Antonio and Jefferson worker with me when we ran into a parking issue outside of my apartment. They helped me figure out how we could make it work because I needed it done that day. My sofa looks so much better. They deep cleaned it and sanitized it as well. I felt like the price was reasonable at 99$ for a sofa. The product they use is also pet safe which was really important to me. Antonio was a super cool guy and it was fun to have him in my space. We listened to 80’s music while he cleaned my sofa and I cleaned my apartment. He talked about how much he really loves what he does which always makes for a better result when you’re trusting someone with a job. Jefferson was really nice and was super helpful as well. Would definitely recommend to a friend. Thanks guys!

I bought a Groupon for this business. When I called to schedule they did not answer and then quickly sent me a text to schedule. I was waiting to confirm some other appointments so I told them to go ahead and book the spot I was looking at if they needed to. Fast forward a month- I call again to reschedule. They don’t answer (again) but call me back a few hours later. I get scheduled for the following week at 2pm. The day comes around- I haven’t heard anything from them. 2 pm come - no one shows. 2:15 I call to follow up and leave a voicemail. 2:30 I call and get forwarded to voicemail. No response. I send a text to the number that originally texted me to schedule. No response. I ended up cancelling my Groupon. Egregiously unprofessional business.

Antonio came by yesterday to steam clean my off white couches and they look brand new! He used a black light to really see the stains and was able to get all of the pee stains from my roommate’s dog out of the upholstery for a really reasonable price. I only wish I had done this sooner!

I would give this a 4 because of scheduling issues and confirming an appointment only to have them not show up until I called to ask if they were coming....that being said they fixed it right away and Elias came and was amazing! He was efficient and made sure we had the bed experience with cleaning our 2 sectionals and 1 regular couch....after cleaning a sectional that we have had for 10 years l...it looks brand new! I am so impressed! I will be back to use them for carpet and tile cleaning!

I want to share my review of my service with Green Carpet Solutions:The pricing was very fair and they technician offered a bundle price for me as a first-time customer which I appreciated very much.I have an off-white sectional that I clean seasonally to maintain its condition and since we moved cross country with it, it needed a good clean and deodorizing. Additionally, the 8x10 area rug that sits beneath it was also in need of service after spending a few months in storage.The technician did a superb job with both items and I was very happy with the service. Tony was also very friendly and professional. He delivered the service in about an hour and a half and cleaned the surrounding area thereafter.Since I clean my upholstery regularly, I will definitely reach out for their services again and you should too.

I called Green Clean Carpet and got a price so I decided to make an appointment.Once they showed up the price kept going up.I spent 70 dollars for not even 1 full room no furniture was even moved because I love my son!All I wanted was a place for my eleventh month old son to be able to crawl and know the carpet was clean.Instead I now need to barracaide the carpet until I get it done right! What I ended up with is the same thing I could of done with my steam cleaner but worse! My floor is so sticky I dont even want to stand on it let alone have my son crawling on it!So Im going to call someone else! So dont make the mistake I made!Im only giving 1 star because I have too! I would give them a negative 5 if I could! For Seventy Dollars and not even a full room you couldnt of even done any better.One minute the price is this then its this.For what!
