Jacob from the service department was great. It was my first time taking my 2021 Mazda 3 for an oil change and I’ll definitely keep returning to get my service done there. Even though I bought my car from another dealership from another state, Jacob still took care if it as if it was purchased through them. He was transparent with what service my car needed and how long it was going to take. In my experience, it’s uncommon to find dealers nowadays that have honest and good service.

Id give them 10 stars if it was an option. Crystal is the BEST service dept. Rep Ive ever dealt with! She always keeps me up to date on the status of my car. She goes the extra mile that most others do not. Jacob is also great listening to my concerns & working with Crystal to solve the issues my car is having. I broke down in RUSH HOUR TRAFFIC tonight in the middle lane & they came to my rescue. Crystal talked me through the chaos & came to sit on the side of the road with me until the tow truck could get there. Jacob then came to let us go home as it was getting really late & waited for the tow truck & got my car back to the dealership. Most people wouldnt do that for their friends! As long as Crystal & Jacob are handling things I know I am good to go. Thank you both so very much for being so kind & going above & beyond for me. ❤

I had the best car buying experience of my life at Earnhardt Mazda - and Im 60 years old!! I had a limited amount of time and my salesperson, Anthony was absolutely outstanding. He went over and above to get things done for me. He was efficient and honest and as my son said, he was a really nice guy. I also want to mention Gary in the finance department. Gary also went out of his way to find the best financing for me. When I get ready to buy another car, Earnhardt Mazda will be at the top of my list.

I worked with a salesman named Victor. He was a no pressure salesman that listened to our wants and needs. Victor was great to work with! The Earnhardt dealership was also easy to work with and did make some concessions, where other dealerships would not. We were not pressured to purchase any add-ons by the finance office, probably because I said “don’t even go there”🤭. Anyway, my experience was seamless and would highly recommend Earnhardt.

First, I am in total agreement with the MASK REQUIRED policy. Second, my service advisor, Chrystal, was very thorough and accommodating. She communicated clearly for services I need for the issue at hand, and will need in the future without pressure. I absolutely loved the video thorough on my vehicle by the technician. It was the state of the art. Earnhardt Mazda will be the new pitstop for my Miata.

Normally I would prefer to visit my dentist than a car dealership, but Earnhardt Mazda was actually quite pleasant and stress-free. This is my 2nd car from them, and I was very specific in the model, trim details and lease payments. My sales rep Carlos Pena was very low key and made the whole experience easy while the poor manager (Sean) sweated bullets calling all over the planet to find the exact car I wanted. They have a great service manager in Jacob too (give him a raise!). Thanks guys, Ill be back.

The customer service here is great (Jacob and Crystal specifically), at least the service department anyway. I’ve had my car serviced here twice and both times, they were friendly and efficient. I enjoy the videos they send to show what they’re doing to my car. The only downside to my visit was the lack of mask wearing in the facility by the employees. Before I came in, I was sent an email from Earnhardt Mazda about their safety precautions regarding covid so it was a surprise and disappointment to me that the majority of the employees were walking around maskless. The service department, who worked outside, were all masked up, so I’m not sure why there’s no consistency with the employees inside, especially since there was a mask mandate issued by the governor and the email sent regarding their covid protocols. I’ll still come back though because the service and the service department are great.

I brought my car for oil change, I waited for 2.5 hours. My car is very old, but they didnt do a diagnostic on it, they just checked all good on the inspection sheet except the filter, and it took them 2.5 hours for a car that theyre saying nothing wrong. Im actually happy that my car is fine, and I hope theyre telling the truth. When I go to smaller shops, 45 minutes is the longest wait with info on findings about my car.I wish they can make the wait time shorter especially when its a simple oil change.Their place is clean and quiet.Ben, the salesman was really nice and professional.

Very nice experience at Earnhardt Mazda Service Dept when I brought my 2020 CX5 for a 5000 miles service on 6/25/21.Crystal Hylton, the service advisor, & another tech quickly greeted me after my arrival, Crystal took down pertinent information (this was my first visit) then completed the paperwork. They were prompt, polite & very professional (including laughing at my silly jokes? LOL)Crystal then ushered me to the waiting room where I was expecting to wait 2 to 2.5 hours. So I was very surprised when the techs completed oil & filter change plus tires rotation in one hour. Very impressive!And Earnhardt even sent me a short summary video of what they done (I find the video unnecessary; but it is a nice touch).So, in summary, it was a pleasant experience thanks to the service team’s effort!

