Becky is the absolute best. I always know there will be good communication about what is going on when she checks me in. She made sure that I got my military discount even though I forgot to mention it at the beginning. Becky helps explain things in a way I can understand and makes me feel like I can ask extra questions. The customer care rep makes or breaks the experience, but any time I get Becky I know Im in good hands.

Names and titles of individuals mean nothing unless those individuals truly upholds the responsibilities that go with it. AKA Moses, My sales representative, C. Alridge (Finance), G. Valenzuela (Finance Director), Rick (Customer Service Rep) all played a role in assisting me with why I should consider a Hyundai product with honesty, and integrity. Certainly made me feel like my business had valve to them and the dealership. I have purchased approx. 20 plus vehicles in my lifetime, I cannot not remember the last time I was treated as prospective customer with respect and had valve. Individuals went out of their way to introduce themselves and answer any question I had, or just to get to know me as an individual. NO high pressure sales and NO gimmicks. I will start this review with avoid all Hyundai dealers in LV besides Centennial! We live by the M and drove all the way up to NW just based on the communication and friendliness of Sales Woman Rachel Hunt! She was wonderful. Her communication days prior to going to the dealership was superb. There seemed to be no pressure leading up to our arrival. When we arrived, she was standing out front, confident and friendly. She had the vehicle out front, clean and staged front and center! One of the few times I felt a red carpet rolled out at a dealership. We did all of our research and have driven plenty of Hyundai Palisades prior to this vehicle. The presentation sold us. In the end it all worked out and the sales manager did us a solid and got us the price we were looking for. I didn’t directly purchase my Hyundai here (same auto group, though), but I’ve been bringing it to this location ever since I moved to North Las Vegas for routine maintenance, and Lisa was the service writer that helped me on my most recent visit. She and the others have always done a good job of multitasking and explaining the requested work, and any other service recommendations during the process. The maintenance costs here are very comparable to other shops, so I choose to have the work done by certified Hyundai technicians. Overall, I trust this location with my car, and will continue to have them service my vehicle.

I had a great experience when I brought my car in for service. Rebecca greeted me by name coming in the door and showed great customer service. I left my vehicle and went to an appointment. She called and left me a voicemail when it was ready and when I returned she greeted me by name again and directed me right to the cashier after assuring me that all services were completed and my vehicle had been washed. I was in and out in 5-10 minutes. Great experience.

Its one of car dealership that Ive enjoyed. Nick, my salesman, was very professional. Didnt waste my time. I have bought more than 12 cars Im my life time. Used around 6 dealerships. Bought 4 to 5 cars from 2 dealership. Sometimes I spend more than 5 hours on financing, alone.I had pre approved car loan from a major auto loan company. After looking at my credit score, Nick went back to financing department. He got me lower rate, much much lower. Usually, most dealers want higher rate. This dealership actually got me lower. As matter if fact, they will search for a better for next few days. If they did, Nick will call me. But, I was very pleased with what was on the table.If you ever want to buy a new or used car, Id strongly recommend this dealership. Very very professional dealership. Hard to find one like this. Do not take you car here! I had the worst experience with these people. They are rude when you call and It took them weeks to even diagnose my car I’ve been without a car because of these people for weeks now. I had to threaten to take my car somewhere else before they did anything. They don’t even have courtesy cars to let you borrow while they take forever to fix your car. I will never bring my cars back to this place. Take your car somewhere else if you can!

