Rented a car over the weekend (03.06-03.08/2021). They made sure I get a car even though I arrived couple minutes after working hours.I picked my car 6:20 pm while they should be closing qt 6:00pm.Joey and Darrell did a great job making sure that happens. Looking forward to rent from them next time Im in town.

If I could give them no stars I would. I was leasing the car from them about six months ago making my payments on time sold me a car that was in a car accident which was damaged a whole lot I asked Joey who was the salesman was the car in an accident he told me no I took it’s a Mercedes and that’s when they told me that it was. Long story short these people are scam artists this is the third car lot that they’ve had and change the name. I don’t recommend anybody coming to this place they will take your money and repo your car. Joey is rude and never answered the phone they scammed a whole lot of people. They don’t even have the lot on warm Springs anymore they upped and left. I would not recommend anybody ever leasing and or renting a vehicle from this company even though they are going to change their name end it will be a different name like the owner has been doing for years now. 0 stars and they are thieves. A lady paid her car off and thought she was going to go pick up her title and they repoed her car they take your money and then take your car they are scammers and should be in jail

The staff is great! The cars are not great. Dont expect newer model cars. These are all used cars. One of the cars had engine issues. All of the cars had expired plates. I have been waiting for almost 2 months to get my deposit refunded. Joey keeps sending emails to the owner and nothing. The price is cheap but you get what you are paying for.

Worst place ever I repeat worst place ever. Tried to buy a car no cars had plates all were expired no tabs. From different states. They gave me another car that had plates it smelt like smoke had wholes In the seat tail lights were out, the charger didnt work fuses were out. Told me to put insurance on a different car that I was supposed to get and never got that car and they rented it out when I was buying that car from them. They didnt tell me till I went to make payment They still didnt have plates. Took my money from me. I would high advise not to go there They dont give money back to you. Lie to you If you buy a car it doesnt show you are buying it on paper. I would give them zero stars if could. Called to speak with manager they wouldnt let Me speak to the manager. Worst place ever. Tbey do shady things make up there own prices lie about everything. Csrs were fifty beat up. I looked at 6 cars and all were damaged. Check engine lights on no gas in them smelt like smoke. Tires needed to be filled up with air. Not professionally at all. Just want your money and dont give you back whats owed to you

I just want to tell everybody do not ever do business with Udrive rental car they advertise on Facebook marketplace they are the biggest thieves and scammers they sold me a Cadillac Escalade without plates and they falsified documents like I rented it they took my $26000 and now they ignored my calls and am not the only victim. Dmv criminal officer is on them .

I rented a car from UDrive with a $250 deposit. They kept saying they were going to give me my deposit back and I still haven’t received it. It’s been a month now. Joey nice but owner doesn’t answer the phone when I call. I’m highly upset and now I’m going to court to get this handle. People need there money and they just take it.

They don’t take care of customer issues and they will gladly take your money to work on repairs that are covered under warranty without telling you. Sneaky little people. BUYER BEWARE

Wow! This place has such a friendly staff! They have personal fast service and no waiting in line!! The luxury cars are AMAZING, 2018 mustang, bmw 7 series and mercedes GLC, ALL BRAND NEW and full option, and they’re going for less than a third of the price, compared to other rental companies!! !! they are flexible and make sure to accommodate all our needs.

The staff here goes above and beyond to help you. The prices are much lower than the market. That said, they are sometimes short on staff and the cars are a couple years old which is no biggie.

This place would get more stars if it was physically possible! Firstly, let me start off by saying the employees at Udrive are extremely friendly and outgoing (customer service is a must for me and very important, it can make or break a experience), secondly it was super easy to rent a car (they have many cars to choose from, wide variety, and its affordable!) Communication was spot on and clear. I rented from George, George was fast at responding and got me squared a way. Pickup is a breeze, you go in, show your debit card and ID and they show you to your car. Dropoff is smooth, if its after hours you put the keys in a drop box and youre good to go. If you have any questions before or after the rental process youll always get an answer back! I will be renting again very soon. Down below is the car I rented, very clean and such a fun ride!

Took a chance with this New rental car company and didn’t know what to expect. Got a great car.. at a great rate. Had to extend a few time and I did it over the phone without hassles. Thanks to Joey and Drew for making my experience with U-Drive a good one. We will be back.

They refuse to give back my $200 deposit saying that I purposely left dog hair all over the car. I showed them pictures after I cleaned the car, and they refused to show me proof on their side saying they are not obligated to do that even though they said they had proof that there was a lot of pet hair. I told them to check the cameras to see that I was cleaning the car for 30 minutes around 12:30am with my portable vacuum and wipes. All I asked for is for them to show proof on their side. I emailed them the picture that I had. I was cleaning a car in the middle of the night with homeless people around because I didnt want to leave the car uncleaned. Their grounds for keeping my deposit is not valid. They should’ve just charged a cleaning fee if that was the case. I did not break anything nor did I purposely leave it a mess.

