I am writing this review because in the past week I witnessed a Company. Raysco who displayed keen dedication. I wanted to acknowledge this rare value, in these trying times. Briefly, our Realtor commissioned Raysco to clean and repair the Travertine tile floor before it was to be put on the Market. A situation occurred where Raysco might have had to delay the project. Instead, realizing the problems a delay would cause, the owner, Rick made a special effort to finish the Job!When we saw the pictures of the House, we were able to see the beautiful floor in every picture. I decided to call Raysco and spoke to Alyssa to show our appreciation. She was very pleasant and was very thankful for my positive feedback. Expensive, but you get what you pay for. They have an amazing spot and stain remover that seems to take out even the nastiest of stains. If you schedule multiple services, you can usually get a discount. I highly recommend color sealing your grouted.

My grandparents built their house in 2001 and NEVER had the air ducts or dryer vent cleaned all these years! I had to call RAYSCO to save the day cause the amount of dust that accumulated after cleaning drove me insane!Dave handled the dryer vent, and it took him about an hour. He had some trouble getting through all the built up lint, but totally got through it from the inside and outside. The red flashing light on the dryer has stopped! Thank you!Wally took on the air ducts and actually walked us through his whole process. The kids were home doing distance learning, and he actually spoke to him about what his HEPA machine did, and let them follow him wherever he went. This company is Very Reasonable with Price, Knowledgeable about Floors and gives advice on how to keep them clean. I had all my Grout Sealed in my house. They also waited for an hour or so as I had another appointment and no one would be able to walk on the floor afterwards. I mean they were so nice and patient with me. I strongly believe this company does good job when you call them individually but the problem is when you go through the real state agency they are charging double or even more. its proven by the attached document what I post here, when I called the Raysco they said it could be there is no street access or they have to use portable machine, that was the excuse for portable machine they charged 80$ extras, just for 2 bedroom apartment and they also shows hallway cleaning, I wanna know where is the hallway in my 2 bed apartment??I know all tricks this company does to customer when they give them bad reviews ( we dont have your records in our system) dont worry thats why I post all the estimates and invoices to make sure thisPeople do not scam customers just make real money offering great service not stealing from customers

When I had Raysco clean carpets in my rental properties it was a last resort to replacing carpets. After cleaning my entire house 6 days ago, I spilled black coffee on the cream colored carpet. Pedro tried several types of sprays to remove the stain, it improved but was still there. I gave him a gratuity and a check for Raysco. He promptly returned my check to me insisting that he felt bad the stain did not come out and the gratuity was more than enough. I was surprised and pleased with his honesty and thoughtfulness.

Thieves! My fiances realtor referred this place, we regret calling this place. Our carpet needed to be cleaned, which we scheduled. We got a fair price for what needed to be done, keep in mind we have no pets or children, we dont wear shoes in our home and we clean them every 8-12 months. The so called tech told us our carpet needed a restoration cleaning and price will almost double... Im sure hes on commission. No thank you!!! We called our realtor and she said shes been getting the same complaints from other clients recently. We called someone else and got another fair price and great service without the bs.In response to ownerMy fiance scheduled the service and does not wish to talk to any associates of this company. The tech that showed up was bald and smelled of alcohol.

It is so nice to find a company in this big city that still approaches their customers with care and integrity. I thought I could clean my own tile floors and grout while moving into my home, boy was I wrong. I decided to call a professional before I had any more furniture moved in. They were able to schedule me quickly and the technician that came out was very kind to help my daughter and I tetris the furniture around so the whole floor could be cleaned. I had Raysco come out to Henderson and clean the carpets in 3 of my bedrooms and the stairway. They did an excellent job and got all the stains removed. They even repaired the carpet in a few rooms where it needed to be stretched.I will be using them again soon to clean my air ducts. Very professional.

