We love this place! Weve been going here for over 10 years and typically deal with Josh Sutton. Hes hands down the best service guy there and we love him like family. We also wanted to show some recognition to Thomas and sales as we went to pick up our Mercedes after hours and Josh left it upfront with the sales team. Initially they couldnt find our paperwork but Thomas went above and beyond to help us get squared away and get us our vehicle. Its employees like these gentlemen that make Fletcher Jones the best car dealer in the valley. They both deserve a raise!
I’ve always had great experiences here each time I bring my car in to get serviced. Dennis and John are great in the service department and always give me the best customer service as well as the young lady who works in the loaner vehicle department. However, today when I went to pick up my car I was greeted with an older man in the loaner department who harassed me about spots on the vehicle I was returning he wouldn’t leave me alone and brought like 6 people over. It made me feel super uncomfortable … it’s not my fault it was raining when I had the car. I always get loaners from them when my car is being serviced and have never been harassed like that. I don’t think I will be coming back to this location after spending thousands of dollars to be harassed…
Indeed, I was truly impressed with the amazing service I received. I came to get my wife’s CLA250 serviced and I ended leaving with a new GLB250. Kevin and Tommy made the process so easy that I couldn’t even believe. Also the young woman who delivered the vehicle has such a nice attitude. I can’t wait to se my wife’s face when she sees her new MBOur son and our pug and pomeranian are gonna love it too
My salesman, Michael, was amazing! He was super kind and went out of his way to work with what I could offer. Ivan handled all of the finance paperwork and he was great! He actually got me a better interest rate than what was originally presented, which put the price only $40 more a month but at a 60 month loan versus 72 month loan! This alone saved me $4K! Both men were great to work with! They listened to my concerns, answered my questions, and made sure I was absolutely happy with my purchase before I left the dealership. I will gladly go back to this dealership for my next car because they truly understand customer service!
I dont EVER leave reviews, unless its worth it... Watch out for this dealership, or rather, their services, their charges, and their service director, Julian Kim. I have taken all of my Audis to them for many years, and theyve always been GREAT! Ryan, Henry, and everyone in service has always been wonderful, and the services they did were always top notch...Until...About 7 months ago Audi Fletcher Jones charged me for a service, that was not completed. I even have documentation from them even stating that what they did was NOT completed!!! They asked me to do what they needed me to do, then bring my car back to them and they would finish the job, without charging me again. I have since moved out of California, so now I will not be bringing my car back to them to complete the job. However, Audi Las Vegas, is going to charge me FULL PRICE, again, to complete the job that Fletcher Jones couldnt! So I have asked Audi Fletcher Jones to refund me, and they said no. Julian Kim, who is their service director, is a complete disgrace to not only Fletcher Jones, but the Audi name and company overall! He was extremely rude, constantly talking over me, and was even so rude that he hung up on me.I spoke to my lawyer, and he said because the dollar amount is only $2,381.90, to file with the small claims court; So I guess thats what Ill be doing...Hey Julian, hope its worth it! Lol!
Steve in the service department is a life saver! I was driving across the country from Washington to Texas on a time crunch and Of course my service light would go on.Luckily, we were close enough to get the car to Vegas. Which isn’t the worst place to have your car act up.Steve’s was easy to talk to, communicative and honest about what needed to be done. He understood that that I was on a time crunch and rush ordered a part that normally wouldn’t arrive over a weekend. I brought the car in on Friday and was able to go get back in the road the next day.Special mentions to the mechanic and shuttle/car drivers for being so timely! You guys are a great team!

Ive had three experiences with three different Las Vegas car dealerships in the 15 years Ive been here. I NEVER expected the level of professionalism, fairness, and empathy I received from Mike Mondesi and Fletcher Jones. Buying from Hyundai was the worst. Once they had my money, they could care less about me, and whether they saw me again (which they didnt). My second experience was with Honda West. Sales people were okay; however, the service department is the rudest group of people I have ever had to deal with in my fifty years of driving. You could say that I came to Fletcher Jones with a tainted expectation of what was going to happen. From the start, my buying experience was relaxed, honest, and without ANY pressure. Mike Modesi proves that Fletcher Jones is a cut above the rest. I REALLY enjoyed buying a vehicle for the first time in my life. I left happy. Thats never happened! Thanks Mike and Fletcher Jones.