Our travel plans changed two days before we arrived in Las Vegas and we needed a vehicle that could accommodate six of us and our luggage. I called U-Drive and they met our needs very well. The Honda Pilot we drove was in great condition and comfortable; the rental price was way better than we found at any other company for a similar auto—especially on short notice; and the staff was extremely friendly, patient and accommodating.When we arrived we waited a little while at the rent-a-center for a driver to pick us up and take us to U-Drive and waited a while again in queue to be helped. But those were the only snafus. The return process was quick and simple. Next time we visit Vegas I will rent a car from them.

Pretty cool company. The guy at the front desk, Joey, was really chill and friendly. He talked with us while he got our information for the rental and even pulled the car up for is! The car came with some dog hair in the back but that was no big deal. The car drove really smooth and came on an almost full tank of gas. I just got back home and I’m just waiting on my deposit which will take 2-5 business days (it hasnt even been one yet lol). But thank you guys!

I had a great experience renting a vehicle through UDrive! Both pick-up and drop-off were quick with no hassles at all. I needed a larger vehicle for visiting family, and I was able to rent an Audi Q7 at a good price, which seated 5 adults (and their luggage) very comfortably. I was very surprised at the great gas mileage this fairly large SUV got too. I extended my original reservation by an extra day, and that only required one quick text message to arrange. They made the whole process simple, and I would recommend UDrive to anyone without hesitation.

Udrive is the only place that I have rented from where the process was quick and easy. Unlike other places where you need a bill, credit card and etc. They made renting a vehicle as easy as 123! All I needed was my debit card linked to my account and I had my own insurance, but you can also purchase insurance there. A lot of nice cars to choose from and the pricing was upfront with no hidden fees. Unlimited mileage was definitely a plus. I would absolutely recommend this place to visitors or even if your having vehicle problems and need a car around town, you can go to Udrive for less!!

Usually I experience stress and anxiety with other car rental companies and they have made it such a painless process that I stood there waiting for a ...but! Even when I needed to extend it, Maggie told me I could call them and do it over the phone and emailed me my receipt right away. Service was great. Originally given a Honda Civic that was a little rough. When I returned that day to trade up and explained it was my daughter’s bday, Maggie said would you like a convertible? Of course we accepted. It made my daughter’s day! Quick turn in and ride to the airport shuttle service.

UDrive really came through for us when all of the airport rental car places were trying to charge us TRIPLE the price! Pretty good experience. Took a long time to get a pickup from the airport car rental building, but made it there eventually. You can tell that they care, just wish everything went a little smoother. Vehicle was great, clean and reliable.Thanks! Would rent again, although I’d choose to just walk from the car rental building next time had I known it was so close. It’s only a 10 minute walk.

Loved the experience here!!!! Justin was very helpful and I was able to get into a good size vehicle for the weekend at a GREAT PRICE. There was no hassle of verifications, type of card (cause if it isnt a credit card then youre in for a long discussion that would have you being $250-$300 short on vacation money because it would be HELD until you return your rental), or proof of address (I just recently moved and I didnt receive my new license card but another rental place said that my utility bill was not enough =( ) Anyways, this was the best experience ever with a car rental place (I used to rent from ENTERPRISE until they decided that my kind of bank wasnt good enough- even though I used the same card to rent for 4 years) Go on over to UDRIVE you will never go elsewhere after. PLUS- you get the homey- LOCAL poly vibe all around, like family =)

Tried to charge me a late fee on a 2 day rental even though I brought it back at the appointed time. Never refunded my $250 deposit. Nobody ever answers the automated phone service. Definitely wouldn’t recommend.

Im really glad I stumbled upon this car rental service. All the places I looked before gave me a hard time because I was a local and needed utility bills and had to have a credit card and a credit check and it was just horrible trying to find something. And thanks to you drive they gave me a 20% off discount because I was a first time user. And that really came in handy as well. Nice customer service they answered all my questions very friendly people. I would definitely recommend it.