This will be a luke-warm review, as we are happy with the areas Raysco actually managed to clean, but disappointed with the overall experience. We wont be using this company again, even though we were referred to them through our Realtor at Americana Prudential.The Bad: The Raysco techs arrived an HOUR AND A HALF LATE because the sales rep who took my order did not correctly take down my street address or zip code. They called to let me know theyd be a half-hour late and when they called a half-hour later, the tech was surprised to learn he was on the other side of Henderson from where we live. He tried to make it sound like it was my fault, but Robert took down my address wrong. The techs ended up being an hour and a half late, which really messed up my schedule later in the day. Not the best first impression, but an understandable misunderstanding.I explained to them that I work from home in an office area quite near where they would be working, but they seemed unconcerned about my work as they proceeded to have hours long conversations over their already loud equipment.I also have two cats. They did not give me the opportunity to herd my cats into the office before they propped open the front door and started working. I had to go upstairs to rescue a very scared kitty mid-way through the job and they didnt bother to stop when I came down the stairs with an obviously distressed animal that was trying to claw my arms off to get away from their machine.But those sorts of things happen. Heres what happened that SHOULD NOT have ever happened. The techs had no idea how much my job was supposed to cost and I refused to sign anything more than the price I was quoted. Once we got through that, they started the job and all of the above mentioned occurred. When they were finished, I went through the areas to inspect. One whole closet in the hallway was still incredibly dirty and it was obvious they did not clean it. I used a Lysol wipe and swiped one square to tile to show the main tech that they missed the closet. He looked at me point blank in the face and said Oh, no, we definitely cleaned that closet. Because of this, I gave him the benefit of the doubt and assumed that perhaps their machine got turned off on that square and deposited a bit. My mistake. Everything else looked great, so they left.After they left, I walked through the house in my bare feet. The clean tile felt so good! Later that night, I had to go into the aforementioned closet and I suddenly felt the difference on my feet. I was definitely NOT clean. I got down on my hands and knees to make a video of how filthy it was. Not only did they not do the complete job they were paid to do, they lied to me about it. I wasnt very happy.Then, I began to find areas that werent clean around corners and door facings. And then I found where they splashed the dirty tile water all over my real wood furniture in the living room and didnt bother to wipe it off. Then I found damage to the outside of our house where they had their machines plugged in to an outside outlet. But, the job was done and I certainly didnt want them to come back, so I held my peace … until we received a survey in the mail from Raysco. I wrote Robert an email detailing all of this. He wrote me back to apologize, told me theyd do whatever necessary to make us happy and to please send photos. After he got the photos, I got a short, curt email telling me that there was no way possible his techs caused the outside damage. That was it. No more offers to make anything right, discounts for future service. Nothing. He basically called me a liar and I havent heard from them sense.The Good: Raysco gave us a phenomenal discount for going through our Realtor and having the grout in our tile sealed the same day, as well as having two pieces of living room furniture cleaned. The tile areas the team cleaned look great and we were happy with the results. Our sofa and chaise lounge look new again. Over all, I believe we got a great deal at a price I was comfortable paying.

We ordered carpet cleaning services with Raysco yesterday and were very happy with the services we received! These guys are amazing. We had Garett and Norman as our carpet experts. We wanted our livingroom hallway and our daughters room cleaned. When we called they gave us a flat rate not a price range or hidden fees like other places we called for quotes. They kept to the price they told us and it was very reasonable for all the work. All the areas we wanted cleaned had really bad stains from years of abuse by our dogs, friends, kids and puppies as well. So they came in explained everything and then got right to it. I couldnt believe how great the carpets looked and smelled after they finished. Almost every one of the stains was gone and we are so happy with their work and this company. Very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. These guys were great I will definitely use them in the future. The carpet dried really fast too. Raysco came to my rental home of 8 years and did a fantastic job of cleaning the old carpet on a move-out clean. It looked & smelled incredible.When I moved my bed, I was horrified to see my 7-year old had snuck a bottle of caramel under the bed to eat, left it, and it had drained onto the carpet. It sat there for months, unknown to me. I thought the carpet was ruined. They got out the dried caramel & there was no stain, residue or hint of a problem!They gentlemen who came out were very polite, considerate and even showed up early. I could not be happier with my Raysco Carpet Cleaning experience.

They voided my landlords one year old carpet by using a rotary scrubber. I didnt know at the time of cleaning but I would expect a professional to know what theyre doing. My friend/landlord will just shrug it off as hes too busy to deal with such ignorance but I felt I should let others know how risky this company is. Ive never had a company use such a machine, yet made sense for these guys because they charge for it. Other companies Ive used in the past years would rake in the detergent in higher traffic areas. Dont know why my friend called this company... terrible.
