These guys did a great job and fit me in on extremely short notice after another company fell through on cleaning our rental house. The carpets were never cleaned when we rented the house so they didnt look great but after they came out the Carpet looks great and they took great care to cover the floor and corners where the hoses were. Will absolutely call upon them when its time to clean the carpets in our new house.

When I made the appointment Chris was very clear and upfront about the services and costs. He was very thorough, friendly, and professional. The day before he confirmed the appointment. On the day of my appointment Chris and Nick got to work right away. We have many high traffic areas and dogs and Chris made recommendations that made the carpet look great. I am renting and the house has a long hair shag carpet I hate, but Chris and Nick did a great job...and I love the lemony fresh smell; my husband will love that too!

My wife was looking for a good Groupon deal on carpet cleaning. All Pro Carpet Steamers honored our Groupon price and traveled to our house to steam the carpets. Chris was totally awesome and upfront about all the cost for doing all my rooms plus the stairs. He walked around with a ultraviolet light to show the tough spots on my carpet. He actually pointed out every little incident we have had on carpet. He was also able to tell me that it was caused by my pets or just spills we used chemicals to remove the stain. After he was finished with our carpet, It looked as good as it did when it was first put down in 2013 when our house was built. Listen to him, he knows what he’s doing he is so knowledgeable about stains and problems that occurred with children or pets and wear and tear. All Pro Carpet Steamers did a fantastic job cleaning my carpet! I recently moved back into my house in Las Vegas from Texas. I had rented my house to a young couple who were friends of mine. They had two small dogs who apparently werent house trained. My upstairs loft and master bedrooom carpet was trashed with pet urine stains and odor.