ASK FOR HAIM BEJA ! ! !3 years ago I went to MB of Henderson to lease my very first Mercedes and as a 26 years old I was very excited, unfortunately they ruined the whole experience for me (I posted a review there).Yesterday (01/13/2021) I got my new GLA from Fletcher Jones Imports and I finally got the proper feeling of getting a nice car.My sales representative was Haim Beja-professional and sharp, without any bs. He give me a deal that when I try to match with 3 other stores in LA and the store in Henderson everybodys response was exactly the same: If they really giving you a deal like this, you should take it from them.This is my 3rd vehicle Im purchasing/leasing in the US and the previous 2 time after we shake hands I spend approximately 4-6 hours filling up paperwork while other people trying to upsale me with useless services.Yesterday the whole process of test driving, choosing the right car and signing the paperwork took no more than an hour and a half!Overall-great experience, professional staff and sharp sales person!

I never ever use this dealership. Once they sold car and got money they don’t care about customer no more. My car broke 2 weeks after I purchased and I called them to figure out how to work with my warranty that I also purchased from them. But everyone of them gave me different information and I could not find what to do until I actually walk in there to get more detail info from managers.Also when I picked up my car, they told me to give me one more key as soon as they receive the key from previous owner. I called them about it and ask them more than few times, nobody get back to me. So I only got one key.And worst thing is they did not even send my title to DMV so I could not do my registration until they do their job and I end up to pay late registration fee which I did not have to pay if they do their job more sooner.I am not happy any of their customer service.If I knew this before I bought my car, I would never ever buy the car from them.
We were driving from Phoenix to Minneapolis through Las Vegas at around 4:00 p.m. when the oil change light came on. I looked up oil change Las Vegas and the first thing that came up was Fletcher Jones imports. I called them to see how backed up they were since we were on a really tight schedule and would be leaving at 4:00 a.m. they told me to come in and ask for John and he should be able to get me in before they closed at 6:00. I was told to ask for john. I arrived about 15 minutes later and John Clough got me checked in and told me to go ahead and wait in the customer waiting area he took care of the rest. Talk about five star service! Highly recommend! No hesitation! Oh and as a bonus this dealership charges less for an oil change then any of the other oil change places. It is not often where you get the best service done correctly for the lowest price but lets just say that this is one of those times. Thank you John and the crew at Fletcher Jones Mercedes imports. I will definitely not hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for service.

Brought my car in because was hearing a noise at highway speeds. Turns out it was the passenger sun visor when the service rep called and talked to me. Declined the 500 and something dollars to replace and went to the dealership and paid the service fee to check it out of 183.0. Waited waited WAITED for the dealer to bring my car around. Finally the rep came over and said the car wouldn’t start. I am like what? Service rep says she is getting tech to check it out. Over heard a Fletcher guy on phone discing my car saying it’s the battery. That’s why you can’t get it in gear. Car finally shows up and guy tells me I can take it but battery is low that is why it wouldn’t start and I need to drive it around. Started off down Sahara and I see a check engine light on. Turn around bring car back to dealer. Wait for rep again!!! Tell her brought it back because check engine light is on. She said you took the car and I was going to get my tech to look at it. I said the guy at valet told me it was ready and to drive it around. REALLY THIS IS WHAT YOU ARE TELLING ME???? So now I am WAITING an hour for them to charge the battery. I think someone left a passenger side sun visor light on all night or something to drain the battery. Not impressed with the way Fletcher tried to sneakily send me home with a check engine light on in my car and a low charged battery.4/24/2021 Took my SL to St. George in Utah for my oil change because of the poor service experience in Vegas. Loved St. George Mercedes service and the ride up through the Virgin River Gorge was amazing in a sports car. Worth the trip to St George.

The Sprinter service shop is the worst Ive been to.The parking lot is a tiny, strip mall type parking making it difficult to maneuver a Sprinter. The service advisor is gruff and almost hostile.I brought my van in for an alignment and, after having it from 7:30am to 5:00pm, I find out that their machine is not working. More than a week later I still didnt hear from them after he promised to call. I call to find out that they cant fit me in for over a week.When I picked it up, there was equipment in my van and grease all over the floor. Unacceptable.Two stars for taking care of a recall while they had it.Im a very understanding customer but this is ridiculous.
BEST SERVICE EVER! Darrin picked my car up at our hotel they communicated the entire time they had my car, delivered the car back to us at the hotel washed and polished!!! Will definitely be using them every time I am in Las Vegas!

