I was sketical about spending more money than i had anticipated base on a budget that i had made for myself. i ended up getting a phone call from a gentlemen by the name of Don, who had the spirit of a mighty angel and the tenacity of a victor. --- update 9/26/2017After my reviews, I was contacted by NCH customer service manager and we have been working things out. they are standing by their service and we are getting things done. I will keep everyone posted on the progressbe careful when you enroll on their coaching programs. I enrolled on the Business Credit coaching program to take my business credit from tier 1 to tier 5. however that didnt happen. I was told that they could take us to tier 5 in 12 months, those 12 months went by and we are at tier 2. I followed their steps exactly as told and the answer of the coach when after 30 days our DUN number wasnt reflecting the changes properly,. I spend hours with the vendors making sure our DUN number was properly set and spending the amounts of money told by the coach and it didnt reflect properly. Nobody told us that the program was valid for only 12 months after we spend a significant amount for this program. Nobody set the expectation properly. We want to take our business to Tier 5 and when we ask for a coaching call I was told that I need to pay an extra $497 dollars to keep going. and their terms were on tiny letters on a website that you have to sign up to follow the steps. that is BS, be careful with these training programs offered ask any question, it doesnt matter how silly it is.
