I have been using A-1 Carpet Masters for a few years. They are always on time and offer the greatest customer service. I have used them for carpet cleaning, tile cleaning and have them scheduled for furniture cleaning this week. A previous review states that these guys call them consistently, but its a small family owned business and they do not call and bug customers for business. I believe that reviewer had the wrong company because these guys are 5 stars all the way!

I have been using A-1 Carpet Masters for about 3 years now. I will continue to use them because they are great. Very friendly honest prices and they do great work.

Called to make an appointment this morning. A man called me back and I asked what chemicals they used because I have animals in my home. The man rudely stated that it was too early in the morning to answer those type of questions and hung up on me. NEVER USE THIS COMPANY! They are rude and have no understanding of customer service. If I could give a zero I would!

I work for A-1 Carpet Masters. Family owned and operated and we have never had an automated calling system. Theres a company using our name or a similar name and people cant get ahold of them so they call us and think we are the ones calling them. We get calls daily about this and bad reviews which we are trying to prevent so I hope people read this before assuming and leaving us a bad review. Thanks!

If I could give these people a negative score I would. They call even after you request to get taken off of this list.