I visited this dealership on Saturday July 31,2021 and Rebecca Birnbaum was our advisor. Our tech was Abraham Gomez. We own a 2021 Hyundai Sonata Limited edition. From the beginning our advisor was rude and unfriendly when we arrived. Too busy and in a rush to provide us with exceptional personalized customer service. We brought our car in for a simple oil change. When I mentioned that my car needed some minor scratches fixed, she replied by saying that I should take my car to a body shop because they couldnt fix that there. This is not true as later explained by the service Manager. Two hours later we received our car back. The advisor did not provide us with a copy of the multi-point inspection. As soon as we got in our car our rear left tire was completely flat. I got out an mentioned it to the advisor. For some reason they completely missed this. They took the car back and checked the tire and filled it with air. We were assured that nothing was wrong with our tire. We drove home. Hours later when I went to our car to take something out the same tire was not only flat but my car was leaking some fluid. I called Rebecca and mentioned the concerns. She was very unpleasant on the phone and sounded careless. She said we should take our car to the nearest tire shop and that the dripping fluid was probably just water from the car wash. My tires are brand new and they were just fine before going to their shop. My car was outside in 100 degree weather, this was clearly not water. She implied we were not welcome to return to the dealership, were weve purchased two cars and have service them for years. She also harshly added that we would have to pay for the tire repair and leak diagnostic...When we arrived at the dealership Rebecca continued to be unfriendly as if she did not want us there. We had to wait another 3 hours for this to be fixed. She refused to properly document the issues with the car in the RO and that fact that my car was fine before they touched it. She yelled and argued in front of other customers. Instead of trying to explain the concers with my car she provided us with baseless excuses without even inspecting the car thoroughly. I requested her Manager. The tire was fixed properly. I was allowed to inspect the tire while the car was up in the rack in the shop and while in there something had gotten inside the middle of the thread. THEY removed it and told me it had fallen out. What a coincidence. The manager then explained the leakage by blaming the humidity outside. They did not want to document these things in the RO. However, after multiple complaints they finally conceded...This was truly the worst service experience ever. And this is coming from someone who works in the service department of the car industry. Truly inbelievable that customers get treated this way...Do not take your car to service here.WE WILL NEVER EVER VISIT THIS DEALERSHIP AGAIN OR PURCHASE ANY MORE CARS FROM THEM!!!!!!
My adviser(dont know her name) was a blond older woman. She was quick and efficient. They found a bad battery and had it changed along w regular service. I was able to get the battery replaced under warranty and I was very happy about that because the warranty was about to run out.Clean waiting area and I only waited 1.5 hrs. to get everything completed.The only downfall was no shuttle due to covid. Wish they had a notice online for those making appt. so we could make plans. Other than that the service was great. Thank you Hyundai!

Instead of improving the quality of service, they keep calling and offering us a free oil change as bribe. They think everyone is like themselves. The main reason I bring my car here is because we moved to NW after we purchased the car. And the car is still under warranty. Otherwise, who would spend 5 hours for an oil change in a dealership. They cant even diagnose a simple check engine light issue and expect me to give them 5 star!
Dealers get such a bad rap for their service department but I have been coming to Centennial Hyundai for 5 years for my oil changes and they never disappoint. Becky is the best service advisor, always keeps me posted, never makes me wait longer than agreed and is super nice! You can book online, get reminders and their oil changes are very affordable and you know they are done right. Thank you for making this single moms life a little easier!!

After going to 3 different lots dealing with sub par sales people. We decided to stop by and see what Hyundai had . Never being much of a fan of Hyundai . We saw Hyundai KONA N LINE WHOAH !!! What a difference !!! Matt the salesman said hes never been in 1 . So he seemed as shocked as we were . He was such an awesome professional salesman truthful and helpful in every way 2 thumbs up man . I paid cash now Im coming back Thursday to purchase another vehicle this time for my daughter.
This was an appalling car buying experience. The first salesman, Ahmed, was rude and began to yell at me when I questioned the price. Gilbert, a finance manager, who took over was super helpful and amazingly kind. We agreed on a price and I signed the paper. As we began the finance process, the price was $3000 more. Mike, another finance manager, came in and said, “That’s our mistake, sorry.” So when I asked him to correct the price he said I’m not going to argue with you. I then agreed to the new price with a $250 discount. Mike then said, “I don’t want to sell you a car.” Cisco, the sales manager, came in and said, “I see that a mistake was made and they didn’t explain this to you properly, but I’m not giving you any additional savings.” I then asked if it was reversed if they would hold me to the additional $3000. He immediately said yes. So they are quick to steal from and overcharge customers, but refuse to honor their given prices.

Went in to get an oil change, was greeted & attending as soon as I walked in the door. I dropped off my vehicle an hour before my appointment bc I was on my way to work. There was no issue with doing so. Brian the advisor took care of me. I let him know I’ll be back during my lunch hour to pick up my car. Went back to pick up my car they directed me to the cashier. Paid for the service, was out of there within 5 mins!
Can you give a zero? this place takes forever to get an appointment. twice they over filled my oil and it leaked all over my garage. My check engine light was on after a service and they make you wait two weeks for an appointment then they want to hold the car for two day to diagnose the issude ( they just plug it into a code reader).....
I came to this dealership for the first time today to take a look at a used Jeep. The one I came to see wasnt what I was looking for but the salesman Nick listened to me and directed me to a Jeep much more like I am looking for. As it just arrived on the lot it needs to be checked over. Nick gave me all of the information that I asked for and was very professional. A huge shout out to him. Other sales personnel should take a lesson from him. No only time and negotiation will decide if we strike a deal.