I posted before of my very positive buying experience with Earnhardt (no games, they gave me a price in an email and then didnt try to add anything when I got there).I went in for service on 3/2/21. My appointment time was honored, and the car was ready earlier than promised, and at a good price!A couple of extra notes. As I was waiting in the customer area, my service advisor (Crystal) came in. I overheard her talking to another customer, telling her that there was an issue with her car and, altho it did not HAVE to be repaired now, they wanted to go ahead and do it BEFORE her warranty expired so it wouldnt cost her. Now thats service! They also texted me a link to a video of them servicing my car and the tech made a few comments for me to review while they washed the car.I am very happy with the service. I just wish I didnt have to drive 180 miles to get there!

Easiest car buying experience of my life (Ive purchased at least 10 cars over the past 40 years). No BS, fair price, good terms, pleasant responsive sales person, incredibly helpful sales manager. Leased a vehicle from these guys, once the paperwork is signed they could give a sh*t if you have any issues with registration or who/where to make payments to. All they care about is the sale. Good luck getting a call back or getting information from them, they have no idea and arent willing to put one ounce in to helping you unless you are interested in purchasing or leasing another vehicle.

I recently worked with Harbier and purchased a Hyundai Santa Fe ONLINE! Even though I wasnt there in person, he made me feel so confident that I was buying an amazing car! The website was very thorough, but he went over and beyond by taking pictures of the vehicle and texting to me immediately! During purchase things got delayed a bit because we are out of state, but the sales manager, Gilbert really stepped up and came through with the same level of customer service that Harbier had in sales! Good customer service is easy when everything goes right. The TRUE measure of customer service is how one deals when things dont go right! Earnhardt sales department was AMAZING! We are a military family, new to the area & this was our first big encounter with Las Vegas business. We were trading in a larger SUV for a Toyota RAV4 they had on their lot. When we got home with the RAV4 and realized my emotional support animal (114 lb Labrador) did not comfortably fit into the trunk space, I was devastated. They had worked so hard on a great deal for us, but this never would have worked for our most important furry family member that I rely on when the Army needs my husband away for work. With no legal obligation to do so— they voided our deal and returned our trade-in to us. I WAS BLOWN AWAY. The customer service here from the start was top notch. 5 stars even though we didn’t end up buying the car! When we are ready to make another car choice in the future, we will come here first! Very pleasant experience. Worked with Rudy and Sean (sales manager) during my purchase. This was the 2nd dealer that we were at that day looking into getting a new vehicle. The other dealer just up the road selling Kias was pushy for my standards. Especially with the current state of affairs going on in the country I did not like the fact that they seemed to force numbers down your throat like it was the best deal they could do.Upon getting to Mazda we were warmly greeted and told Rudy what we wanted. He made sure that he understood what we wanted before even asking us to go inside to run numbers.Once we got inside he ran some basic numbers with Sean without running credit report just to see what we were comfortable with the prices of car and such. Upon seeing a little hesitation with the first set of numbers (too high for my taste) Rudy went and got Sean and he came over and introduced himself and the sat down and we tried to work numbers so both sides were comfortable.The next time they came back I explained to them that I had a standing loan offer from my bank for a certain amount. Sean asked me if I could let him know the interest rate to see if he could, which he did.Being that it was starting to get late in the day and had other errands to run, the dealer offered to detail the car for purchase and keep over night as long as the finance portion was done that night, which we agreed to.The finance portion of the deal was seamless. Normally when you are going to finance the wait can take up to 1 hour depending on how many people are trying to buy cars. Our wait was about 15 minutes from the time we agreed to when we went back. Once in finance it was smooth and efficient. All the paperwork was ready to go and nothing extra (additional add-ons) were attempted to be sold. After all the paperwork was signed, it was scanned into there system and also put onto a thumb drive for our records. That was a nice thing to do as now I do not have to have a huge envelope with all the deal paperwork.All in all the experience that we had at this dealer was remarkable. I would recommend Earnhardt Mazda, Rudy and Sean to anyone who is looking for a quality and reliable new car at a respectable price.

I took my CX30 in for its first maintenance the service was fast and staff were exceptionally professional and courteous however they did not offer nor did they wash my car. Not a deal crusher but would have been a great gesture. Other cars I’ve owned with other manufacturers have always offered me this service. Just saying that it would have been a nice touch.

My overall experience was great. I love my car and my salesman Tramayne was excellent. I went in nit knowing which of three cars I wanted. He was great at laying out the benefits and cons of each vehicle. I ended up with the Mazda CX-5. I love it and was happy with my experience. I will refer my friends to him and the Dealership.

I went in to look at a car and was greeted by Mike Harris. Great guy. Very up front. Very helpful. Took time to show me different cars, different options, etc. Never pushy just gave me options. Even though we couldn’t make a deal, not by him not trying because he tried, I would recommend seeing him if interested in purchasing a car.
