First time having carpets clean and this experience was great. Everything was simple and quick from setting up an appointment to completing the job. The person doing the work was prompt and professional. Arrived as mentioned and did a great job working around what I had at home. Results were clean carpet, smelling fresh without those harsh chemical smells and my dog was happy too knowing he could come in after work was done. We postponed for weeks due to a new puppy joining us. By the time our appointment came I could hardly wait. Excellent work. Took much less time than I had though. Had our air ducts cleaned. Before I knew it, the carpets were cleaned. It looked like we had just moved in. For the cost, it is truly worth it. Highly recommend.

Just moved in to a condo to rent, and like anyone, I was unsure who lived here prior. Called them first thing in the morning (8:10) and they had an availability within a two hour window. Five minutes later, Carlos calls and says he would be over in 20 min. Boom! Already impressed it wasntgoing to take two hours. As soon as he came over, pulled out a black light and found out where all cover-up stains were located. Gave his recommendations, placed a few wall protectors on corners, where the hose might drag against the walls, and got to work (8:50 am). Three rooms and a hallway, done by 9:20 am; packed up and driving away by 9:30 am. Carpets are drying now, takes a few hours to dry. Seriously, you can actually see/ smell a difference. Very impressed and will use them again. I wish I could add a picture to show the quality. Well done Carlos, awesome job.

Isaiah was our technician, and he did a very good job. He was experienced in his work and professional to interact with. He walked us through the job before he started and asked if we had any areas we’d like him to focus on. He took care of all those items and did a nice job on everything else. He cleaned the carpet and also did the tile in our master bathroom.

Isaiah called 1 1/2 hours early and said he had a cancellation if I wanted him to come early. I was ready and excited to get my carpets done!! I wanted an estimate on 2 filthy area rugs and our downstairs tile and grout. The price was much less than I expected!! Had him do the area rugs while he was here and after him showing me how the tile/grout will look, I booked him to come back in 2 weeks for that. My carpets look AMAZING!!! The area rugs, that I thought were a lost cause look beautiful again!! Isaiah was so incredibly nice and professional and got the carpets done in half the time I expected. I had a loft, 2 bedrooms, Master bedroom, walk in closet and stairs done, as well as the area rugs, and he was done within 2 hours. I am so glad I finally called Zerorez to clean my carpets and look forward to having like new tile/grout again in two weeks.

Knowing the carpet was still damp I waited a day later to post my review. Just to be sure the carpet appeared just as clean as it did when it was damp once it dried and it did. My puppy finally got potty trained so it was time for a deep carpet cleaning. I called and scheduled two weeks out for an arrival of 1pm to 4pm. Surprisingly, I received an email that I was scheduled a week ahead instead. Definitely not a problem for me. I got a call a little after 12pm that they were on their way! Alex came and did a check of the areas we were getting cleaned. He recommended a level 1 bio treatment since there were a few concerning spots in our home. He offered to clean 100 ft of tile for free so we did our entry way. He got all the puppy stains out except a dime sized spot in one of our bedrooms. Amazing! Our house smells rich of citrus. He was only here about an hour thirty for 3 rooms, a hallway, and our entry way tile.

Victor and Jake were super professional, nice, and fun. They did an amazing job cleaning our carpet and area rugs. They even cleaned some of the areas twice since we have dogs in the house. As a bonus, they cleaned the tiles in the kitchen. So so happy with the service. Victor and jake you guys rock!!

Edited: zero rez called the next day to set up a new appt. They sent someone else and he cleaned it again. This time all stains are gone and the carpet is holding up much longer...Thank you for the excellent service..I paid for extra add ons hoping they would get out the stains.The stains are still there and it definitely was not worth the $200 extra dollars I spent.Nice people but the quality for the money was not there. I would just pay for the basic cleaning if I knew they wouldnt get the stains out.

I will never use anyone other than Zerorez! I was matched with the best technicians, Steve & Casey. Not only did they knock out the cleaning in less than an hour and a half, we also got to have our own mini European metal concert while they were here. I’ve had so many techs who basically ignore my existence, and these guys were awesome, talked and joked with me like I was a real person, and liked my music so I was actually able to keep it on while they were here rather than sitting in awkward silence. AND thanks to Steve I’ve got a brand new band in my metal repertoire haha I’ve honestly never felt more comfortable having “strangers” in my home than I did with Steve & Casey, I didn’t want them to leave! They had me laughing the whole time they were here, great start to my day! They also got out this fairly big stain in the middle of the living room that’s been impossible for me to lift, but now it’s totally gone. The room i had cleaned was saturated in some kind of animal urine. Immediately after the cleaning was completed i could tell a huge difference down the hall. There was no urine smell left to the carpets and the technician was amazing! I highly recommend for all your cleaning needs!