But they say check everything before they sell so someone new this car had problems and pawned it of on me kinda rotten and they try to be friendly but hope youll just go away they get part and dont have to deal with you
Never have been a customer here before but they had a couple of cars I liked. Instead they sent out some kid errand boy running back and forth from the sales managers office wasting my time, not listening to me, and just reciting the company line that he learned in class.PS Centennial Hyundai: Fees and add-ons are bogus, and for those of you who are not knowledgeable in car purchasing, there is no car fee mandated to be charged by law. Baseline requirement in a car sale at a dealership is the price of the car, tax title and license. Thats it.
Let me start off by saying that no exaggeration this was by far the easiest car buying experience we’ve ever had. Our sales team was Josh Berkley (salesman) and Mark (sales manager) and they were nothing short of amazing. If you’re in the car buying mood, do yourself the favor of at the very least entertaining their business.Some highlights: Josh and Mark were transparent, straight to the point, presented us with multiple avenues to a deal, weren’t pushy and showed genuine interest in what worked best for us financially.Some lowlights: Absolutely none and will most definitely be bringing our future business here.Overall 10/10 would recommend and also 10/10 recommend a Palisade!!
Ive been going to Centennial Hyundai to service my Sonata for over 5 years. The service staff is very friendly and accommodating. Especially my Service Manager Bryan Zasloff who only recommends the service I need.I highly endorse them.
Went to have my car serviced on 07/13/21 and shortly thereafter my car died. My car died because a used faulty battery was put in my vehicle. When I called the dealership no one wanted to help me with a solution. When I arrived at the dealership to show them that the battery that was in my car was not the same one that I purchased from them in March 2021, they accused me of taking my battery out for warranty. WHAT? My warranty clears states that I must have the old battery to have it replaced. After being disrespected and going back and forth, they final refunded me the cost of the battery. I WILL NEVER VISIT THIS LOCATION EVER! The service manager is very rude. Take pictures and make sure you know your parts before getting serviced. Now I have to find a place to get my car serviced because I dont trust anyone at this location and buy a new battery.Update: As anyone can see the dealership is STILL not owning up to what they did. Are you speaking of the part in which I told you if I were white with blonde hair...You would have never asked me if I removed my battery from my car. You are still playing the role of the victim and you NEVER apologized to me in your office. You kept accusing me I stealing my own battery which I had to replace on yesterday because the faulty battery that was put in my car was bad. I am going to continue to tell people how I was treated.
After a bad experience with another Las Vegas Dealer (oil plug not tightened, oil drained), we have been taking our vehicles to Centennial for the past 2 years. Very happy with service department. Our service advisor, Rebecca Birnbaum is no nonsense, straight up and knows her stuff. Very happy so far, highly recommend.

I stopped in on 08/19/21 and was greeted.by Max. I explained to Max that I wanted to trade in my vehicle on a Santa Fe turbo AWD. He informed me that the only vehicle they had that fit that criteria was a Caligraphy. It was more than I wanted to spend, but he convinced me to take a look. I ended up liking it very much. I still had some comparison shopping to do so I left without driving the vehicle that evening. I looked at the Mazda CX-5 and even other Santa Fe Calligraphies at other dealers. On Saturday the 21st., I returned to Centennial Hyundai to talk to Max again. He was very polite and accommodating. My wife is disabled and he was understanding about her need to sit in our trade in until everything was completed. He allowed us a test drive and explained all the bells and whistles. When it came time for negotiations, the dealership was fair and honest. After we agreed on a number, I worked with Chelsea in finance. She explained everything thoroughly and clearly. The financial process was completely painless, almost enjoyable. Although there was a small hiccup in the whole ordeal, Francisco was quick to correct it.The complete experience was made worry free by Max, Chelsea, and Francisco. Even though everyone at the dealership was friendly and polite, it was those three that made my visit enjoyable. I even got to drive home a new Santa Fe Calligraphy.Thank you everyone at Centennial Hyundai.
I went today to sit in a Santa Fe hybrid, but there were none on the lot. I asked to sit in a gasoline Santa Fe and was outside when my sales rep, George said he had found two hybrids that had just been unloaded and would I like to drive one. He was a most considerate and professional sales person and I felt at ease as I sat down in each Santa Fe and test drove the one that had the equipment I was looking for.It was a good day as I met Amir and we discussed the Santa Fe that I was interested in. After some negotiations, agreed on price and a few hours later I left my 16 year old car and drove home with my new Santa Fe Hybrid.I have researched electric and hybrids. For me, the lack of distance that an all electric car can travel on one charge disqualifies them as a car I am going to spend $45,000 on and then another $2000 on putting in the garage charger that should be installed with a building permit.That left the need to buy a Hybrid a real challenge as dealers have few to show and a market with extra costs included.Centennial Hyundai was a great place to shop, test drive, and purchase my last car.The sales rep George, mgr Amir, and the rest of the sales team are commended for their excellent, relaxed, and professional manner in selling me an a car that will be in the family for many years.Please ask for these same great employees when you go to Centennial Hyundai. You will be glad, you did.

