I have been working with Benevolent Generation for a little over a year now. I can honestly say taking this job was one of the best decisions for my career. I have been promoted twice since I have been here and the owners and staff are amazing to work for. We just completed renovations on our new building and it looks amazing!I could not ask for a better place or people to work with.

Have lived as a tenant at one of their properties for 5 years. They refuse to do even the most basic of home improvements. every reasonable request is met with immediate denial. It’s frustrasting when a management company doesn’t care about its tenants. I have never even met my landlord and every time I ask for simple help they don’t want to pay. It’s sad because I’ve been a good and clean tenant, never been late or missed a payment, but they clearly only care about collecting rent and not the people living in their homes.