Working with the Zerorez team for our vent and floor cleaning was amazing. Their friendly staff and among all RESULTS on our floors is what drove this review. I have had many friends clean their tiles and claim a huge different but really didnt see much results, but the process they use definitely made a difference in our grout. I contacted Zerorez based on their exceptional Google rating. The agent who answered the phone went through a detailed review of all the requirements- a mobile unit, high-rise, service entry access, date and cost including a $100 mobile unit fee. I was confirmed for service on 8/9/21. After removing all the furniture from the area - I received a call from the tech Shane. Shane knew nothing of the required entry process to access the high-rise, the mobile unit etc. zero! Moments later I received a call from Rob who stated that despite all the instructions given and documented, he had no such information and that he would cancel today’s appointment. He went on to advise (Unapologetically) that the NEW minimum for the cleaning would be $360. Nuts.Called a competitor, confirm the identical service for tomorrow 8/10 for a total fee of $149.

Brandon from Zerorez did an excellent job on my stair, hall and master bedroom carpet. I have an elderly dog and unfortunately is beginning to struggle which has left a few stains on the carpet. Brandon came in and within 45 minutes the carpets look brand new. He was polite, courteous and informative and did an amazing job. I would highly recommend this company. Prices were very reasonable.

Mike and Donte were professional and fast. Very friendly and a great conversation. They did 4 rooms 2 hallways in under 30 mins and the carpets looked amazing. The upsells weren’t as aggressive as everyone says and the carpets definitely looked way cleaner than they were before. A room, that would turn your feet black from walking in it, was cleaned so well it left your feet cleaner than they were before you entered it. Thanks guys! Highly recommend.

Casey was very professional and explained the process while we did the initial walk through. We went over certain areas and he gave recommendations of care to do at that appointment as well as options I could look into in the future. The whole cleaning was quick and after completion I walked through again to check but found no problem areas to retouch. Steve and Stacy where amazing. They came in very polite introduced themselves, gave me the game plan, then they went to work. They looked like they’ve worked together for years, come to find out that it was Stacys first day.Both of the guys are hard workers and i would call them back for another visit.

We hired zerorez to clean our tile and grout, we had roughly 1000 sq ft between the two floors. Upstairs the tile and grout look okay (as in they are the color they should be). Downstairs, whole other story. First off my wife pulled back the rugs and showed the technician the true color of the grout and he says no problem and proceeded to measure the areas to clean. He then tells her it would be over $1000 but there is a special for $499, okay the grout will be cleaned and close to its natural color. She agrees to the price and he starts upstairs. After he finished downstairs my wife noticed there was a white residue that was left over along the edges of the floor. He gets a rag and proceeds to wipe it off, my wife gets a scrub brush out and with it the residue starts to go away. The grout looks worse than it did before. It is not clean and looks horrible. You would think for $512 we would at least have clean floors, but no. Never use this company again, we had used them in the past for carpets but it is obvious they have no idea how to clean grout.

Very efficient service by the professional and friendly service person. He explained everything he was going to do. Results are spectacular especially for my old rugs. He also did the promotional 100 sq foot grout cleaning. It was an amazing job and the grout looks like new. I may have to do the rest of my tile to match it.

Casey was our service technician and did an outstanding job. We both discussed how the dark carpet ring might not lighten, but, at the end of the cleaning it came up very nicely. Truck mounted cleaning system was used. Courteous.

I love zerorez I won’t use anyone else, if you want your carpet to last & also not have detergent or take a long time to dry call zerorez they are all natural with the amazing smell of orange. When I lay on the carpet to play with my kids it’s soft it doesn’t itch! I used other companies before they made me & my kids break out ! I heard of Zerorez on the radio 3 years ago and been using them ever sense best customer service awesome techs very happy to continue to use them and I recommend them to anyone!!

I would give them 5 stars but we had some misscommunication/understanding from the quotation.and I feel it is important for others to know. They do not move any furniture, only clean around anything on the floor. This is understandable but they did not make me aware of that from the beginning. If I knew I would have taken the beds apart.But just to emphisis, thier cleaning is top notch.

Initial review December 15, 2020: Initially they did an outstanding job of cleaning carpets in 4 bedrooms of the home we just purchased. It’s amazing how much better traffic areas looked right after cleaning.Update: April 23, 2020 4 months after carpets were cleaned. Brought out our hoover max extract carpet cleaner to try to fluff up the Knapp on 3 entry ways. I used only water and found the water after cleaning to be absolutely black. I called Zerorez and they said they would be happy to come out and clean our carpets for their regular fee because the warranty was only good for 30 days. The Manager asked why it too us 4 months to call them and I told them we had moved in on December 20 and we were unpacking, arranging furniture, handing pictures, painting, and general cleaning. BEWARE! I dont think this company cleans carpets any where near like they say they do.