I have been in retail, customer service, food & beverage..I am EXTREMELY big on customer service and believe the way that Eli took an approach to serve me was beyond my expectations. I am 5 months pregnant, car has been in the shop over a month..no job so money is of value to me.I inquired what I thought was everywhere...ended up at the airport car rental. Big mistake. Went to Advantage because I booked through Expedia. Let me tell you I have no clue what I am doing.so when the older gentleman was very rude saying I cant rent with no credit card..I thought all was lost.Then I called you guys! Eli told me no prob and would come and even get us (windy & freezing cold!) He also explained what it was for the process and what I needed. Definitely came and saved my day. I ended up getting in a car within about 30 min! And they worked with me and my given situation..I was so speechless I even cried out of emotion of someone relieving the stress. Very bad service after turning in the vehicle. Also says one things and changes the other. Also never paid back the deposit and we are still waiting for it. They have no higher management to also contact for any complaints or issues with service. Would recommend going elsewhere to avoid dealing with these scams and fake service.

Eli from U-drive was so helpful. I broke down in a parking lot and spent over 3hours calling Car rental places until I found U-drive. This was the first company that would agree to meet me at the Automotive repair Shop that I was waiting on a Tow truck to take me (& the kids) to. He was also the only one willing to pick me up and as a single mother unable to drive more than one vehicle at a time that was a Godsend. My kids (& I) loved the vehicle he brought to us so much that we might just have to call back when it is time to buy. Thank you Eli!!

Very happy renting from UDrive! The staff were very accommodating (they kept the office open for us after hours when we were late picking up our rental), the Toyota Tacoma was exactly what we needed, and the rental rates were competitive. Its a 10 minute walk from a rental centre or a $10 uber ride from the terminal. We were charged a $15 cleaning charge for the vehicle but were warned of this ahead of time.

The service was quick, fast, and efficient. The convenience of them taking debit cards with no credit check, no proof of ANYTHING was AWESOME. Maggie was so awesome ! 5 star customer service.

Late model, low mileage vehicles at a dependable rate. Whats even better, they will actually work with you and not against you. The most important factor for me was my recent rental. As a repeat customer, they took good care of me when the vehicle i initially wanted was no longer available. They made accomodations and even upgraded me a vehicle class. Those guys are definitely the best. Big thumbs up to the team at U-drive!

I didn’t even know this was a car rental service until after I booked it through Turo. I drove a black 2017 Mustang and it was perfect for my Vegas trip. I will definitely rent from this place again. George was very flexible when I needed an extra 30 mins so instead of returning it to the airport parking garage, I was able to drop it off at the convenient location near the airport. After getting the run around from Dollar, and Enterprise at McCarran rental car center, we felt defeated we wouldnt be able to get a car til the next day. I saw their sign, pulled in, 15 min later we had a Jetta to take on our trip. Fast, friendly, reasonable pricing. We will use them again. No more giant rental car companies for us, ever again. It should not be an hour long ordeal to rent a car. The big guys seem to forget, IM PAYING THEM. Thanks UDrive!

The Corolla is clean, in great condition, and drove very well on the road. Pick-up for vehicle is easy and is a 10-minute Uber ride away from the airport. Would definitely rent again when I visit Vegas next time.

Horrible Place to Rent a car from. 1st Car i rented smelled on cigarettes i could not even breath however they offered me a 2nd one so i came back and i took the 2nd one and again i started driving the a/c turned on and same problem it smelled really bad on cigarettes so i did not feel like going back 3rd time and waste a whole day of my vacations so i did not say anything. Anyways the 2nd car the tang was not 100% full it was 3/4 full so this is what i put gas for when i returned it and i explained to George but he did not seem to care. I even left the Gas receipt in the car so they can see that i did put gas. Well again they did not care they just wanted to make extra $$$. I am attaching a proof of my gas fill up that i did it right next to the rental place.DONT WASTE YOUR TIME GO TO SIXT RENTAL DOWN THE STREET THEY WILL TREAT YOU 100% BETTER. THEY WONT TRAY TO SCAM YOU LIKE THIS PLACE GEORGE IS A CROOK HE JUST FOUND ANOTHER WAY TO MAKE $20 EXTRA THAT HE CHARGED ME FOR THE GAS HE SAID I DID NOT PUT BUT LOOK AT MY PIC I AM POSTING YOU CAN CLEARLY SEE THAT I DID PUT GAS 5 MINS BEFORE I RETURNED THE CAR. THEY ARE SCAM ARTISTS THEY TRY TO MAKE EXTRA MONEY FROM WHATEVER THEY CAN AND ALL THEIR CARS SMELL ON CIGARETTES REALLY BAD!HERE YOU GO GEORGE LOOK THAT I DID PUT GAS IN YOUR CAR YOU SCAM ARTIST!!!STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE GO TO SIXT RENTAL CAR NEXT DOOR THEY HAVE MERCEDES FOR $15 EXTRA A DAY COMPARE TO A CAMRY!!!
