately 1 1/2 hours. The carpets were dry a few hours later and looked great. While they were there we discovered they clean furniture upholstery as well!! The were very knowledgeable and show a lot of care in there work!!

I rarely post comments but Heavens Best exceeded my expectation. I had to get my carpets clean after my dog decided to start urinating in small spots. It appears my dog was smelling my sisters dog when they visited. Heavens Best was able to take up many of the spots and lighten the others. However, what most impressed me was my grout restoration. One of the workers commented on my grout and told me they can make it like new. I was planning on replacing the whole downstairs tile but Heavens Best took up all that grime and dirt and resealed my grout. It looks just like when it was first installed it 15 years ago. I liked it so much that I had them clean and reseal the grout in my bathrooms upstairs too. Their price was fair and their workers was super friendly.

Ive used Heavens Best a few times in the past and have always been over impressed by their skills, attention to detail, and customer service. This time around was a different story. For starters they didnt move any furniture like they did before so they just started cleaning around everything. Then they rolled up one of my two rugs and put it aside (and never cleaned it). Then they cleaned the rug with a light dining table on it and didnt clean under it. Now is when I say something. They didnt seem happy that I helped them move furniture. It did so anyways but never helped put it back. All my living room furniture is now in my kitchen. Im waiting for the carpets to dry to see how they really turn out. Seems more like the two guys that came were more concerned with getting their day done fast instead of right. If this was the first time Ive used Heavens Best, this would be a 1 star rating.Edit: the manager contacted me later the same day and I told him of my experience. He sent another team out at my convenience and took care of what was missed. 5 stars, thanks Heavens Best!

This company did an outstanding job! I know I was fortunate to have been able to get service the same day I called! Darnell and his assistant were prompt, efficient, and all 12 of my rugs look fabulous and smell great! Plan on recommending them to anyone looking for anything on the long list of services they provide and using them myself on other floor cleaning jobs in our home!! The two guys that came were extremely friendly and professional. They really tried to do a great job. But, the cleaning method used just doesnt compare to an actual carpet shampoo cleaning. We have a brand new house that had construction dirt in the carpets. Their technique didnt remove much of it. I had to go back over everything with my personal carpet shampooer, and that did a better job. Well use traditional methods from now on. I really wanted to like this job based on the two guys, but the results werent there.

Updating my review to add a second positive one for these gentlemen. Josh and Christian were our techs today. Josh called me about 40 minutes before my appointment to let me know that they were on their way and that theyd be here right at 9am. Im a huge fan of courtesy calls, it gives people a heads up and time to get things ready. A+ for that! They arrived a few minutes early, and introduced themselves. Christian recognized me since he has been to my house to clean the carpets once before, and it was nice to see a familiar face. They went over the services they would be providing along with a list of costs. The costs were exactly what I was quoted on the phone, nothing additional that I didnt want, which is awesome. They got right to work throughout the whole house, and I must say...it looks amazing once again. They did an awesome job, and Im sure the new owner of this house will be as satisfied as I am with the carpets. AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!!this place is TERRIBLE!this is the company RC willy cotracts with to clean your furniture or rug.Well they had our rug for 12 days and it came back smelling like cherry porta potty and poop!! We called a 5 star reviewed company the next day and they confirmed our suspicions that they didnt even clean our rug at all. They stated maybe it was spot cleaned. Worst carpet cleaning company hands down

The staff at Heavens Best was very helpful when I recently needed a couple of area rugs cleaned. They came by to pick them up, asked specifically about special issues (yes, I have pets) and when the work was complete scheduled the return trip to drop them off. The rugs were cleaned beautifully and wrapped for protection. While I hope not to need their services again too soon, I will certainly be calling them next time.

I have carpeting on my stairs in my master bedroom and had other companies come out and clean them. Unfortunately, it looked worse when they left. With the Heavens Best team, it took a lot of extra time and when they were done, the carpeting dried within an hour as they described. I have used Heavens Best Carpet Cleaning for years. They clean my carpets about 2 times per year. This time, I had them do my carpets and shine my marble floors. The owner personally called me after the job was done and right after 5pm when he knew I would be home. He wanted to make sure I was 100% satisfied with the job. I loved his follow up skills. HIs crew was friendly and efficient and trustworthy. They even pet my dog several times during the day and were all really sweet to my children. Those little things mean a lot to me. A company can be great at cleaning floors but if their customer service is not there, I wouldnt use them again. Heavens Best was great at both. They were A+ with their cleaning skills and A++ on their service and professionalism. Their price was very fair and they even gave me a discount for my years of loyalty. Ive used this carpet cleaning company for 2 years + and most of the time they do a great job. Not very happy with the results this last time... I had to use my Hoover steam cleaner after they left and got much better results cleaning my carpet than they did. Recently purchased a home and was referred to Darnell by a co-worker. Bills crew came to my house to clean my tile floors. We have approximately 2,000 sq. ft. of tile. The floor looked dull and we, actually were considering replacing the floor. Well I should have done my homework this company does not steam clean or suction out the dirt in the carpet they just spray the carpets and run over them with a scrubber after the guy left we pulled out our in home steam cleaner to get the carpets cleaned. Roger and Brian were my technicians for this appointment and they arrived on time, explained what they were going to do and then they did it! My 13 year old beige carpet looks so much lighter and the edges of the carpeted stairs and carpeted rooms had lots of dirt built up in them, but they even got that.Best of all, the carpet was completely dry in less than two hours.