Decided to give this location another chance after a horrible issue about 5 years ago with my bf’s car. At that time, they literally could not find a solution to fix his e350. We had to take it to Paladin Automotive who handled the issue without problem. Since we moved closer to this location and it’s been awhile, I decided to take my car for a coolant top off this morning at opening. They were efficient and quick and even topped off my windshield fluid. The men who handled this were very nice and professional. My problem lays with when I was exiting the facility of which it was my first time driving to on my own. I followed their exit signs out of the service lot. Apparently they need more signage because I went out the wrong way. However, before I exited, a very angry lady in a green shirt with glasses jutted out from the toll booth (I had to do a hard stop so I wouldn’t come close to hitting her) and she stuck a pole next to my car and jutted her arm out to I guess gesture that the exit was elsewhere. Clearly this is something she’s seen before if she’s so upset at 7:20AM in the morning right? I rolled my window down and told her I was only following the exit signs on property and she sternly said “the exit is over there” while pointing. I told her she didn’t have to be so rude about it. This was my first time going to this location and I will not be back. If I can receive such inconsistent, unprofessional service in 20 minutes, who knows what would happen with an issue that took more time to address, like my bf’s car situation. Some things never change I guess. Re-train your people out front. This is shameful. She was completely unaware of the fact that it was my first time there. There’s a nicer way to say things. She could have said, “Ms., for the future, the exit is actually further to the right.” It costs nothing to be professional and nice but all of her actions were the opposite. I’ll take my business back to Mercedes Benz Henderson where I never had an issue.

HORRIBLE SERVICE. THIS IS THE KIND OF SERVICE YOU GET AFTER YOU BOUGHT OR LEASED THE CAR ALREADY, USELESS

She did not push herself like some car sales people that would just follow you around that makes you feel uncomfortable. Made our choice, paper works were done and in no time we were driving our car out of the lot. Purchasing a car is something that I enjoy...it’s when the paper work begins that sometimes make me want to walk out. I had very bad experience with my car service, DAVID MILLER not helpful even not clear . i was told my airbag need to be replaced and i need to sign some forms. when i asked to fix it in Fletcher Jones in Ontario, David start to be not helpful and not respectful. however i took my car same day and David still refusing to update me with airbag status till this moment .they did not send me the Survey even when i asked for it. . i do not recommend David at all. my car service was on April-02 . Appt# X03P1ZJD1F. Worse service ever.

I bought my 2014 CLA250 in 2017 with super low (27k miles) from a Chrysler Dealership in town and purchased the extended warranty they offered through fidelity warranty services. Fast forward July 2020, bummer, my check engine comes on for the first time! Turbo boost went out, car is in limp mode. I take it to Mercedes for diagnosis and was assigned Danielle as my service coordinator. I informed her that I had purchased an extended warranty and wanted to utilize it. Say no more, she took note and took care of everything! From my claim with the warranty service to having my car ready for pick up way before i even expected. I didn’t even have to talk to my warrant service at all! She did it all! Saved me almost 3k! They covered everything minus my deductible!Only down fall, nothing to do with service but with my car... it’s only 6 years old with 69000 miles and the turbo went out? Seems premature, but I’m not mechanic. I have 3 years left on my warranty so I’m hoping if anything goes wrong, it’s within the 3 years left cause 3200 for car work on a 6 year old car that I’m still paying off is steep.Nonetheless, I love driving a Mercedes and can never go back to American cars!Edit 9/27/2020: Car is back in the shop for the same exact reason... turbo went out after 3700 in repairs for that exact problem. Been in the shop almost 2 weeks now for the second time.

Very, very pushy to get the deal made, but follow through on their commitments is very, very poor. Business office does not do what they say they will do, do not return phone calls or emails. I live out of state and Fletcher Jones committed to getting the car registered in my home state. It has been 3+ weeks and still nothing. 4 voice messages left for Doris with no returned call. Salesperson, Sean, seems to be very responsive, very courteous and easy to deal with, but his hands are tied.

I made an appointment for a 7:30 service to fix my recall and align my tires and was informes by the lady on the phone this service will not take more than two hours. I told her OK Ill wait as long as its not two hours otherwise provide me a complimentary loaner. Dj the lady assured me it wont take that long and they dont just give loaner cars out unless its going to take over two hours. Well, Im still here two hours later at the dealers. The person Dennis Eich is very nice he informed me that it shouldnt take more then an hour and a half... Im still waiting in the guest room. So much for MB Vip service.When I purchased my MB in Newport there was no question about a loaner car when bringing the car in for service it was offered. Here in Vegas, the service is not like Newport. I hope next time I make a service appointment I dont waste my time and get better customer service.