Got my, not first, but third brand new Tucson. I love the service provided and it was not long, all day waiting. This is good when it comes to health and safety inside the showroom. Horrible Service. I had an 8:30am appointment and it took them 15min to check me in. The Rep seemed irritated and annoyed since the beginning. I asked for an ETA since I was going to wait and he said 1.5hrs. At around 10am I checked back and saw my car in the service area I asked him if he can check on the status of my car and he said he was checking on it. At 11 he seemed extremely irritated and blamed the computer system for not notifying him sooner that the car wasn’t going to be serviced because they had to order the part. I waited 3hrs for nothing!! The service mechanics are 10feet away from the service desk this is not a computer problem this is an operations/customer service problem. He clearly did not check on my car after 1.5hrs when I initially went for a check in. Once I finally got my keys he handed it to me while attending another guests so he didn’t tell me where it was parked and I had to sound the alarm to find it in the parking lot. Unfortunately I have to go back once the part arrives but I’ll never go back after that! Stay away if possible!

When that fell through, they avoided our calls until I had to come in person to ask for an explanation why they did not have the car I had a deposit on, on the day I was expecting.This might be an alright dealership to deal with if they have a car on their lot, but I wouldnt trust them to reserve or order a car from.EDIT:In their response to this review, the dealership admits to the events described. They also end with the caveat that they would be willing to help me find a vehicle in (my) price range.Folks, the vehicle I attempted to purchase from them was a current model year Palisade Limited AWD, the second most expensive vehicle and trim Hyundai sells. If you are looking for a better experience from this dealership on the lower end of the market may God help you.
Great buying experience. Started online looking at prices and options available. Appointment made and dealer match; we got Max who called and reviewed our goals. Max met us; let us review cars and ask questions. We finally opted for the Santa Fe. Not too big; not too small and good highway experience. Mileage is great. Features so awesome; we feel safer driving. Max followed up a couple of times to make sure all was going well.
I had a problem with the service on my car I brought it back and they took me in immediately and corrected it I was very very satisfied I believe the rep was Brian or Bill not sure
First of all thank you to Ahmed and the folks in Centenial Hyundai. Buying experience is awesome, it was easy and customer centered. Ahmed and his manager was able to make things wonderful to me. I had a bad experience with ABC. ABC cannot compromise and not willing to cut a very huge markup. It seems my monthly payment with them is like paying for a tesla. And the worst is they already run my credit. Unlike Centenial they are courteous and upfront. Work with them before going to other dealership. It will save you tons of money. For real!!! Disappointed that our battery needed replaced and car was under warranty and the replaced a 3 year battery with a one year warranty....what a cheap underhanded warranty fulfillment. Would never go to them again.
Lisa at Centennial Hyundai really takes the time to listen and answer any questions I have. I try to make my appointments ahead of time but sometimes they have same day available if you check in early enough. I really appreciate the suggestions they provide (such as how many miles before rotating tires, when to replace timing belt, when to replace transmission oil). They also have history of my vehicle service which is key because I would never keep track of miles before my car needed to be serviced.

This dealership is full service. From the moment I walked up I was greeted by 2 salesman - had a very nice, friendly and knowledgeable salesman who listened to me - showed me several cars and after my test drive I was ready to buy. I was only there a couple of hours - the finance people were efficient and friendly!

Had to have battery replaced. Had no appointment, however, Rebecca Birnbaum told me no problem if I didnt mind waiting for a little while. New battery was installed and car was back to me within an hour and a half. The service department has become a pleasure to work with. In the past, not so much.
