Always a great experience. Managed to fit me in same day request for routine service. Prices are really good compared to other dealerships. Would rather bring my car in for an Oil and Filter change hear and have them look over the car with Mazda pros, rather than go to a Jiffy Lube. For the money and pro service you get with people that know your car, you cant beat it!

Overall wonderful experience! They always have snacks and friendly customer service. Just make sure call ahead for car service as they do get busy. Wait times can sometime be a little long. Talk to Mitch and Tiffany. They won’t steer you wrong!!For example to call ahead and be prepared to wait: 1.25 hours and no update on my car. I just came in for an oil change. This is the norm.

I’ve been bringing my car to Freddy in the service department here since I bought it in 2014. He is wonderful and I can always trust him to advise me on what is going on with my car maintenance-wise: what is critical and what can wait. I used to trust CardinalWay Acura, I have leased two cars from them. I went in yesterday to do a lease buy out. I leased this car for three years and had decided to purchase the car cash. They wanted to charge me $995 for a lease buyout car inspection? Plus some doc fees. I went home and paid the car off online with no fees. What a scam and complete joke. Buyer beware. Never again.

This review is specifically for Freddy and the cashier in the service department. Ive been bringing my car to Freddy since 2015. Ive always appreciated his professionalism and the way he works with you on getting your car repaired timely, yet affordable. I never really realized how great he was until we purchased my husband a car from Planet Nissan and have been treated horribly when dealing with their service department. I would recommend servicing/purchasing a car elsewhere. Service advisor and manager hardly cared about my car after I bought it from them. Bought a 2018 TLX and my headlights are already faded/hazing. Stated “nothing else can be done” after they “attempted” to restore them. They actually didn’t even bother coming back outside to look at the completed work. If this is the service they provide, I suggest purchasing a car from Findlay Acura (heard of better experiences with even similar instances).Oh and apparently this is “due to weather” for a 3 YEAR OLD vehicle. Previously owned a non garage kept vehicle for 8+ years and my headlights looked brand new when I traded the car in.**Update:** As requested below, I sent an emailed response to “address further” but it’s almost been 2 weeks with no response back.

This place was great! Markus was very helpful, and got me into the car I was looking for. I wish all dealerships were like this, and I feel like I got lucky with the inventory being low at some many stores. Cannot recommend this dealerships more - they deserve 10 stars for helping me on a budget, and have great management. Richard and Juan were excellent as well - be sure to ask for 1 of them if you any problems. I know they definitely helped in making this deal work best me. I was skeptical having only been to 1 other dealership before, and that was with my dad. This time, I was on my own and prepared to be intimidated, haggled into a corner, etc. Was not like that at all - so thanks guys. It is appreciated more than you know.

I just moved to Nevada and told them Ive never had a good experience at a dealership, things have always gone badly awry with them breaking or forgetting things. I was told this is the best dealership and was super excited to just have an oil change with no issues.It took well over an hour when I was told it would be less and, the worst part, they just called me and told me they forgot to put the Engine Filter back on so I have to drive all the way back.This will eat up 4 hours of my day just for an oil change, its a 30 minute drive each way.. I told them Ive had terrible experiences and please just be careful. I just dont understand how a luxury car dealership can forget to put a filter back on. I continue to have never had a single decent experience at a dealership, one day I hope to find one that can follow the checklist or not break anything.