Roger and Bryan called before they got here and came right on time. They did a marvelous job of cleaning my main carpet areas and the stairs! In fact all the carpeted areas look brand new after they got done. They were very professional and paid extra attention to the high traffic areas and did a excellent job overall! We have used Heavens Best for many years for our carpet-it always looks great after they are done. We hired them this time to clean almost 2,000 Sq Ft of tile. Darnell was awesome in explaining the process prior and providing an estimate. Our tile and grout look brand new and very clean (even the dirt in the little pits in the tile are clean). They were on time (called to confirm 30 minutes prior). Darnell, Roger, Martell and Juan worked hard and efficiently and were extremely friendly and professional. They are the best!

Josh and Brian showed up exactly on time and were very professional and friendly. Josh walked me through the entire cleaning process and never tried to sell me anything extra. They started out by vacuuming all the carpets and then sprayed a solution on it. Josh then used a buffer and got all the dirt out. They dont use a lot of water and keep your pad dry which allows drying to only take an hour. They did a great job and I will use them again.

What a wonderful experience with this company . I called them yesterday for a quote, they quoted me over the phone based on my answers to their questions. They schedule the services for today at 10am. At 930am I received a call that they were on their way, they arrived on time and got started right away. 3 large bedrooms, living room, upstairs hall and staircase were done in 1 hour and 15 minutes and under my original budget for the job. We will be using them twice a year or as needed.

A few weeks go I scheduled an appointment with Heavens Best Carpet to clean the carpet in my house. I received a phone call about 30 minutes prior to my appointment letting me know they were on their way and actually a little head of schedule. The 2 gentleman (Tim and Jerry) showed up, greeted us in a professional manner and completed a walk through of our house to see exactly what needed to be done. They got right to work being very careful with our belongings and moving things so that they could clean as much of the carpet as they could. Never stopping or taking a break, they completed the work that was needed on schedule and then asked us to walk through and make sure all was done and they way we wanted it. The guys were very professional in explaining all details. Our carpets were dry in just less then an hour and look as clean as they did when we first bought our house many years ago. Thank you Heavens Best Carpet for making this as easy for me as possible. I will differently call these guys again the next time my carpets require cleaning.

I was in much need of carpet cleaning, but refused to use Pride Carpet and Tile again (reminds me, I need to review them too). Anyhow, I searched on Yelp and read so many great comments about Heavens Best. I called them up for a quote with pet odor removal for our loft area, and they explained the whole process and how it works. I also informed them that we have real hardwood floors/stairs, so I was concerned about their equipment scratching the floors. Well, come to find out, all of their equipment is portable, so they dont have hoses dragging everywhere! At this point, I was ready to set up an appointment to see what they could offer. They were able to come out the next day, and when Mike was on his way, he gave me a call in advance and showed up a few minutes later with his partner. They introduced themselves, and then we went upstairs to the loft where I showed them where our cat was marking her territory. They told me how they would proceed to clean the carpet, and even threw in the pet enzyme protectant into my original quoted cost ($90). Then, Mike asked if there was anywhere else that needed attention...I was hesitant at first because I thought they were just trying to get more money out of me, but I told him there was one area in my bedroom as well that my cat had been marking. He told me he would take care of it! Next, the guys carefully carried all of their equipment up to the loft and got to work. Within 20 minutes they came downstairs and said they were done, and to have a look. I went upstairs to the loft, and it was odor free and perfect! Then, I looked in the bedroom, and to my surprise, they did the whole bedroom: mind you, my bedroom is about 500sq/ft...not small! Great customer service, no smell, free pet enzyme, added an extra room, dry time of 1 hour, soft carpet once dried....all of this for $90!!! They even had their invoice typed out before they arrived, so the quoted price was listed (I had to add in a tip too with this exceptional service). I will never use another carpet cleaning service again....Im in HEAVEN! Thank you Heavens Best :)
